They know the crowd they are dealing with. it is a flixbus/greyhound bus stop where people only get 10-15 mins to get their food and come back. If there is a line - good luck getting your order done before your bus leaves - but hey don't worry - as I said these guys are super fast. Food was very blend and i could only eat it with sauces that i got on the side. A lot of sauces. Crispy chicken in a taco was the best piece out of everything i ordered. It was actually kinda crispy. Passed through for work . The customer service was not good . The woman at the window was very rude. Older Hispanic woman . None of the employees greeted us . Or said thank you . My order was wrong and they didn't catch it nor apologize . The restroom was dirty and the paper was stuck in the roller . I will not be returning. We visited this Taco-bell when we were coming back from the Pinnacles National park. It is a nice spot to get some food on way back home. The self serve kiosks were open and it was super convenient to place an order. After ordering, we got our food within 5-10 mins. They provided a generous amount of sauces. We ordered beans, fries, veggie taco, and cinnamon donut dessert. Everything was neatly packed. We stepped out and started eating our food in our car. Realized they gave one pack of dessert instead of 2, we went in so mentioned it. They promptly gave us another pack. So check your order before leaving. Taco Bell is my guilty pleasure! Ever since I ate some of my first tacos at a Taco Bell as a kid, I have loved the endless variety of food creations made with corn meal, meat, lettuce tomato and cheese that they come up with. The Cravings boxes are my favorite. One week it's Loaded Nachos Locos Tacos, the next Chalupas, then Grande Nachos with beef or chicken. And all for only $5 with a drink and crispas! If you are talking farm to table, all these items are American grown! When I was a student Taco Bell was my regular 9pm treat after a long day working a couple of jobs! I have been almost commuting up and down 101 the last six months, and the King City location has become my go to. It can get insanely busy on the holiday weekends, but normally it is chill, and you get served right away, with just enough time to use the nice clean restrooms and grab a couple of "Sporks" before your order is ready. I'm not a huge patron of fast food restaurants, but Taco Bell seems to be the healthiest option so when fast food calls, that's where I go. As far as Taco Bell restaurants go, this one is clean, friendly and fresh. Located in the remote area of King City, it's the perfect stop for lunch along Highway 101. Easy on and off the highway. We were greeted right away by a pleasant girl behind the counter. We ordered the new meal with the regular taco, Doritos taco and taco burrito. It came out hot, fresh and fast. It tasted delicious and was only $5 per box of the three goodies. It was a bargain and very satisfying. I highly recommend this location for a quick stop. read more

Just finished a visit there 1/16/21. I watched one of the employees talk on her cell phone (green and black or gold glittery phone) while preparing food. When done talking, she didn't change her glove or wash her hands before directly touching tacos and burritos she was preparing. I told her to remake all of my food after she changed her gloves. I feel sorry for the people in the drive through today who may have eaten contaminated and germs in their food. Not sure why all the bad reviews, I guess they're mostly about super long wait times, especially in the Drive-Thru. I usually walk in, because as previously mentioned by other yelpers they do have clean bathrooms and you don't have to go get a key from anyone to get into them. I think I've been spoiled by my local Taco Bell, because this experience was terrible. I was on a road trip driving through one night and decided to stop in for a quick bite. The cashier was unable to get my order correct after several attempts. (No, for the third time I did not ask for cap'n crunch...) I hit the road with my bag to go and was disappointed with each item I unwrapped. The burritos and tacos were poorly folded and lacked any content. Where was the filling that was supposed to come with my burrito? I was basically eating a lightly sauced tortilla. I realize it's just Taco Bell - but the one in my town always properly makes and fills my orders. Will not return. There was a McDonalds right next door. I'll have to go there next time. read more

You guys, I know writing a Yelp review about a fast food restaurant is kind of like writing tasting notes on box wine, but, I have small kids, and occasionally we hit up fast food restaurants. Usually, I'm pretty pleased with the convenience, however I sat in the drive-thru line for about 20 minutes at this Taco Bell. Worst Taco bell ever. It started out fine, it was clean and the guy took our order and got it right. When we got our order the salsa was missing from our taco salads and even worse my burrito was missing it's beef! They told us they didn't have any salsa for the salads and the guy who took our said he tell the kitchen to make a new burrito. After ten minutes no burrito, but they did bring salsa (guess they had some after all) I went to the counter and showed them the burrito, the girl passed me along to the manager who didn't even care.
