Someone told me to avoid this location. Now I see why. I placed a mobile order and walked in a few minutes later. Nobody stands near the registers any more as they take orders through kiosks. I was waiting for them to announce that my food was ready. Nope. Again, it's not like someone is at the front helping customers. After several minutes I approached the counter and had to wait for someone to acknowledge me. When they finally did, I saw the bags of my food. They had definitely been sitting there for a while. I was handed my drink order and it was almost completely wrong. Too many of one drink and none of another. Mistakes happen, no big deal. I mention that I'm missing a tea. The lady at the counter says OK, and talks to one of the other workers. A few minutes later she tries handing me a taco or something. I again say "no, I'm missing a tea". She hands me a cup and leaves. Problem is, the tea is somewhere behind the counter. Not wanting to bother with it a 3rd time, I give up and fill the cup with something else. The woman was doing her best, but why Taco Bell doesn't have a person that speaks a decent amount of English helping customers is beyond me. It was clear the language barrier was causing issues for both of us. I don't blame her at all, that's on the management not scheduling someone who could adequately help the customers. Even worse, I point this out on the taco bell app hoping they might be able to help or at least refund me for the tea I didn't receive. Nope, nothing. The food served at this Taco Bell location is a complete joke! It is almost comical how the food is served. The management at this location definitely needs to address the quality of service and food. The service and quality of food served is the complete opposite of the franchise mission statement, " We take pride in making the best Mexican-style fast food, providing fast, friendly, & accurate service." Not sure why this Taco Bell has such bad reviews regarding service, but I had no problems with my pickup my mobile order today. There was a line, but not a long one and it was around 1:30 PM (tail end of prime lunchtime). The line moved pretty fast- I was in and out of the drive-thru line within 5 minutes of arriving. My Chalupa Cravings Box and soft drink was ready go and both sealed for safety. Each item- Cinnamon crunch, chalupa, crunch taco, and chicken burrito were good, regular taco bell quality. Let's be real, I'm not going to walk into Taco Bell with the expectation that their food is going to blow my mind. The 4-stars is for 1) good and quick service from the employees, 2) correct order, and 3) all food being up to the standard quality. read more

Rounded up for 3.5 stars for a fast food chain. Back in college I used to go to Taco Bell all the time because it was so cheap! I went today to get the Chalupa Cravings Box and a Doritos locos taco for free when they offered it for people who signed up for a rewards account. The Chalupa Cravings Box is a great deal (even if you had to pay)! It's enough food to feed two people as it comes with a soft taco, a toasted cheddar chalupa, and a burrito. It also comes with a drink and dessert (cinnamon twists). Of course it isn't a fancy meal or a "legit" taco, but for $5 I would say it successfully fulfills a fast food taco craving. I didn't see what the hype was about regarding the doritos locos taco, but I usually prefer soft tacos anyways. We placed the order through the app and went through the drive way for pick up, and the process was quick and smooth. read more

I think it's against this Taco Bell's religion to get an order correct. Every single time I decide to take a shortcut on dinner and swing through, they somehow miss something or give me the wrong item. I always use the app to order so it baffles me how the get it wrong. Also, do not "make it supreme" unless you reaaaaaallllly like sour cream. Like a lot. That said, whatever they do end up giving you is usually decent and the people at the window are always nice. read more

