This location is horrible. Every time we go to this Taco Bell our order is somehow messed up. We ordered ahead through the app and our food still took 30 minutes to prepare. We were told to pull around front and wait for the food to be made. After waiting for 30 minutes I went in to see what the wait was and still had to wait longer for everything to be made. We did not order a large amount of food. It was two boxes and a nachos. After getting home both boxes had all the wrong items. The lady over the phone accused me of lying about the order being wrong. I filed a dispute for the order in the app and Taco Bell never reached out with a resolution. The management of this location is a joke. read more

Food is too notch for Taco Bell! Hot and fast, the MGR greeted us and used both our names (after finding out, we're not from around here). Clean and cool on this hot summer day. Food was perfectly prepared and seasoned properly. read more

I have given this location 3 tries already. each time I got the Mexican pizza it ALWAYS tastes like old oil. I'm not sure why But it's awful. I never have an issue with service that's always great, fast and friendly & my order is always right but i cant get over the old oil flavor unfortunately. read more

This place is sorta bipolar. Sometimes everything is correct, everyone is polite, and your order comes out hot... other times your order is wrong, no fork to eat your potatoes and cheese with, the order made hours before you arrive, and then act as though it's your fault. Not sure why it's like this... quite sad because I do like to Live Mas every once and awhile. Get the app, it is nice to be able to design your own box rather than just eat the special they design for you. read more

Absolutely terrible service. To all, I say CAVEAT EMPTOR. I urge you to avoid going here at all costs. But if you do, ALWAYS CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE LEAVING. I placed a mobile order on the app, and they gave me the wrong order. I contacted Taco Bell online to report the issue and requested a refund. I have received no reply. They lost my business. I will never go here again. Thank goodness Chipotle is opening in town so I can get my fill of Mexican food. Oh, and not to mention that the service is extremely slow. It takes me on average 30 minutes to get an order that I placed IN ADVANCE. The last couple of visits, it's been getting steadily worse. Obviously, Taco Bell doesn't care and has let this location go. I have written more than once with my complaints, and not once has anybody ever acknowledged the receipt of my comments to assure me that they would try to do better. They apparently have no desire to do better. read more

I've been at this location a handful of times with my friend so now I think I can do a review! This place does everything you expect at a fast-food place but at the same time I have no complaints. A slight bonus is this feels like the swankiest Taco Bell I've ever been to funnily as well; a fancy front porch complete with sitting areas, an interior all seeming to imply this place was probably an Itailan restaurant before it was reestablished haha. The men's bathroom was nice and clean too. Try this place out if you get the chance. read more

I'm currently on 30 minutes of waiting for an order that was input directly on the app now 50 minutes ago(3 items) I've been told 3x now my order is being made which it wasn't and finally a manger came up simply asked my order # and it was made. It may be excusable if it happened once but no, it's not happen 4 straight times. Absolutely ridiculous. Clown shoe operation. If there was another closer I'd go there. Seriously you suck read more

Placed a mobile order at 1:19. When I arrived, they told me I had to come inside to pick it up. We waited in the lobby for over 30 minutes before a worker even approached us. People who were here after us were even served before us. Absolute horrible service. read more

Disappointed delivery was over an hour so the food ordered was extremely unappealing "COLD "".

It's Taco Bell. You should know what you're getting by now. But... Now they have breakfast. This is something new. Someone has to review it. It might as well be me. So after researching the menu online for a couple of the lighter options since I'm trying to cut back in general, I decided to sample a waffle taco and a grilled breakfast taco. Bacon on the waffle taco, and sausage on the grilled taco. I know it doesn't sound light, but the combo came out to just over 500 calories, and that's the equivalent of a good bagel sandwich anywhere. So the waffle taco... In theory a good idea, in practice not so much. The waffle came out greasy, the eggs are pre made (not a surprise). I'm not recommending it. Now, the drive thru staff screwed up on me. Instead of my grilled taco, they gave me a much larger AM Crunchwrap even though my receipt clearly stated grilled taco. Still working out the ordering kinks I see. I decided to eat half of it not to overdo it. I could have polished it off. It's got a little bit of tangy taco taste to it, much better texture, and much more calorie laden. If you want to splurge on breakfast that's the way to go. 3 stars because the waffle taco is a letdown and the staff screwed up the order, but the Crunchwrap saved it. read more

