Get V the hot sauce in the side for everything. 4.1 - Chalupa, chicken, no cilantro onion blend. 3.7 - Grilled Cheese Burrito, steak, no chipotle, no sour cream. V loved it. Nasty. They dropped my food and still gave it to me... they need the health department on this place .. nasty, nasty, nasty

This is the worst experience I have in any restaurant, I please my order in the digital kiosk, i waited patiently for 18 minutes and anyone was aware of my presence there, this employees don't care at all. Then finally I ask if someone will know something about my order they say that I didn't pay, how can I do that when nobody seems to care. After a while I was really disappointed, I ask if they can give me jalapeños for free for all the time I waist and the answer was NO. They don't have idea of customer service. They should fire all those employees. Totally disrespectful and unprofessional. read more

Jesus Christ. This is the second time I've not been given the cinnamon twists x2 I've ordered. Granted I should have checked. But god damn.

Very slow and they don't care about customers the order takes forever to get it I will never come back read more

Taco Bell - Nobody helps - Fast Food Near Me - Houston, Texas

The food was good. I don't like the fact that you can't order Pepsi through the app so you have to order in person in the drive-thru because it's not available in the restaurant area. The cashier, Virgie W. a young female with black hair could use some coaching in the customer service area. She didn't smile, was in a rush to hand me my drinks as she extended her arm holding my drink then handed me my bag of food and as soon as I took it from her hand she quickly recoiled her arm and closed the window. She needs to understand that without customers, Taco Bell doesn't need her. Do better! read more

This is a Taco Bell, so you go in knowing what to expect. The items I ordered had some structural integrity issues like they weren't made properly, but it did what it was supposed to do and put an end to our hunger quickly. read more

Slowest Taco Bell I have ever been to. Be prepared to wait 30+ minutes for food if you use the drive through.

Yes, I'm a sucker for Taco Bell. Say what you want but it's my guilty pleasure for cheap Mexican-American. I never turn down the Crunchwrap or Cheesy Gordita Crunch or Quesadilla or nacho fries or whatevs. They serve breakfast which is better than I expected. The breakfast Crunchwrap and new toasted breakfast burritos are packed and filling. If it needs a flavor boost, that's what the dozen packets of sauce are for. It's as American as fast food gets! read more

Taco Bell - Grande Hash Brown Toasted Breakfast Burrito Sausage - Fast Food Near Me - Houston, Texas

Yo might quiero Taco Bell, but I don't quiero it at all. I'm not a fan of Taco Bell, but this is honestly one of the least good Taco Bells that I have been to. It has problems on a lot of different levels. I think the main problem with Taco Bell is that the food is just awful, but another big problem in Taco Bell is that it's so popular and busy, and yet they don't even do a good job of making the bad food that they make. To me this isn't Tex Mex. It's just cardboard plastic. But not Barbi type plastic which is sexy. read more

Taco Bell - Taco your time - Fast Food Near Me - Houston, Texas

I don't normally do negative reviews on Yelp, but this place is off the charts bad. I literally just spent forty five minutes stuck in the drive thru behind three cars. When I finally got to the window, I spent another fifteen minutes waiting for my food to be ready. It was ridiculous. If it had been physically possibly to pull out of the drive thru lane and just go home, I would have. I know it is just cheap fast food but good lord that was absurd. read more

I asked for one thing, crispy tacos with no lettuce, and they can't get that right, the staff was arrogant and rude, and definitely did not want to be there, worst Taco Bell experience ever read more

I ordered my food at 5:35PM, and arrived into the drive thru not even 2 minutes later. I expected a line, but boy was this the longest I've ever had to wait in the drive thru. From arriving in the drive thru to finally getting my food it took 42 minutes. When I pulled up to the window, not once did the person standing next to the window open and acknowledge me sitting there. I was at the window for probably 15 out of the 42 minutes. Not only that, but I'm pissed that this food cost $30 like what the hell is happening . I wouldn't have been this pissed about waiting if someone just opened the damn window and acknowledge my mom and I in the drive thru, but to just stand there at the window and laugh and giggle with your coworkers while there's a whole line of people waiting for their food is so annoying. read more

Slowest movement in the drive thur! I got suck over 15 minutes waiting with 3 cars in front of me. Everything takes minutes to cook, get better! read more

This place is terrible about getting orders wrong. Today, my potato soft taco has no potato in it. My order for a family of 4 came with 5 hot sauce packets, not 25. Last time they gave me chips and cheese instead of nacho fries and no sauce at all. Time before that, they completely forgot my cheesy gordita crunch. Get your act together. So upset that the location on S. Shepherd and Vermont closed. read more

You would think that this job is easy to do but clearly it isn't. Live in downtown, in laws live on this side of town and decided to pick up food and head back home. Get home with someone else's food, not even close to what we ordered. To the owners: either re train or replace whoever Juan B is at this location. Remind everyone that customers are the reason they get to collect a check every other week and to use their full brain capacity when clocked in. Fucking bullshit. read more

