Great service but the bathroom stinks to high heaven. I almost died after my meal. I came in there to eat a small portion, walked into that bathroom and nearly died because it smelled like two fat laddies fighting over a bag of Doritos in a mini skirt. I ordered the "Vegetarian 7 Layer Burritto," got a "3 Layer," rice , lettuce, and flour tortilla burritto instead. When I called to complain that "4-5 bites in and I'm only tasting the 3 ingredients..." The "Training Line Manager" indicated that she "made it myself and I can reassure you all ingredients were in it." Only compensation she offered, was to come back in for it to be made again?! It's Taco Bell, I don't expect much. Late night pit stop, right? In and out fast. WRONG. I pulled into this location on just such a mission tonight. Cars were lined up 7 deep, but I've seen such before at other Taco Bell locations and been in and out in ten to fifteen at the worst, so I got in the queue. And that's the first problem. The drive through of this establishment is one lane with a four foot drop off adjacent. So you can't get out of the queue once you are in. I sat in that line trapped for an hour. Yes, you read that right, an hour. When I finally did get to the checkout, I discovered one of three employees (11pm, Friday night, high traffic thoroughfare), who looked lost and annoyed to be there, saying she was on her way out. The two other employees in the kitchen area were in panic mode. The order board was completely full. It's hard to be angry at fast food employees. It's a shit job, with poor pay. So I'm going to lay the blame at the feet of the franchise owner. Hire competent people, pay them a living wage, or close up and GTFO of our town. If it's late, and you want tacos, drive down to Meijer, and get the fixings yourself. It will be faster, cheaper, and better for you. read more

I've ordered 3 times from this location now and each time something has either been wrong or missing. Tonight me and my roommate ordered food for a late dinner and it has been the most disappointment I've felt all year. My chicken power bowl only came with chicken, rice, and lettuce.... as opposed to all three of those plus tomatoes, extra guac, cheese, avocado ranch, and hot sauce. They also completely forgot our 12 cinnamon bun dessert things. The missing straws and hot sauce packets are one thing and I can even excuse the HOUR AND A HALF WAIT TIME, but the fact that we waited all that time only to get half of what we ordered was extremely disappointing. Frustratingly slow both inside and out waited 20 minutes once even with no line inside if you go in the drive thru you're stuck there. Sometimes you get lucky and have an employee who actually does your order right. You'd be better off going to the Taco Bell by the mall they are A LOT faster. read more

Slow slow slow service in the drive thru. I should t have to wait 10 minutes for a subpar taco. Another thing about their drive thru once you pull in your stuck you can't get out of line if you haven't ordered. Speed up service through the drive thru at peak times and this location would be great! read more

Was so disappointed. The price was fair, Grub Hub Delivery went fine this time. I truly enjoy Taco Bells food. Why I'm doing this review is to try to convince them to package the food differently for delivery. They send it in a soggy wet bag from steam and the food gets soggy, ruined it for me. Ordered on line a few weeks ago and had ready for pickup at the time I set up. This past Sunday I go to pick up an online order at 4:15. I get a text saying it's ready, I get there at 4:17 and they say they didn't check the online orders and i shouldn't expect it to be ready right after in order. Wth.. so I'm like I ordered for pickup at 4:15. They didn't even start by order till I got there and didn't even give me the drink until after I asked them like they didn't even read what in ordered. YIKES! be careful about ordering their delivery service. you think "ok. no minimum, a $3.99 delivery fee. I can do that." so you order just under $10.00 worth of items. When you go to check out, however, you find that NOT ONLY is there the $3.99 delivery fee, but there is also a (scaled) $1.55 service fee (for WHAT??!) AND... get this.. AND A TWO DOLLAR SMALL ORDER FEE. apparently (though they don't tell you this until you are partially committed and have your order, and address input into their site.) if you order less than $10.25, they will automatically add two dollars (or more maybe, I don't know. My order needed two dollars to bring it over 10.25, if you only used whole dollars) why in the WORLD would you say there is no minimum order amount and then charge people MORE just because they didn't order a lot of food?!? taco bell is cheap. we can get three people lunch for just under 10. Not only this, but they only have the drive thru open, but will not even let you go through the drive through in a bicycle. you HAVE TO HAVE A CAR, or be willing to pay at least $20, if you want taco bell anytime soon, it seems. they are almost the only restaurant in the near area that will not allow you in. Even Mcdonalds, and Little Caesars will let you in for takeout. RIDICULOUS SCAM. Especially with Qdoba right across the street, which has much better tasting, much higher quality food. Their delivery service does not have the same secret charges, and they will allow you in for takeout. I know I will never walk back into Taco bell again.
