Pretty clean area, very fast workers even though there isn't that many of them. They know the crowd they are dealing with. it is a flixbus/greyhound bus stop where people only get 10-15 mins to get their food and come back. If there is a line - good luck getting your order done before your bus leaves - but hey don't worry - as I said these guys are super fast. Food was very blend and i could only eat it with sauces that i got on the side. A lot of sauces. Crispy chicken in a taco was the best piece out of everything i ordered. It was actually kinda crispy. Another advantage - proximity to that bus stop so you don't have to go too far to reach the place. read more

If I could give it zero stars I would... Do not stop here if you're looking for somewhere quick. We mobile order ahead of time and had to wait 20 minutes in the drive-through to get our food. When we got to the window, we still had to wait an additional five minutes. read more

Passed through for work . The customer service was not good . The woman at the window was very rude. Older Hispanic woman . None of the employees greeted us . Or said thank you . My order was wrong and they didn't catch it nor apologize . The restroom was dirty and the paper was stuck in the roller . I will not be returning. This location needs an overhaul of the employees. read more

First time was here thought food was excellent. Second time here thought this has to be one of the best taco bell locations. After the 5th here, meals are still delicious with the right ratios. The app is easy to order and every time we added something, they'd give us what we asked for. Recommend this location. read more

We visited this Taco-bell when we were coming back from the Pinnacles National park. It is a nice spot to get some food on way back home. The self serve kiosks were open and it was super convenient to place an order. After ordering, we got our food within 5-10 mins. They provided a generous amount of sauces. We ordered beans, fries, veggie taco, and cinnamon donut dessert. Everything was neatly packed. We stepped out and started eating our food in our car. Realized they gave one pack of dessert instead of 2, we went in so mentioned it. They promptly gave us another pack. So check your order before leaving. I have noticed this problem at other Taco-bells too. Restrooms were clean and parking was plenty. read more

workers here know people are getting off of flix or greyhound bus for a quick stop / eats and will deliberately move slow so people can go somewhere else knowing people on the bus are on a time limit . Taco Bell is my guilty pleasure! Ever since I ate some of my first tacos at a Taco Bell as a kid, I have loved the endless variety of food creations made with corn meal, meat, lettuce tomato and cheese that they come up with. The Cravings boxes are my favorite. One week it's Loaded Nachos Locos Tacos, the next Chalupas, then Grande Nachos with beef or chicken. And all for only $5 with a drink and crispas! If you are talking farm to table, all these items are American grown! When I was a student Taco Bell was my regular 9pm treat after a long day working a couple of jobs! I have been almost commuting up and down 101 the last six months, and the King City location has become my go to. It can get insanely busy on the holiday weekends, but normally it is chill, and you get served right away, with just enough time to use the nice clean restrooms and grab a couple of "Sporks" before your order is ready. A medium drink comes with a Cravings box, and the root beer is really tasty, almost like a fountain soda. For food in the go, this is a great stop! read more

Pretty busy location right off the highway. Took a good 3-5 minutes for someone to even service me at the counter. My chicken quesadilla was so good & gooey though it was cut wonky. The cinnamon twist would've been sooo much better if they actually had some cinnamon on them! They were super pale.3.5 rounded down. read more

Yes, I'm a fan of Taco Bell. So sue me. I had so much fun with the Five Dollar Box of Nachos ! Finger food to start, but then you need the 'spork' for the cheesy bits near the bottom. How many people use 'spork' in a Yelp review? Or eat nachos by the box? That would be me. I'm a fan, I admit it. read more

I've stopped here a few times and it's always been clean and the staff has always been polite and professional. I love that they have restrooms available and you don't have to get a key or anything. I've never had an issue with the bathrooms here - they've been clean enough and with seat covers and soap. Food is Taco Bell, as you'd expect. So far they've gotten my orders right and the dining area is clean and newly furnished. read more

I'm not a huge patron of fast food restaurants, but Taco Bell seems to be the healthiest option so when fast food calls, that's where I go. As far as Taco Bell restaurants go, this one is clean, friendly and fresh. Located in the remote area of King City, it's the perfect stop for lunch along Highway 101. Easy on and off the highway. We were greeted right away by a pleasant girl behind the counter. We ordered the new meal with the regular taco, Doritos taco and taco burrito. It came out hot, fresh and fast. It tasted delicious and was only $5 per box of the three goodies. It was a bargain and very satisfying. I highly recommend this location for a quick stop. read more

