Horrible service. Not only did we get the wrong order (someone else's order with a lot of extra things than we ordered), but the people working did not have good customer service skills. They didn't verify our order and were too busy laughing at the window with eachother to acknowledge us. We wanted a drink so we parked and went inside thinking it would be faster than the drive thru. We were wrong. We waited 10 minutes after ordering for them to just give us a cup to fill our own drink. We had to go up and ask about our one drink. We rarely eat low quality food, such as fast food, but we decided to do so today as we were rushing to get some things done. We used to eat Taco Bell in years past so we know how the food tasted back then. Todays food was so horrible that I ended up nauseous for the rest of the day. The Mexican pizza that we each ate had a plastic flavor in the crunchy tostada shells. We have both burped this nasty flavor all afternoon and evening. The tomatoes on top of the Mexican pizza were green and we had to rake them off to the side. We will not be visiting another Taco Bell any time soon. Yuk! read more

Although the location on Hwy 92 in Woodstock is open for in restaurant dining this one refuses. Staff is unprofessional answer back to customer as I asked for a receipt. Drive up backed up badly at lunch time. and in side kiosk has waiting line. Saw two men walk out while waiting for gal who had picked up her order and was standing at kiosk for 10 minutes. They left! not sure why the low ratings....I brought a couple of friend's kids here after their lacrosse game on a weeknight. (Nothing like catching up on the wacky worlds of 13 years old than tacos and soda....by the way does every 13 years old girl on this planet have a crush on middle aged celebrities? Seriously...they're all old enough to be your dads...) We got 4 soft shell chicken tacos and 4 hard shell beef tacos and drinks. The restaurant was clean and the young lady that took our order was sweet. This restaurant is located right across the street from the Quiktrip and Zaxby. It's a weird little strip where you sorta have to turn behind the restaurant in order to get into the strip. Once you turn in you have to make a big circle around the Starbucks in order to go around to the other side to get to the restaurant....have no worries once you do a few times you'll get a hang of it, grasshopper. It's next to an AT&T place which is next to the Starbucks. There is a median on the road into the place so if you need to make a left. You have to either cut through to the Home depot behind it or go up to the light and make a u turn. We had a good experience here so we'll be back again next time we have a taste for tacos.... read more

Ordered on the app gave me the option to walk in and pick up. When I arrived the dinning room was closed there were eight cars in the drive thru, I called the store to ask if I could come to the door to pick it up first they said it wasn't ready then they said it was but they couldn't open the doors. I understand due to staffing issues you might not be able to have the lobby open but don't give the customer the option and then tell them it's not available. I would have arrived early to sit in line if I knew that I couldn't go inside. I sat in line for cold food because it took 20 mins to get to the window. This location got my order wrong but I only had 15 minutes for lunch so I didn't check until I was gone. I don't eat meat and they gave me a completely different order. I called and they would not refund over the phone. The female manager said she would leave a note with my name. I came back one week later (today) and the male manager said without a receipt or the managers name they could not make it right. I thought I had the receipt but I can't find it now but I thought they would have the note. I asked if I could use my credit card to confirm but they said no. So he said nope wouldn't do anything. He said that is their process but he wouldn't. How would I even know that is their process for refunds if this didn't happen. Customer service is everything. It goes a long way. CFA goes out of their way above and beyond. Don't support this location. Everyone makes mistakes however they have to be willing to make it right and they are not. It's $5.48. That's all. read more

The bean burritos were so gross. The beans were dry and hard with no flavor. The batch tasted days old. I did throw my burritos away and my husband threw away his retried beans. I called and spoke with the manager. She was very nice and offered a refund or a redo but I told her I just wanted her to know so she could redo the batch so no more customers will complain. I told her I will try them one more time in the future but if it happens again they will definitely lose our business. read more

Stopped in for two quick burritos at the Holly springs location near sixes rd. They were unable to take my gift card that I bought on an app. Very unprofessional and I asked if I could get my meal and then I know better to buy any gift cards through Taco Bell. They said no. Keep in mind the order was $5.29. They said try ordering through the app or on the website. I bought the gift card in front of them. I said OK I will do that but can I please have my two burritos so I can eat while I figure out how to do it online. They said no. I said do you understand you're gonna lose a customer for life over a five dollar order. The manager for the day stated he loses customers all the time and that's OK. This place gets 1 for being absolutely filthy. Every time I go, the table tops are caked with grime and dried up food that they are sticky! Yuck! I didn't dare put my purse on the floor because it was absolutely disgusting. I put it on top of the table and it literally stuck to it!! Every person that came in while I was there had to wipe off what they could on what table they could find that wasn't covered with gunk. It would take a heavy duty cleanser and some serious elbow grease to even try to get them to be sanitary. This last visit was on a random Monday between 1:30-2:00. Not busy and no excuse. The very first time I came here (about 2 months ago), the food was very delicious. However, my mind has changed since last night. I ordered three spicy potato soft tacos, a cheese roll up, and a triple layer nachos around 7/8 PM. All three spicy potatoes soft tacos were bare and had hard and crunchy potatoes in the tacos. The entire time you would think I was munching on pork rinds. It was unpleasant eating something so displeasing. The cheese roll up was alright and the triple layer nachos had a glob of beans right dab in the middle. After we received the food, the guy at the window quickly closed it without saying the usual, "have a nice day!" So service and food was not that great. read more

My daughter and i ate dinner at this TB last night and about 2.5 hours food poisoning set in and we have both been extremely ill since last night. I tried calling the store to alert management and no one ever answered the phone. This was from the meat in our tacos and Crunchwrap supreme. By far the worse Taco Bell ever... my husband and I never switch up our dinner when we go to Taco Bell it's always chicken chalupas and beef soft tacos... well the first time we came here we got home and got 2 soft. Beef tacos and 2 xxl stuffed burritos ???? And then today my husband gave it a try AGAIN because it's the closest to our home... and surprise we got beef chalupas so I took my hungry butt down and told one of the girls at the drive thru my situation and got her manager well manager started telling me how my husband never said it was chicken. Yadi yadi yada wel I didn't argue back. But he did offer to switch it I offer to give them back the mess up order.. then he comes back out saying their truck didn't come in so they had no chalupa wraps I just had them give me the chicken.. well get home and now my chalupas are very soggy and not enjoyable at all.. never coming back we have never had a problem at any other Taco Bell read more
