It's always quick seating and service. It's very warm and friendly inside and the portions are huge and very reasonably priced, I think this last visit is the first I've ever gone without leftovers because we split between 3 of us. They have both a vegan and a regular menus, which once again is great because they care about their customers regardless of their diet, allergens, or preferences. They tasted good but I'm really not a fan of eating cold chicken, so I passed them off to my friends. The beans were just okay. There's really not much to say about them. The rice also left me disappointed! I typically devour Spanish rice. Not only was it cold, there were also odd, hard grains of rice mixed in. Not enough to get one every bite but enough that the experience of eating it was off-putting. It was also quite bland. Another note: While we were eating, there was this constant loud droning coming from the air conditioner. I'm a MASSIVE fan of air conditioning so I'm grateful it was on in the first place, but that is something they really need to get fixed. Two women seated near us actually got up and walked outside after commenting multiple times about how disturbing the noise was.