Wow! I knew you are not supposed to have high expectations for Taco Bell but after eating at this specific establishment I'm impressed! The first time I got the simple crunchy taco that filled me up... whoever made that taco last night, I want to give you a handshake!! It was simple, hot fresh and filled with fresh tomato, cheese and beef! The Taco Bell's closer to my house suck and never include sour cream in their tacos either :/ I'm making the drive out here from now on. They make their tacos with love!! read more

I don't usually have high expectations when I come to Taco Bell. I always expect cashiers who look like they don't want to be there, but will prepare my order right. This location is probably an exception. I've only been in this location a few times. But every single time I usually see the same guy behind the cash register and this dude is pleasant as hell. Super friendly and chatty. And they don't ever mess up my order. So yay for this location!! read more

My expectation for a fast food chain is reasonably simple: - Staff must be friendly and patient - Correct amount to be charged - Correct food to be provided - Clean place All the above was usually met when I went for lunch. The interior is basic and requires refurbishment. I had it several times that the soda from fountain was too watery. read more

Ive been to an abundance of Taco Bell's and honestly, this one might be the best one I've ever been to. When I went inside, it was very clean and all of the employees were very respectful towards me. My order was instantly taken, and the food I received was not only correct but excellent in every way. The soft taco I ordered was filled to the brim with ingredients unlike when I typically order one and it's halfway filled and the tortilla is hard. This was quite the delightful experience and I would highly recommend this Taco Bell. read more

Favorite Taco Bell- I know, I know. Taco Bell is awful blah blah blah. But we are on Dave Ramsey's plan and TB is fast and the calories are easy to count. This is a good location for drive through. Not exactly what I'd call easily accessible if you are coming from 34th, but once you get to the parking lot you have plenty of maneuverability. The staff is friendly and efficient, food orders are correct, and that's about all I know. read more

Taco Bell - Plants at TB - Fast Food Near Me - Houston, Texas

So glad I tried to give this place a second try for them to prove to me my business doesn't matter. I came by for my meal and they messed up my order. They burnt my quesadilla and it had no chicken. As I order and they did not make my tacos supreme and/or no tomatoes and no sour cream I paid for that. I went back and they remade my food still not correct. The DT persons name was Joe and the MOD was Kane /Cane and never not once did he apologize much less even make my order correct. This is just ridiculous and I want my money back. Let's see how long it takes for staff/corporate takes to resolve this. read more

Terrible customer service. Terrible quality of food and sorry excuse for a manager. I called to let the manager know that there was an item left off of my online app order. She was not apologetic and was very matter a fact. Sorry but I'm not driving back 5 miles for something that should've been in my bag. Never ordering from this location again and I will be notifying corporate! read more

Seriously the worst. The drive thru took 2+ hours. For FAST FOOD. Would give 0 stars if possible.

Worst Taco Bell ever bad customer service and wrong order I got and to put the cherry on top rude drive thro

They normally get the order right, they help you when you need it and are pleasant. They also all are wearing masks and gloves.

Went to order some food late after work. When I went through the drive through they got half of my order incorrect. My boyfriend has a dairy allergy and they put cheese on everything. The staff also got snappy when I tried to come back and get it changed! Totally recommend not coming to this location. UPDATE went back to get my tacos fixed and one of them still had cheese. Really wish I could rate this a 0 star restaurant. read more

Not sure what's going on?...there is a line of cars not getting service! Their hours are posted as 7am-2am...it's 11:34pm and when I pulled into the parking lot, cars were IN the drive thru! They need to change their sign, Google maps and yelp to reflect the NEW hours. I guess the crew is hiding somewhere...because several of us waited for 10min and they never appeared (even though cars were being serviced when I first pulled up. Also, the sign is still lit up. read more

4 stars for Taco Bell? Yes, TB on Ella, you deserve it. When our paths first crossed, you had the elusive Chili Cheese Burrito on your menu. I was so happy to see the old school item, I overindulged the next few weeks. My mistake. For those who haven't had the pleasure, the CCB is a soft burrito sized tortilla filled with chili and gooey, melted cheese. Simple, artery clogging deliciousness. During my burnout phase, you for some reason, ditched the CCB with no explanation and no warning? It was just gone from the menu as if it had never existed. This move led to my indignant phase and you lost a star. But as most folks find out Taco Bell is a necessity at certain points in life, and I returned. Your staff is always super friendly. My order is always right. And you always provide plenty of fire sauce. For that service, you can have your star back. Could I get the CCB back? read more

I for one never go to Taco Bell when the light is out. Meaning they promote their "4th meal" for a reason. However, I do stop here after a night of drinking. When I used to live down the street from this location I would come here to fill the tummy with some greasy tex mex. The best thing I would order were the chalupas and the cinnamon swirls! They are actually quite fast at night and used to dealing with the drunks. read more

This Taco Bell location "gets it right." I have never had an issue here, the service has always been fast and friendly for me (and the people who have been there with me).