Ordered Taco Bell delivery and received the wrong order. Ordered four steak Tacos and received potato tacos. Skip this location and save yourself the disappointment. Last time I came here, I didn't realize until I got home but there were a few things missing in the bag. Everything was terrible that night too. Even the taca shells were broken up and stale. We also got the chicken sandwich tacos and I promise you they put a chicken nugget on there. It was way more bread than anything and it had nothing in it. I thought it was a fluke so I went back tonight. This time everything was in our bag but everything was terrible. The tacos were broken up again and the crunch wrap was so thin, I didn't even think it was in the bag at first. I didn't even feel like there was any meat on it. The worst thing tonight though were the cinnamon twists. I always whenever I go to any taco bell. I absolutely love them. Tonight however, were had to throw them away. I don't know how they messed them up so badly. I don't know if it the oil they fries them in were old or maybe even possibly some cleaning product/solution even fell into it. They definitely taste as is they were tainted with some type of chemical. Here's to praying this isn't going to give us some type of food poisoning. read more

While I would only ever give a Taco Bell 3 stars, at the most, this one is below average. Food is, occasionally, so poorly prepared it had to be taken back to have all the ingredients added. The soda machine seems to rarely have more than 3 selections working and the counter staff appear to have been fired from the Post Office for being too slow. Why not 1 star, then? Well, they're open late, and the food is OK, by chain restaurant standards. read more

This is the second time I've been to this Taco Bell the first time I had to wait 15 minutes for my order to be complete and he still give me the wrong food this time The person who waited on me was nice she could understand how to take my order it took three of them to take my order battery and he did I asked for sour Cream original person who waited on me told me I had asked the person who is give me my food for sour cream when that person give me my food and I asked for sour cream I was told I had to go back to the person who took my order not good read more

I call this Taco Bell the Mutant Bell because it always seems to be a carnival crew working behind the counter. Whether it be the bearded lady, or the cyclops looking dude, or the 400lb. he/she who serves up my food it is always perfect. Exactly what I can ask for out of a TB. As a matter of fact, one time i was jonsein for a nachos bell grande so I took the ride around midnight to fetch the divine treat and when I got home I sat down and promptly spilled the whole thing on my floor. Dejected but determined I returned to the Mutant Bell for another chance at it. When I pulled up to the window to pay the guy recognized me and questioned me on my return, when I told him what had happened the nice lad gave me my delectable nachos for free. I am to this day grateful and I will always have love for this Bell. read more

This Taco Bell's food was the worst! First this is a Pizza Hut/Taco Bell combo restaurant. I stopped by here one day when I was driving by to get some breadsticks. When I walked in there were just a bunch of employees standing around. I ordered my breadsticks and got them and left. When I opened them to eat them, they were the worst. I mean, even Target has better breadsticks than the place the brand does! They were skinny, hard and looked as though they had been sitting for a while. I was upset and couldn't eat them. Had to give them to the birds. With all the standing around everyone was doing, you would think the food was on point, but it wasn't. read more

I have been going to this Taco Bell my entire life. Taco Bell's in general are really the only "fast-food" places that I do go to. The food is always good, always done right, and always served up promptly. The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars, is because sometimes, post-bar, though they are "open", nobody takes your order in the drive-thru. After a few drinks, you can imagine how devastating this is. read more

This place has gone to hell in a handbasket. Everyone knows your order will not be given to you correctly when you go through the drive-through. Right? Well the last 2 times I went in here they haven't gotten my counter order right either. The staff is rude. The store is dirty. And there's usually trash all over the parking lot. It's a shame because when I was younger this was a great location. There just seems to be no more accountability with big corporate fast food joints anymore. read more

I havent been here in AWHILE! They did a HUGE remodel! Tastes like they changed their recipe! NO complaints here! Reminds me of my OLD FAVORITE- "Jack-in-the-Box" Absolutely LOVE it! Looks like I'll be returning here a LOT MORE! THANKS Taco Bell! P.S.Why ANYONE would give them a bad review on the FOOD is BEYOND me.To be honest, my ONE taco fell apart, but THATS all in the person making it! I'm coming back for more anyway!! SOME are bad reviews but I think it has MORE to do with the SERVICE than the FOOD. SOME hi-school kids just DONT really CARE, ya KNOW what I MEAN? Its fast food so the quality is poor, but besides that fact if you order more than one thing double check! if you get more than one thing most likely they will forget part of it. there has been countless time where i ordered and half of my meal was missing. just take it as a warning if you get something double check to make sure its all there! read more
