Was at Taco Bell yesterday and I was looking at the receipt and asked the guy if he was Les. He said: "I am! And you never get less with Les, you always get more!" Generated a few smiles but then a little boy, about six, eating with his fam pipes up and says; "That wasn't funny...". The entire restraunt erupted. Even Les. Stay up, kid, stay up. Side note: Les gave some of the best customer service I've had in a long time and my food was correct! read more

Things just didn't go well. Ordered Burrito & quesadillas, it couldn't get much easier than that. But the wait took 20 and there weren't that many other customers inside (2) while waiting we saw one staff drop condiment containers on the floor: the good, they put it in the sink to be cleaned; the bad they didn't change gloves after touching the floor. And still waited. Not going back there again read more

My father order three beef supreme burritos and when I ate mine I found plastic inside. The entire night I have felt sick, last time I had taco bell (not this restaurant) their food never made me sick. However eating a burrito with plastic has, I do think I accidentally swallow smaller pieces of plastic as the piece I pulled out my mouth was large. Will never go again. We couldn't go back because we left La grande and by the time I found plastic it was late and we are over an hour drive away. read more

Horrible experience. Went to drive through window, picked up our order. When we checked our order it wasn't what we ordered so we went to the drive through window once again. They redid the order and this time it was correct, but when we started unwrapping the tacos, the shells on all of them were smashed and basically inedible. I guess we were being punished for complaining that our order was wrong. Never going there again, and may never go to Taco Bell anywhere again. Pretty disgusting customer service and food. read more

Absolutely horrible got tacos from DoorDash they didn't have my drink and then I'm told they don't have cheese or lettuce so they just put nacho cheese on my taco. one of my tacos didn't even have meat. Like what is that??? How does the person that runs this place let this happen?? Absolutely disgusting with all of the tweakers they have working there too. read more

Not sure if anyone ever gets their full order while going through the drive thru, I certainly don't EVERY TIME I go. How hard is it to make sure a full order is complete in the bag before handing it out? read more

This was the best Taco Bell I've ever eaten at. So impressed I'm writing a review and I hardly ever write them. The service was friendly, the food was cooked well and it came out very quickly. The group working here tonight was a well oiled machine. read more

10:30 in the morning and this Taco Bell was FILTHY. Every surface in dining room was dirty (counters, tables, windows and floors. A puddle of spilled soda on floor has been left so long it is drying into a pattern that resembles a topographical map. Trash cans are full and smelling like garbage. I wish I had gone into the deli of Walmart to grab a quick bite to eat...would have been a much better experience. read more

Absolutely gross. The food is always gross and slimy. Every single time I order food here it's cold there's cheese and lettuce all over in the bag everywhere covering EVERY INCH of everything. Not to mention the staff literally read more

What on earth is this? What on gods green EARTH is this? It would appear that they used the taco shell as a dart board, and threw the ingredients across the kitchen with teaspoons and then picked it up off the ground with the flour tortilla. Preciate' it folks. read more

This is honestly the worst Taco Bell of all time and it's not even really close. If I could give it a 0 star I would but the app won't let me. The food is always cold. The orders are usually wrong. They are regularly out of key ingredients. The workers look like they could care less. I really don't know how you could screw up a Taco Bell this bad, I have truly never seen it. Absolute trash. read more

Ordered 2 shredded chicken burritos. No lettuce or guacamole sauce, very little chicken or cheese. Should have called it a rice burrito. 100% dud. However the young man in dt was helpful and friendly. 5 stars for him. read more

i don't understand how hard it is to listen to simple instructions. I just left and the man who helped me pay didn't even say anything to me, all he did was grunt and moan so I get why my shit was for forgotten, he obviously can't communicate with his coworkers. And my girlfriend is al to nacho cheese sauce and she clearly asked for it to be removed and it was just all over her food so thanks for that too. as you can see I'm very happy with my experience read more

As of now it seems most of Oregon has opened up from the covid shutdowns. However not This Taco Bell. As of early July 21 this location is still drive through only. I ordered on the mobile because we are in a rig too large for drive through, set to pick up in store. Inside still closed. No phone number on the door. Had to look up number and call to not have anyone answer the phone. Fortunately after a few minutes someone saw me and came to the door and I was able to get my order. read more

Went to get dinner tonight and I knew I should have checked the bag before leaving but didn't. I ordered a chicken quesadilla which was not in the bag. My husband ordered two beef burritos which had no meat just cheese. We ordered nachos with no sour cream or beans...guess what it had both. They have messed our order up the last three times. We will not be returning. read more

This place just makes me sad.... I got a 5-layer beefy burrito and as many know it's a burrito over $2 but no....the $1 menu items had more stuff in it and in the 5 layer one literally most of it was burrito. So I'm sorry but I do t think I can eat here again after that. read more

We stopped here on our way home and the gal at the front told me that she needed to take someone else order before she could take mine so I thought whatever it's fine I'm hungry. Then When she was done with him she ignored me for a good 5 min before asking what I wanted so I proceeded to order and not joking it took them 30 min to get 3 soft tacos done when they were not busy. While I was standing there waiting they had 5 people come in and complain about their food either it was wrong or it wasn't warm or something. But in that time my sister went in to get a drink for her and her friends they waited for 30 min FOR DRINKS! So I went up to talk to them and they ignored me for a few then I asked them when they can get their drinks and after they waited for 30 min the girl decided to tell me after I confronted her that they still haven't had their drinks and she told me that they needed to come get cups. WHO IN THEIR RIGHT MIND MAKES 3 PEOPLE WAIT BEFORE TELLING THEM THEY NEEDED TO ASK FOR CUPS. Then they got their cups and they got freezes so it was behind the counter she ignored us waiting so they can get their freezes. Worst customer service gal ever also. read more

I walked in about 1:15, placed my order on the Kiosk. Did not walk out till 1:45. There were a number of issues with my order. 1. No way to order a side of sour cream on kiosk. 2. ordered 8 tacos, only got 3, had to ask for the other 5. 3. Ordered cinnamon twists, not included in bag, had to ask again. 4. Had to wait 5+ minutes for all these and my order of beans and rice, while my other food sat getting cold. 4.There was only one order ahead of me inside, while several drive thru cars went through in the 30 minutes I was there. Drive thru seemed to take precedence over inside orders. By the way, there were two women waiting for their order (one ahead of me, one after, but they were together) who was having similar issues getting all their items. 3 very disappointed and annoyed women walked out of there. No apologies, only a pittance coupon for a free taco in the bag, which was for not carrying an item any more, which I never said anything about, even though I was wanting Pinto's and cheese, but was ok with Black beans and rice instead. read more

I know one shouldn't expect too much from Taco Bell, but I would at least expect food safety standards to be observed. When we arrived, a Taco Bell employee behind the counter was holding a puppy - we approached the counter and she handed the puppy to an off-duty employee. Not the most appetizing way to start the meal. read more