I have to agree with most of the other reviewers. This location is bad. Not only does it feel "NO AC/humid" & look dirty. But the food is never hot nor warm sometimes. This is my 2nd time getting a nacho box and it's barely warm. Also i had to complain when I got it because it barely had any meat or toppings on it. I shouldn't have to do that and it should be right the first time. I told them I want it to look just like the picture. The woman took the box and starting yelling at herself in Spanish which I clearly understand because I know Spanish myself and she then adds more stuff and gives me the box back. Also the overall place needs like a power washing or something. The tables and even the drink tops holder was dirty. I think it's pathetic when you drive a tow truck and they won't let you come inside and make you wait in a long line walking the drive through and then had the nerve to ask me to step off to the side while they make my food so they can help everyone else. They couldn't have been nice and give me a discount for the "convenience" of me walking a line looking like a fool to get $60 of food. Do NOT go here anytime after 10... YOU WILL GET SICK. I am absolutely disgusted with the service I received recently. THEY SERVE SPOILED FOOD to avoid cooking anything at night. I placed an order at the drive thru and was informed that only select items were available to choose from. So I ordered two drinks and the rest a la cart: a burrito supreme, soft taco supreme, chicken chalupa, and chipotle ranch chicken burrito--and then a side of nacho cheese. The woman at the drive thru window rang my card, gave me my card, and immediately asked me to park at the doors. SHE DID NOT GIVE ME A RECEIPT. About three minutes later, an employee met me at my car and reluctantly handed me my food... almost as if he felt guilty for what I was about to eat. Let me tell you... all of the food was cold and super disappointing. When I bit into the burrito supreme, I immediate spit it out because the beans in the burrito supreme were SOUR! The chicken chalupa was SOGGY and the lettuce wilted as if it had been sitting two days in a refrigerator. The soft taco supreme also has spoiled/sour taste, but no where near as bad as the beans. And of course, the side of nacho cheese was separated where the water/oil was displaced from the "cheese". I'd like to note that there was also an off-white film on the top. I was so angry and disgusted that I threw away all of the food IMMEDIATELY. When I called the store the next day, I was told that without a receipt or photos, they could not do anything for me. Taco Bell or Taco Hell? When I lived in the area 13 years ago, I would go to Taco Bell much more frequently than I do now. If I had been smart, I would have gone before I was going to have a few drinks, and definitely if I was going to have a lot of drinks. It's cheap and easy and their beans are vegetarian- good for me, not good for the people who like lard and lots of flavor. I still have a soft spot in my heart for Taco Bell. I could be on an anti-chain kick and still be in the mood for a bean burrito without onions or sour cream, a seven layer burrito without sour cream (I think it tastes fake), or a mexican pizza with extra tomatoes and lettuce. It seems like no matter what time of the day it is that this location has a line around the building. The kids really like taco bell, but I'm not big on the waits so we typically skip going here. The few times we have gone it was decent, though they did mess up out order a bit the last time. It's taco bell, your not going to be blown away regardless. Every 2nd or 3rd time I order something from this location the order is lost in translation or they blatantly disregard my instructions. I ordered 2 Mexican pizzas TO-GO. Upon getting home and biting into the first, I noted the pizza was stale and had a bitter after taste. Since this was my only dinner for the night, I drove back to the store. The Manager, Briana refused to acknowledge the pizza was stale. I asked for a refund and was told that was not possible. After much deliberation, I was told I could reorder a replacement item. I asked for 2 Crunchwrap Supreme, when I got home I noted was given 2 hard shell tacos instead. When I called the store after my second trip, I was told Briana was "busy" and the employee hung up on me. I not only did not get dinner, I was also spoken to very rudely during the whole encounter. Additionally, there was no apology or acknowledgement of error. Do NOT go to this Taco Bell location. The food is old and stale and the customer service is abominal. read more

Walk-in and got order Togo. The front cashier was nice and took my order. While waiting I noticed a lady making the food talking on her cell phone and making food for orders. She got off of her phone call and walked in the office and put her phone up. She had the same gloves on the entire time. My boyfriend and I and our two best friends are committed Taco Bell eaters. We've come to accept that ordering at Taco Bell can be hit-or-miss, especially when it comes to customized orders of any sort. We just moved from Baltimore City, where at every Taco Bell location, 75% of the time, *something* was missing or wrong from our order once we brought it home. Here, this rarely happens! They gave me the wrong order the other day but when I went back to get it fixed, they were kind enough to throw in a dessert to compensate, without me asking. I find the customer service here to be above average! Whenever I pull up to the drive-thru I'm typically welcomed with a very friendly greeting. They always ask if I want sauce at the window. Perhaps my standards were set low, but this Taco Bell is a great step up from what we were used to! read more

I've been to this location dozens of times over the years and it's only gotten worse as time goes on. Today, I went through the drive through and at the speaker, I ordered 2 Crunchy Taco Supreme Party Packs. It was repeated back for accuracy and I was then asked what kind of sauces I wanted. I told them fire and asked if they could add extra because that's a lot of tacos. The young lady said sure. When I pull up to the window, I pay and I'm asked to pull around to the front to wait for my food. No problem. It's lunch time and I completely understand. Before pulling away, however, I asked them to make sure they put the sauces in the boxes before they bring it out to me. The young lady says, "sure." I wait about 10 minutes and the food comes out. I look through both boxes and there's no sauce. This happens every single time I go there which is why I ask them to MAKE SURE THE SAUCES ARE IN THE BOX. Apparently, that's too difficult. But it's a mistake and more of an inconvenience than an issue. I go inside, get my sauces and leave to go home. When I get home, I open one of the boxes and they aren't supremes. I check my receipt and it says I was charged for supremes. The difference is VERY different so this isn't acceptable. I open the other box to see if they are right and not only are they not supremes, they also only put 9 tacos in the box instead of 12. So not only did I pay $20 more for regular tacos but they also shorted me 3. I call the stores number and speak to who I assume is a manager. I explain the situation and say, "if you can just refund me the difference, I'll accept the mistake and just eat what I was given." I'm told, "You have to bring them back to the store in order to get a refund at all because it's our policy." So I say, "So I'm given the wrong food and then if I want a refund, at all, I have to waste gas money to come back to your store 10 minutes away?" She said yes because it's policy. So I tell them, "Ok. I'm on the way." I get to the store with both boxes and I'm asked if I want a fresh order. I said no and asked for a full refund. The person whom I'm assuming was the manager was courteous and I'll give her credit for that. What I don't appreciate is wasting my time and money. So now I have no food and I'm out gas money during a time where gas is ridiculously expensive. I will not be going back to this location anymore. They're consistently inaccurate and never give sauces. The tacos are also 1/3 full, including all of the filling. The first taco I looked at had literally 4 pieces of lettuce in it.
