There is a guy named Joseph who served us tonight in the drive thru and he was awesome. He has tons of energy and genuinely seemed happy to be at his job. He informed us that our card can be saved to the app so when we order we can just let them know the card is on file and provide the Check in code. Not once--not one single time--have they gotten my order right. Every single time I drive away I'm missing an item. 100% of the time. It would be tolerable if they weren't the most expensive fast food joint. But they are. They cost the same as a sit down at Buffalo Wild Wings (who has better food and service). After I made my order after waiting so long, I asked for a side of sour cream which you spend about $.50 for but didn't even get half a tub of it filled! Ridiculous. Sometimes when using mobile app you are not notified that in store pick up is not available until after completing ordering process and you end up waiting in drive thru for over 30 minutes. This location is lucky there isn't an option for 0 stars. Came in from a long road trip from Oregon and there Was a good 35 mins before closing with the drive thru being the only option to get food. The line was long however nothing substantial. We finally get to the order location at 8:01 only for it to say they were closed. Cars in front of us and obviously behind us were turned away. It is your responsibility as a good establishment to either A. Honor the customers that have already been in line or set a pre-pubescent little employee out to make a cut off point for the cars in line. Few quality fast food options are available these days. This Taco Bell is no exception. There are times where you think to yourself, wow that was a good experience, the drive through line moved quickly and the food was good. Other times you feel like you are locked in line at the drive through and you just want to jump the curb to get out because you have been waiting so long! Finally, you arrive at the window, get your food and realize that half your order is missing and your bean burrito is leaking beans and sauce all over the bag because the "newby" in the back is learning how to wrap burritos. Unfortunately tonight was one of the bad nights- hence the 2 star review. The reality is fast food these days has become synonymous with poor quality. Awe I don't think they deserve to have low stars. This is the best Taco Bell I have ever been to. I'm from LA let me tell you I have seen a bad Taco Bell. The line is sometimes very long. I believe this is the only one in Kalispell so it makes sense. People in the Flathead love Taco Bell apparently. When I go the person at the drive-thru is always super friendly and says sweetie and other things. They always get my order correct and even if they didn't I wouldn't act a fool. As a tourist from california, this was the best taco bell I've ever had. Not sure what all the bad reviews are about, I visited TB twice during my one week stay, and I had the most overstuffed, hot and delicious taco bell ever. My cheesy gordita crunch was cheesy and saucy, my mouth is salivating for it now. Yes the wait is user long, but I honestly think it's because of how much time and care they're putting into making the food for you. The 20 min wait in the drive thru was worth it. I read the older reviews about how long the wait time is (especially in the drive thru) and thought that it would be different because it was 6 months ago.... I was wrong. We were in line for 40 minutes... we placed our order and then the line didn't move for another 20 minutes so we left. The food is what you would expect, and the staff is nice, but the service here is absolutely terrible. The wait times in the drive through can get over 30 minutes regularly, with wait times above 10 minutes per order sometimes. This has been a consistent problem for years, which makes me think that it's a problem with ownership and not something that will likely be fixed. If you really want Taco Bell, then you may be willing to wait, but otherwise, save you're time and sanity and go somewhere else. read more

Hit and miss, slow due to understaffing. Food quality is fine, except for when they're out of tortillas, beef, and lettuce at the same time. The real highlight of this Taco Bell was when I was asked leave and go outside to order from the drive through, then told I wasn't allowed to order from the drive through if I just walked up. I literally downloaded the yelp app just to make this review. I just had the worst experience ordering food here. I ordered two things without lettuce and it looked like they had just scrapped off the lettuce and left a ton on there. AND THEN it looked like they just slabbed two handfuls of cheese onto the taco.
