This location is horrible. Every time we go to this Taco Bell our order is somehow messed up. We ordered ahead through the app and our food still took 30 minutes to prepare. We were told to pull around front and wait for the food to be made. After waiting for 30 minutes I went in to see what the wait was and still had to wait longer for everything to be made. We did not order a large amount of food. It was two boxes and a nachos. After getting home both boxes had all the wrong items. The lady over the phone accused me of lying about the order being wrong. I filed a dispute for the order in the app and Taco Bell never reached out with a resolution. The management of this location is a joke. read more

Absolutely terrible service. To all, I say CAVEAT EMPTOR. I urge you to avoid going here at all costs. But if you do, ALWAYS CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE LEAVING. I placed a mobile order on the app, and they gave me the wrong order. I contacted Taco Bell online to report the issue and requested a refund. I have received no reply. They lost my business. I will never go here again. Thank goodness Chipotle is opening in town so I can get my fill of Mexican food. Oh, and not to mention that the service is extremely slow. It takes me on average 30 minutes to get an order that I placed IN ADVANCE. The last couple of visits, it's been getting steadily worse. Obviously, Taco Bell doesn't care and has let this location go. I have written more than once with my complaints, and not once has anybody ever acknowledged the receipt of my comments to assure me that they would try to do better. This place is sorta bipolar. Sometimes everything is correct, everyone is polite, and your order comes out hot... other times your order is wrong, no fork to eat your potatoes and cheese with, the order made hours before you arrive, and then act as though it's your fault. Not sure why it's like this... quite sad because I do like to Live Mas every once and awhile. I've been at this location a handful of times with my friend so now I think I can do a review! This place does everything you expect at a fast-food place but at the same time I have no complaints. A slight bonus is this feels like the swankiest Taco Bell I've ever been to funnily as well; a fancy front porch complete with sitting areas, an interior all seeming to imply this place was probably an Itailan restaurant before it was reestablished haha. It's Taco Bell. You should know what you're getting by now. But... Now they have breakfast. This is something new. Someone has to review it. It might as well be me. So after researching the menu online for a couple of the lighter options since I'm trying to cut back in general, I decided to sample a waffle taco and a grilled breakfast taco. Bacon on the waffle taco, and sausage on the grilled taco. I know it doesn't sound light, but the combo came out to just over 500 calories, and that's the equivalent of a good bagel sandwich anywhere. So the waffle taco... In theory a good idea, in practice not so much. The waffle came out greasy, the eggs are pre made (not a surprise). I'm not recommending it. Now, the drive thru staff screwed up on me. Instead of my grilled taco, they gave me a much larger AM Crunchwrap even though my receipt clearly stated grilled taco. Still working out the ordering kinks I see. I decided to eat half of it not to overdo it. I could have polished it off. It's got a little bit of tangy taco taste to it, much better texture, and much more calorie laden. If you want to splurge on breakfast that's the way to go. 3 stars because the waffle taco is a letdown and the staff screwed up the order, but the Crunchwrap saved it. read more

Skip this location and save yourself the disappointment. Last time I came here, I didn't realize until I got home but there were a few things missing in the bag. Everything was terrible that night too. Even the taca shells were broken up and stale. We also got the chicken sandwich tacos and I promise you they put a chicken nugget on there. It was way more bread than anything and it had nothing in it. I thought it was a fluke so I went back tonight. This time everything was in our bag but everything was terrible. The tacos were broken up again and the crunch wrap was so thin, I didn't even think it was in the bag at first. I didn't even feel like there was any meat on it. The worst thing tonight though were the cinnamon twists. I always whenever I go to any taco bell. I absolutely love them. Tonight however, were had to throw them away. I don't know how they messed them up so badly. I don't know if it the oil they fries them in were old or maybe even possibly some cleaning product/solution even fell into it. This Taco Bell's food was the worst! First this is a Pizza Hut/Taco Bell combo restaurant. I stopped by here one day when I was driving by to get some breadsticks. When I walked in there were just a bunch of employees standing around. I ordered my breadsticks and got them and left. When I opened them to eat them, they were the worst.
