But the wait took 20 and there weren't that many other customers inside (2) while waiting we saw one staff drop condiment containers on the floor: the good, they put it in the sink to be cleaned; the bad they didn't change gloves after touching the floor. My father order three beef supreme burritos and when I ate mine I found plastic inside. The entire night I have felt sick, last time I had taco bell (not this restaurant) their food never made me sick. However eating a burrito with plastic has, I do think I accidentally swallow smaller pieces of plastic as the piece I pulled out my mouth was large. Will never go again. Horrible experience. Went to drive through window, picked up our order. When we checked our order it wasn't what we ordered so we went to the drive through window once again. They redid the order and this time it was correct, but when we started unwrapping the tacos, the shells on all of them were smashed and basically inedible. 10:30 in the morning and this Taco Bell was FILTHY. Every surface in dining room was dirty (counters, tables, windows and floors. A puddle of spilled soda on floor has been left so long it is drying into a pattern that resembles a topographical map. Trash cans are full and smelling like garbage. This is honestly the worst Taco Bell of all time and it's not even really close. If I could give it a 0 star I would but the app won't let me. The food is always cold. The orders are usually wrong. Well I hadn't been to Taco Bell in years and years then today I found out why! I ordered two tacos with sauce how hard is that to get right???.when I opened the first one I had two shells stuck together and they were cold that is for one taco mind you it had little meat a little cheese and I mean little and lettuce.It was horrible stale for a crispy shell, the second one was no better, didn't even put the sauce in No tomatoe???doesn't a taco come with at least a little of that??? I just left and the man who helped me pay didn't even say anything to me, all he did was grunt and moan so I get why my shit was for forgotten, he obviously can't communicate with his coworkers. As of now it seems most of Oregon has opened up from the covid shutdowns. However not This Taco Bell. As of early July 21 this location is still drive through only. I ordered on the mobile because we are in a rig too large for drive through, set to pick up in store. Inside still closed. No phone number on the door. We stopped here on our way home and the gal at the front told me that she needed to take someone else order before she could take mine so I thought whatever it's fine I'm hungry. Then When she was done with him she ignored me for a good 5 min before asking what I wanted so I proceeded to order and not joking it took them 30 min to get 3 soft tacos done when they were not busy. But in that time my sister went in to get a drink for her and her friends they waited for 30 min FOR DRINKS! So I went up to talk to them and they ignored me for a few then I asked them when they can get their drinks and after they waited for 30 min the girl decided to tell me after I confronted her that they still haven't had their drinks and she told me that they needed to come get cups. WHO IN THEIR RIGHT MIND MAKES 3 PEOPLE WAIT BEFORE TELLING THEM THEY NEEDED TO ASK FOR CUPS. I walked in about 1:15, placed my order on the Kiosk. Did not walk out till 1:45. There were a number of issues with my order. 1. No way to order a side of sour cream on kiosk. 2. ordered 8 tacos, only got 3, had to ask for the other 5. 3. Ordered cinnamon twists, not included in bag, had to ask again. 4. Had to wait 5+ minutes for all these and my order of beans and rice, while my other food sat getting cold. 4.There was only one order ahead of me inside, while several drive thru cars went through in the 30 minutes I was there. Drive thru seemed to take precedence over inside orders. By the way, there were two women waiting for their order (one ahead of me, one after, but they were together) who was having similar issues getting all their items. 3 very disappointed and annoyed women walked out of there. No apologies, only a pittance coupon for a free taco in the bag, which was for not carrying an item any more, which I never said anything about, even though I was wanting Pinto's and cheese, but was ok with Black beans and rice instead. read more
