Came through the drive-thru around midnight, and was not sure what to expect. My pick-up order was extremely fresh and ready when I got to the window. I was impressed how quickly the line went by. The workers were also kind and efficient. Shoutout to this Taco Bell for making my late night snack a success! read more

Very unsanitary, i seen them using the same gloves to touch the kiosk, and make the food. Then they were giving me push back because i asked them to make my food correctly please. They gave me a stale tasting tortilla and crunchy one (i ordered the Crunchwrap) it tasted like it had been sitting in someones grandmas sewing kit. read more

Visited the Taco Bell located in grandview off of main st. Supreme taco was missing tomatoes. Not a huge deal except that's literally the only difference between a regular taco and the supreme other than the sour cream. When I visited the establishment the next day (literally) and told them about the mistake they offered me a measly Sorry and when asked if there was something that could be done he/she again hit me with a no I'm sorry. Which is absolutely INSANE! How do you mess up an order and then not offer any way to fix or rectify the issue. A taco? A freeze!? A coupon? Anything to make up for the fact that I paid for a service and didn't receive quality. I wasn't even demanding a refund. Just some kind of rectification for the mistake.. simple. Maybe if All the employees weren't huddled, standing outside smoking then they could pay more attention to the quality of the food coming out the kitchen.. but from what I can tell the standard of this location are low. From hiring to food! Always has been. This was a desperate moment for me so the expectation should have been set and the bar lower than hell. I'll make sure I continue to avoid this location! read more

They aren't selling the enchirito anymore, mexi melt, the tacos were very greasy and with cheese. They don't even have Pico de Gallo. I used to love this place when I was a teenager but after living in San Antonio for four years and El Paso for 4.5 years I just can't do the bell anymore. A nice tacos al Pastor with corn tortillas, shredded pork, grilled pineapple and chopped onion, cilia on the sides with some pico gallo is the only way now and a bean and cheese taco for breakfast would be great! read more

I got two chipotle chicken burritos. The 1st one had one single chopped piece of chicken. The second one had 6. Ridiculous. There's a reason i never go to this location. Every-time i come something is messed up read more

The Taco's, or the Burritos, are delicious along with the friendly service. I honestly believe that everything on the menu is an excellent choice lines are long @ times. Has gotten my simple order wrong every time I've gone there. What is so hard about making supreme beef soft shell tacos? They keep giving me normal tacos. read more

The only thing I can say about this site is the it is completely horrid. The customer service is in the dumps and the meat is watered down if you get lucky enough to get meat on your food. The professionalism was something that I could find I the entire establishment. If I did buy a burrito with just meat and sauce I would have been a happy camper. But unfortunately there is nothing positive to say about the night shifts service read more

Taco Bell - Line long for no reason!!!! What ever happen to fast food. Jesus!!?? The line literally goes in to the street. - Tacos Near Me - Grandview, Missouri

Food was barely warm. Forgot a $7 item. Not really worth going back to get it considering my food already almost cold.

My dine-in breakfast experience was A-OK. The service at the counter was fast, and somewhat friendly, while the dining area was fairly clean, with background music. I have no complaints. read more

Felt like I was inconveniencing the drive through attendant. It's been a little while since I had been to a Taco Bell so it took me a minute to get reacquainted with the menu. The moment I drove up to menu/order space, the person immediately said "how may I help you". Hadn't even had a chance to look what I would want. I asked for a second; about 30 seconds later I started giving my order and they rudely said hold on. Finally got to start giving my order with attitude from her the whole time. When I got to the window to pay for my order I asked a question about the order she gave more attitude and rolled her eyes. I was just trying to understand why I have been charged an additional $1.50. Seriously $8.13 for 3 tacos and a drink. Total rip off. Hate giving bad reviews but seriously just rubbed me the wrong way the whole time. read more

Incompetent and looked pissed off when I walked in. Ordered online and should have just stayed home.

It's Taco Bell: sometimes the drive-thru line is out of control, sometimes they've been so busy they've run out of napkins, sometimes the teenagers working there are gossiping about crap they shouldn't be, sometimes a jerk has left trash on a table. As a Taco Bell affecionafo, I'm very thankful to live so close to this one. The staff is consistently friendly & efficient. Our order has been wrong once in the 88 million times we've been there. & we order things special every single time!! I'm consistently asked for clarification if something isn't understood & never get attitude if something needs corrected. When the wait is a bit long, someone acknowledges it & thanks me for my patience. I'm regularly referred to as Miss or Ma'am & every staff member has proper manners. The staff suggests things & asks if I'd like to try new sauces or items. Nothing is perfect, but this is a Taco Bell exceeds every expectation. The catalyst for me finally writing a review though was the trans kid in the drive thru tonight. I want to live in a world that your presence in this part of town & in high traffic, public-facing service industry isn't remarkable. But, we don't yet. I don't want to be SO touched by your beautiful nails & meticulous makeup. But, I was. I cannot be more proud & happy that you're here. read more

If you love being trapped in a drive thru lane for 25 minutes only to get the wrong order then this place is for you...what the actual F#$%.

