With the Taco Bell menu, you can order either from the kiosk or register, but if you are ordering Long John Silvers, it's from the register only. The LJS menu is limited compared to other locations, and if you want the full menu, you'll need to continue driving up to the Long John Silver's/A&W in Pottsville. The food here is fine, but the service and waiting times leave a lot to be desired. They are always slow, despite being well staffed. Mobile ordered in advance. Got to the drive thru roughly 25 minutes after the order had been placed. Recieved our drink and waited at the pick up window for around 18 minutes before being asked if the order was for "Amanda". Our order was not for Amanda. After an annoyed scoff by the worker, we waited another 16 minutes (total of 34 min waiting at the restaurant now) and were finally handed our order of ONE singular box with 3 tacos. Then asked "did i give you the drink already" to which we responded "yes we got the drink 35 minutes ago". Drive thru worker replied with "Fuck off then". Stopped in here on a long drive home and the service here was less than enthusiastic. They were only taking orders on kiosks when I walked in, it's a slow process, and it seemed like the workers were literally ignoring all of us out front. After finally, getting my order in (people in front of me were very slow) I waited for almost 25 minutes for my food. It wasn't until a Door Dash driver complained and another customer demanded to see a manager did the manager come up front from somewhere in the back (he had been NOWHERE to be seen before that) to tell us their computer system had gone down and they lost a bunch of orders from the drive thru. Sorry Mr. Manager, that's simply crappy customer service. Just come out and be honest. And the Door Dash driver I mentioned waited a total of 33 minutes. Service was slow. We ordered on the kiosk, got our food, and had to wait to be handed two cups. The guy who ordered before us was still waiting for his food even after we were done eating. The service first of all is horrible. Probably one of the worst fast food chains I've ever been to. The last time I went there that I actually got served. I just went to breakfast at Taco Bell for only my second time, the last time was at the Saint Clair location near the Walmart (would not recommend that location). The service I received was amazing the lady at the window was kind and even asked if I would like any extra cream,vanilla, or sugar in my coffee (which surprisingly enough is not common at other locations. The food was amazing, definitely the best Taco Bell I've ever had. I ordered a $5 breakfast box which included a drink (the coffee), 2 Cinnabon delights, a sausage breakfast crunchwrap and a hash brown. I also ordered a toasted sausage burrito. All of the food was amazing and tasted as if they just made the eggs and sausage, the only lacking part of it was the hash brown. But all in all I would definitely recommend coming to this location for breakfast if you have the time. read more

I stopped here on Thursday May 20. I was driving a tall vehicle which would not fit drive thru. I parked and the employee exiting the building informed me drive thru only. I said my van won't fit. He said I could walk up to the window. I declined and took my business elsewhere. I am fully vaccinated. How long are you going to run your business this way? You're on an interstate, I'm going to chalk it up to the fact that you dont want to clean the inside dining area. Not much of a reviewer, but every time I order food here compared to any other Taco Bell location, it's always messed up in some way shape or form. I always come back a few months later because it's conveniently near my house, and every few months I'm let down again and don't go back. Drove 25 miles to get fish and fries. Was told after getting my order that they were completly out of tarter sauce. Gave me a poor excuse that is was because of a problem with their supplier. Yet they said they were getting some later from another location nearby. Tarter sauce has a long shelf life. They should always have plenty on hand. A combination Taco Bell/Long John Silvers is like the holy grail of fast food restaurants. On their own, each of these are among my favorite fast food places. We stopped here on a trip back from Pittsburgh to NJ and this was definitely a highlight of the trip. Not to mention the closest Long John Silvers to north Jersey is in Long Island so this was a special treat. I got a taco bell big box meal, and my husband got a LJS meal with chicken and fish. I put some fish in my taco. I put malt vinegar on my burrito. I dipped fries in taco bell sauce. This will definitely be my new favorite stopping point when driving through NE PA. read more
