Tonight my partner and I decided to try the "chicken taco box" and I wasn't very impressed with it. My partner on the other hand enjoyed it. The chicken taco box comes with 1 burrito, 1 mini fried chicken wrapped in a peta? and a hard shell. Eh, wouldn't order it again. The box is definitely way too big for what you actually get.. I included a picture so you can see the sad story. Along with it, I ordered a number #1 which came with 3 hard shell tacos (meat,tomato, sour cream and lettuce) and that was good. Wish I had just ordered that instead. My coke tasted weird. Only had a couple of sips Bc it certainly didn't taste right. Also, they no longer have Mountain Dew Baja blast. Worst Taco Bell ever. We got here around 9:30, and waited in line till 10:20pm, got out of line and had to come inside because our order was missing 2 items and the tacos where just thrown in the bag. They ended up remaking the order and once my boyfriend told them they where missing food again they threw the entire bag out, and told us we're just getting a refund. At this point it's 11:00pm, and she is still taking forever to get the refund. We stayed until around 11:20 waiting all this time just to get no food, and a refund. Absolutely horrible. read more

Unfortunate to see this place now. I don't usually do fast food reviews because they're all pretty much the same and you don't get fast food for 5-star gourmet...however...this will be an exception. The only reason for this is because I was highly disappointed with the service and food at this Taco Bell which is very atypical. This was always my favorite Taco Bell in the area but after moving back here a year ago it has gone down hill. It took 25 min to order and get my Frito burrito (that was still not closed on the ends) and cold apple empanada. Cars at the drive thru were consistently going up to 10+ minutes wait for their food. Taco Bell is one of my quick, guilty fast food pleasures, but to have my quick snack that should have taken 5 minutes to get take almost 30 was frustrating and disappointing. I hope they turn this back around and I can add some stars soon! Will keep updated. read more

The crunchy tacos I got the evening of 1/13/22-the shells were rancid. I didn't want to wait in line to retutn them, just threw them out. You could smell it, and most definitely taste. Not sure how shells could sit around a TACO Bell long enough to go bad, but they sid. read more

Only if I could give -1 star. Manager says he has no control on the priority of the orders received. Technically the systems are NOT working and the staff is refusing to accept it. Went through the drive thru due to the pandemic- the new wild strawberry freeze is very tasty! Great summer treat. Staff was quick and efficient. They have lots of options including desserts. The cinnamon twists are a nice airy snack. Only thing is that they stopped serving the cinnamon delights after 11 am. Overall good place for a quick bite. read more

Horrible, didn't give me my quesadilla at first and the tortilla was Sahara desert dry while over smothered in sauce. The chicken and cheese was all on one side of the quesadilla. They didn't give me any of the sauces I asked for. All my family's tortillas were soggy and wet. They also gave me 3 chicken chalupas instead of 3 beef chalupas. read more

today a friend and i went to this taco bell around 11:10am. we ordered our food and received our bag... once we opened it we realized it was the wrong order... not even close to what we ordered. we then went back inside with our receipt and the bag of food and told the one woman it was the wrong order. she then claimed it was someone else's order... so we got some random ladies order and maybe she got ours?? i don't know. point is, she took the bag and put it back on the pick up shelving for this woman to get. so does that mean she's getting the food we touched?? sounds like cross contamination . then when we got our SECOND bag of food we left because i was in a time crunch and had to be to an appointment by 11:30 come to realize when i get home... the order was once again wrong. COMPLETELY wrong... not even close. at this point i was beyond frustrated so i went back... brought the bag in again and said "this is our second order that was once again wrong" they continued to go on by saying "i'm so sorry... do you want this anyway?? we will have to end up throwing it out anyways" which i did take it because obviously i'd rather it not be wasted. after they helped literally almost everyone in the drive thru... i'm guessing the manager?? comes over and says "are you two being helped?" i don't even know if i am at this point because it's been about 10 mins still with no signs of them making our food. the manager then goes on to make our food herself (it was right this time) and she gave us two coupons for our troubles that expired 12/31/2022..... it's 2023... i'm probably not going to be returning to this location ever again. this was a huge hassle. read more

Complete disappointment... apparently you have to order certain items only on their app. We were told this In The drive through line so I pull away try the app and the app wasn't working. I pulled back in and I tried to explain the app wasn't working and asked if I could just place the order. The lady still said no and said had to use the app otherwise I had to order something else . Most ridiculous thing I have ever heard. No other fast food restaurant around there is doing this! I pulled away and got food at another local restaurant. Taco Bell is Taco Bell, but when it comes to customer service, I feel they've really hit the nail on the head at this location! I tend to shy away from drive-thru's as I feel my order typically comes out incorrect, especially when I add/remove things from the specified menu, but this has been a non-issue for me at this lovation! They're very pleasant and my order, regardless of how complicated it is, has been correct every time, which is a present surprise that I feel should be made known to other locals. read more

Well, this is definitely a taco bell. The tacos are cheap, the people are friendly, and your stomach will feel very weird for about 24 hrs afterwards. The mountain dew baja blast is tangy AND creamy, which is nice. I just wish the tacos had been warm. Other than that, a strong two stars out of five. read more