11:30 am Saturday lunch. I walked in with my disabled son and tried to order lunch. I was told by the manager that they didn't have staff to take my order and I should leave. Guess we were the wrong color. There were 10 or customers eating in the dining area. (They had staff for them!) I looked in after walking out and they were taking orders. read more

I am generally not a fan of Taco Bell. I will sometimes get this food either because it is late and I am tired or because I SO really likes Taco Bell. Every time I only use the drive through. I have always gotten the correct order and the person taking my order has been exceptionally friendly. Sometimes the line is quite long but the friendliness of the order taker has cheered me up. read more

one of the worst Taco Bell's ever. always out of "ingredients" so they don't have to complete an order. always short with people, rude, and unprofessional, even for Taco Bell. always has taken a longggg time through the order process. read more

5/18/2022...The Mexican pizza is back...and now Iwon't be going back! I got home after working a 15 hour shift this lovely Wednesday evening, I've clocked 80+ hours and still 4 days to go until I get a day off. While sitting at my table with my sister and son I saw someone's sc story with the Mexican Pizza!! "OH THAT's RIGHT" I jumped and ran out the door excited to surprise my family. We'd been on the look out for several weeks after hearing rumor of the return. Tiffany Jordan, was what I was told the manager's name is. The crew was pleasant and explained they rolled out officially tomorrow but for today it was app exclusive. I pulled around explaining I didn't want to hold up the line, placed my order and pulled back through. At the window the crew greeted me. My order wasn't showing but they could see it from my app and placed it anyway. 3 pizzas, one with guacamole and a Baja blast. I got home and no guac. I called. "Tiffany" answered. Rudely explained she'd made them and there was guac on it. Well the one marked did not have it. She said she put it under the shell- looking and not seeing it I asked where under, maybe she placed it on the bottom? Nope. I was looking through the second one thinking maybe perhaps the wrong box. While explaining this she yelled at me exclaiming it was. I grabbed all three and headed back up there. Once at the window I was yelled at "give me your food" she refused to give me her name. I had all three pizzas laid out and planned to take a pic more than half of each of the top shells pulled back- no sign of guac on any. She took the first and the second and when showing the Third one another associate saw that in one small place on the second one, there was a small gallop of guac. AH IT WAS THERE. kinda. At this point all three pizzas were demolished. I asked for them to be remade and she refused to come back to the window or to give me her name. Very unprofessional. Very rude. read more

Pretty good and decent service! A lot better than the one at banister that closed. However, the new Taco Bell at Red Bridge Road is amazing and a lot closer! read more

I was just at this Taco Bell. I order 2 bean burritos 2 shredded chicken burritos and a quesorito. They were all cold when I received them and I found out that they put ranch in my shredded chicken burritos. Tasted horrible. I wouldn't even give this place a single star read more

Worst Taco Bell ever. Had to grab a quick bite ... Only took 45 minutes to get our food. If you are in a hurry go somewhere else.

Go there late at night, the food has always been great, best TB around for a late night meal.

This is the worst Taco Bell I've ever been to, I asked the employee what sauce came on the Crunchwrap and she replied with "hold on......... good lord........ Jesus" highly DON'T recommend this Taco Bell, we left because of the rude careless customer service read more

Friendly staff that know the regulars. Saw several people get free food items and received one myself. Best Taco Bell I have been in.

This is by far the best Taco Bell I have ever been to. Seriously, go during lunch time (I never have time to go at night but I'm sure service was great then too). The staff is so attentive and just flat out friendly and you never get that in grand view at fast food restaurants. And honestly some of the customers in this area are really complicated so give these employees the benefit of the doubt and understand that they are the best! They also hook it up on sauces so thank you! read more

I've ate at many "TacoBell"s and I'd prefer to drive an extra 15min out of my way to State Line than eat here. Everytime I order the food looks like crap and the service is slow and not very welcoming.. read more

Okay, so obviously Taco Bell isn't fine dining, but this place was just awful. They usually get my order wrong and I usually end up throwing away most of the food because of how badly it's prepared. My last burrito was mostly just sour cream. I tried one of their Fritos burritos and they for some reason thought it was necessary to add extra salt, which of course made it just disgusting. Always check your bag if you go through the drive through, because they probably charged you for stuff you didn't get, or better yet just don't go here at all. It's really bad. read more

I would give this location of taco bell a negative report of like -7 stars. So they close at 2:305am, & I went at 1:45am. When I went on with my order, they start to tell me that they don't have enough meat for my tacos. So I change my order to only bean & rice burritos, & someone else comes on the speaker & VERY RUDELY says, we dont have enough beans, rice, meat or ANYTHING to make anymore than 2 tacos. This was on Friday night/ actually THURSDAY morning between 1:50am and 2:05am. So my question is, so if taco bell doesn't CLOSE until 2:30. Then how long do you let our food sit and wait since your to lazy to cook it when it's ordered? And why are you out of meat, beans, AND rice, all the main items to make a taco? You might as well close right when your employees decide they don't give a crap anymore and say to each other hey it's 1230am let's stop making food and tell everyone we are out! Y'all just lost a very very good customer!! read more

Got off work at 10 & had to finish an essay that was due by midnight. Out of sheer desperation, I stopped and purchased an "iced coffee" from the Grandview Taco Bell. I can only liken the flavor to squeezing the leftover water out of week-old coffee grounds I fished out of a trash can at a truck stop gas station/diner. It was weak and stale and tasted like regret. read more
