I live in Georgia, I'm their landlord, every time I'm in the area I eat there. Like in their…read moredescription their food is like they said piping hot, generous portions, always take home half and I'm a big man and this is the only restaurant I can't eat all my meal. Their prices as described are low, their alcohol drinks are moderately priced and their house alcohols are higher quality than most restaurants! If you go just look for the parking lot that has three businesses, you won't miss it because their customers fill all the lot and overflow many times onto Rt. 60/Oak Street. Don't pass it by because they're busy because they serve quickly no matter how busy and of course they replenish the chips and salsa for free as many times if you do have to wait. During fare weather they have an outdoor patio which has three tables they each hold 6 chairs and can be combined to any size group as well. Excellent food, great libations and large portions all at low prices, how can you go wrong. I'm not prejudice just because I'm their landlord, if it weren't true I wouldn't review them at all.

First time dining here. Sunday. About 1:30. Place was really visit and understandably so. The…read morecarnitas were really good. Good sized serving. Perfect subtle crispness. Good flavor. Not a bunch of overly fatty chunks of blubber as is sometimes the case. Nice big grilled jalepeno on top! Some grilled onions would've been nice but over all nothing at all to Collin about. Wow. Really good. And the corn tortillas were great too. Slightly crispy! I asked for a hot salsa and the stuff I was brought as kind of a cream based hot salsa? It was ok. Didn't eat much if it as it wasn't really what j was wanting or expecting (you know typically these places have a hot sauce so they bring you that is maybe a slightly more brown or green version of the stuff they bring you in the little jar). Anyhow...:will definitley be back. Service was good too. Didn't see flan on the dessert menu and I forgot to ask if maybe they had it.

Food must have been pre-prepared, we ordered, left for less than 8 minutes, came back and food was cold. The flavor is severely lacking as far as mexican flavor goes. Salt and chilli powder is the majority of the flavor. The cheese sauce is water thin as well. The chips were very stale. All in all, it isn't bad but definitely won't be my go to.

When I walked into this Five Guys location, I was greeted warmly with "Hello, welcome to Five…read moreGuys," which was a great start. My order was taken quickly, and the food was prepared fast and tasted fresh. Most of the staff I encountered were pleasant and professional. Unfortunately, I did have a negative experience with one employee that really stood out. While I was waiting and leaning on a table, a staff member came around spraying and wiping tables nearby. Instead of waiting until I had moved or politely asking me to step aside so he could clean, he started spraying and wiping the very table I was leaning on--without saying "excuse me," "sir, could you move," or offering any kind of courtesy. As a customer, that came across as rude and unprofessional. Simple communication and respect go a long way, and in this case, there was none. Even after I moved and looked at him, he didn't acknowledge me or offer any apology. It left me feeling as though the action was dismissive, if not deliberately disrespectful. To be clear, the rest of the team did a good job and the food itself was up to Five Guys standards. But this one interaction left a negative impression on my visit. I hope management will address this so that all customers are treated with the same level of courtesy and respect that's expected in customer service.

This location is really hit and miss compared to the other locations though, I ate there tonight and my food was not very good at all. I ordered one of the new Baconator Pretzel burgers, the burger was scorched and the bun was rubbery like it had been microwaved. The dining area was not very clean and the trash was completely full to the point I wasn't sure I could even get mine in the can. I went in the restroom to wash my hands and there was trash all over the floor. The service was okay but it seemed to take quite a while to get my food. All in all not a very good experience.
