More steak is needed in the chalupa. What I got was completely ridiculous. It was all bread & lettuce & tomato, but mostly just a piece of empty bread. I don't think it was made wrong. I think the amount the company says to put in is so skimpy u can't even call it a steak chalupa. They should be embarrassed & what I got shouldn't cost more than a buck read more

Love this location. No matter how busy they are they still get your order out and don't have an attitude. Food is great but a little expensive, but it's corporate company. They keep it as clean as they possibly can inside. read more

I haven't been back to this Taco Bell for months because they cannot get my order right. So today I decided to try again Big mistake, I had to repeat three times what I wanted and that was all I wanted I drove up to the window while the clerk was still talking. Still didn't get my order right I ended up with a drink with no straw and tacos with no sour cream but I can't say he screwed up something I ended up paying less than with the menu board said so if you want to have a taco that you don't really like try here read more

I ate four 5 layer beef burritos from here last Wednesday and my stomach hurt so badly I had to go to the emergency room. I ate at Wendeys and McDonalds within the two hours previous so I can't be sure the culprit, but I mostly threw up the beef and cheese so i suspect it was the taco Bell! read more

Food wise, it is Taco Bell. As other Yelpers have commented on, this is perhaps the friendliest crew in fast foods. I've gone at multiple different times and service is consistently pleasant. They genuinely seem to enjoy their jobs. I also got the free coupons and the cashier (a young lady) working the window that night warmly invited me to "come in and try breakfast sometime". She served me again last night and seemed as upbeat as ever. Food is a generous three.. Nice Staff Generally speaking, I would rate any Taco Bell 3 Stars for their cheap, palatable food; however, the crew at this particular place bumps the rating up to 4 stars. Myself and my friends have visited a variety of taco bell locations far and wide. This particular taco bell reigns supreme in comparison to the rest. Like a supreme taco vs. regular taco- you cant really compare the two. It is clear each order is carefully and thoughtfully prepared. I have never had a mushy, falling apart or thrown together taco from this location- ever. Their tacos actually look like the picture in the advertisement. The staff are friendly and always go above and beyond. Even for the little things, like an extra side of sour cream. I consider myself an expert judge of a good taco (currently eating one now). If you are ever driving through Iron Mountain- this is a must. I stop every trip. read more

About as fake as it can get when trying to imitate Mexican cuisine....... they don't give huge portions, but what this place will give you is a case of the shits for days! I traveled from Florida to come to this Taco Bell Michigan and here is why This Taco Bell had my food fast and ready to go the best service was that I ordered so much food usually they don't get it right but at this Taco Bell they always get it right especially today I ordered so many things and they got all of it and I am very impressed. I will be returning to this Taco Bell. And to add to that this Taco Bell made my food fresh and tasty. They gave me the best recommendation for everything. Yes I suggest giving this Taco Bell or five stars I will be returning super soon and you should try it out sometime. We also had a really excellent cashier and his name was Jordan H you should get that guy raise because he was so nice to us and whoever gets him is going to be so pleased because he's so nice.