Just finished a visit there 1/16/21. I watched one of the employees talk on her cell phone (green and black or gold glittery phone) while preparing food. When done talking, she didn't change her glove or wash her hands before directly touching tacos and burritos she was preparing. I told her to remake all of my food after she changed her gloves. I feel sorry for the people in the drive through today who may have eaten contaminated and germs in their food. The young lady working with her apologized when handing my bag to me because she was embarrassed by her coworker. Standards need to improve. read more

BEWARE: CHECK YOUR ORDERS B4 YOU LEAVE!! Came here today and went through the drive-thru. They took our orders, we paid, they gave us our food and we drove off. Half way down the road we realized "THEY FORGOT TO GIVE US OUR DRINKS!" We didnt order alot of food and they werent busy so they had no reason to forget. The workers need to get it together here. We didnt bother going back to get it either. read more

No more Mexican Pizzas!?!?!? Nooooooo..... I haven't been to Taco Bell in awhile and just found out they're no longer making Mexican Pizzas? They were one of my favorite foods at Taco Bell. I live in the area and this is the 3RD time my order has been incorrect.. and on top of that, inside of the bag was a mess. Cheese opened and all over the other food. Usually go here around the same time, 1:30-2 PM. Don't know what they are doing here read more

I often stop here on my way to and from the Bay Area. Typically looking for a clean restroom and a snack or cold drink to get me on my way. The food here is typically fast and is always tasty. Not sure why all the bad reviews, I guess they're mostly about super long wait times, especially in the Drive-Thru. I usually walk in, because as previously mentioned by other yelpers they do have clean bathrooms and you don't have to go get a key from anyone to get into them. Today, like other visits I've had here service was prompt and friendly, food was as to be expected for TB, not Gourmet by any stretch of the imagination but consistent, and tasty, especially for the "budget friendly" prices that they charge. read more

The food was good was pretty good but the service sucked. The restaurant was pretty full when we walked in, with more people walking in after us. I waited for my food for a pretty long time, and they didn't call my name when they put my food out so by the time I realized it was out it wasn't that hot anymore. The staff did not seem bothered by the amount of people there, everyone was pretty irritated because they were waiting 20+ minutes for their food. I went up to ask for a cup for water and had to say excuse me about 6 times, eventually another person yelled for me to get someone's attention. I'm convinced everyone on the staff was mute because no one spoke. A sad day for Taco Bell. read more

I think I've been spoiled by my local Taco Bell, because this experience was terrible. I was on a road trip driving through one night and decided to stop in for a quick bite. The cashier was unable to get my order correct after several attempts. (No, for the third time I did not ask for cap'n crunch...) I hit the road with my bag to go and was disappointed with each item I unwrapped. The burritos and tacos were poorly folded and lacked any content. Where was the filling that was supposed to come with my burrito? I was basically eating a lightly sauced tortilla. I realize it's just Taco Bell - but the one in my town always properly makes and fills my orders. Will not return. There was a McDonalds right next door. I'll have to go there next time. read more

You guys, I know writing a Yelp review about a fast food restaurant is kind of like writing tasting notes on box wine, but, I have small kids, and occasionally we hit up fast food restaurants. Usually, I'm pretty pleased with the convenience, however I sat in the drive-thru line for about 20 minutes at this Taco Bell. Yes, there were quite a few cars in front of me, but each car sat at the window to receive their food for 4-5 minutes each. This completely defeats the purpose of stopping at a fast food restaurant. I would have gotten real food somewhere else if I had that kind of time. Won't be stopping here again. The food is what you would find at any Taco Bell - slop, but satisfying for those who are pregnant or have a hang over. read more

Waited a good 10 minutes just to get "reheated" food,, but as soon as I reached Into the bag. My hands felt a cold touch from the papers carrying my burritos. Just to have unraveled a cold burrito, for as I took a bite, my taste buddy were quick to neglect anymore read more

Was using the drive thru service and was asked to wait one minute. I waited several minutes and since there were no cars in front, I drove up to the window. Since there was no one at the window, I waited another minute. After that I honked my horn with no response. Waited two more minutes till someone finally came. I explained my disappointment to the manager and left. Under no illusion that they cared about the lost sale. I would have given it zero stars if that was an option. read more
