You can only pay via an app or online, so be prepared for that. You must pay very close attention the checkout screen online when you pay - they give you an option for adding ANOTHER tip - you could be easily tricked into thinking you did not leave a tip, but this extra button is on top of the tip they automatically added to the bill.
