I ordered two burrito supreme, with out sour cream and onions. I'm allergic to sour cream. They both came WITH sour cream and onions. I hope I don't have an allergic reaction from bitting into one. I also ordered chicken nuggets and didn't get any sauce. Horrible experience. Won't be goong there again. read more

My first review was taken down. New Taco Bell pics are fake. Staff speak no English, there is never any ketchup and employees sit and play music in the dining room. Review: 2 read more

I like Taco Bell. I think this one packs their tacos much better than other ones I've been too. I even got an extra taco on taco Tuesday! Not sure if that was intentional but I ate it! My order was fresh and made as ordered. You order your own food at a kiosk. Kind of annoying but I got through it. Could've been a little cleaner as it was empty but it wasn't too bad. Cool music playing. read more

For a long time this Taco Bell was one of the worst I've ever been to. But the last few years it has become a great place. I'm not sure if there was a change of management or what, but the food is consistently made well and always hot. The only reason I am giving it a 4-Star rating is because of the few times my orders have been messed up and because sometimes the burritos don't have very much filling in them. read more

Been coming here regularly, over the past 2 months service has gone completely down hill. Wait times are up to 45-60 minutes for 3 crunchy tacos. Employees try to do their best but doesn't seem like they have enough staff that know what they are doing to run efficiently. Full lobby and drive thru and they don't seem to be trying to get out orders read more

DONT COME! Had to wait 45 minutes for a take out order and it still wasn't made at all. I had to get 4 different people in order to get a refund. The workers are lazy, incompetent, and don't care at all. DONT COME! read more

So maybe if I worked an entry level job well after 11 I'd be high too! That being said waiting 5 minutes in a drive through window saying hello then me saying well let's go to Popeyes and then then getting a response...was a terrible start ...we should have cut and run gone hungry. We repeated our order the guys . As we received our drinks either no straws my cantina bowl tlooked like it was slammed into the bag and no utensils...I asked twice for a straw thrice for a fork. Then they asked what else are you missing my nachos which they got wrong I wanted chicken nachos ; well I didn't wrong you up for that . I retorted how are we suppose to know you said you couldn't print up a recipe. The order with my food the bag was ripped my nacho cheese sauce was cold and my cinnamon twists fell all over because or the bag . They did asked don't you want chicken nachos we said no we are done . If I could give them a negative 100 I would.ill never go back there and I'm taking a Taco Bell break I live up the block from one so yeah I'm done . This was like having Beavis and Butthead take and serve my order. read more

Taco Bell - How my cantina bowl was packed crap job - Fast Food Near Me - Glenmont, New York

Good food smelly bathroom. Would return again for the food adding this for character count

Submitted an online order and picked up in the drive through. I ordered a crunch wrap supreme combo box, nacho supreme and a few other items. The Crunchwrap supreme and nacho supreme were not included in my order. I was extremely unhappy when I returned home to see that the items were missing since those were the items that were of significant costs. I've had other issues with missing items at this location before and it seems to continue to happen. I wouldn't be upset if it was a smaller item, but I spent about $30 on this order. read more

Taco Bell is a favorite for my little guy so we frequent stop in this location near our house. Everytime is a disappoint. Workers are rude, and clearly don't want to be working here. Was asked today by the working standing at the register that i needed to use the kiosk to check out. Why? The other customers questioned the same as they came in. Why a machine when a human is being paid to do the job? Small Upside, food is good every other time. read more

Taco Bell - Sad Chicken Quesadilla w/ pico in it - Fast Food Near Me - Glenmont, New York

We are an elderly couple on a fixed budget. The Taco Bell in Glenmont is our place to treat ourselves when we do our grocery shopping for the month at Price Chopper or Walmart. Yes, they are usually short-staffed and sometimes the food prep can be a bit messy or unprofessional, but it usually tastes very good and we appreciate the Senior discount. The two of us usually split the Favorites box and once got an extra item (the cheesy fries) by mistake. We went back to let them know and they smiled and told us to keep them for free. I think they recognize us when we come in (which is nice) because we either order the favorites box or #5 for the two of us to share. How can you beat feeding two people for less than $7 including a drink! Thank you for being there and wish we had a local store in Ravena, NY, so we didn't have to drive 11 miles to get here in Glenmont! read more

I am so disgusted by the 2 girls attitudes working the drive through tonight on 12/28 @16:30. Red headed and blonde girls. Rudely rushing me at the drive through order mic. Aggressively asking me about 15 times if I'm done yet. No one was behind or in front of me. They weren't busy. I asked 3 times for hot sauce.. didn't get any. On purpose I'm sure. Missing food of course. Food that I paid $40 on... Also refused to give me a receipt. I'm wondering how much business this place has lost from people just driving off from these girls. What a lack of respect to the owners.. In times like these with Covid and businesses trying to stay afloat.. treat your customers with respect so they come back. I absolutely will NOT be going to this Taco Bell again until staff is replaced. Appalling behavior. read more

If I could rate this place 0 stars I would. I ordered two BEAN soft taco supremes from the kiosk. When I got my order it was just two tacos with beans, cheese and lettuce so I went to the counter and told them they were supposed to be vegetarian soft taco supremes and he said okay we'll remake it for you. Fine. Then when I got them I went back to my table and opened them and there was meat inside. A little peeved but I wasn't frustrated till the manager came over and said what's the issue. So I told her and she said that when I came over before I said beef soft taco supreme... those words would never come out of my mouth, I've been vegetarian for 8 years. Then she said that vegetarian soft taco supremes aren't something that they serve so I tried showering her my receipt and that it is an option on the kiosk and she just walked away after handing me two coupons. Then she called me back over and said she made them herself and the two tacos from before were still sitting on the counter so she picked them up and like threw them in the bag angrily? It was just a very unpleasant experience I couldn't even eat my food after all of that because I was so upset that I lost my appetite. I understand what it's like to be short staffed and be having a bad time at work but I would never, ever treat a customer that way. This was on Sunday August 11th. So to whoever the manager was that night, I'm not mad at you. I hope you find a job where you are happy and at peace. Truly... life it too short to work somewhere that you are clearly unhappy to be working read more

This place always runs out of food like nacho cheese, taco shells, tomatoes, etc ALL the time. We've come here from 10pm to 1am. The only reason they'reopen is because they're the only place to eat late around here and they know it but they don't care. The workers are nice but they need new management that knows how to keep food in stock. The following were taken from July this year and I have given them a chance but NOTHING has been improved. Not a covid issue, just sheer stupidity, as usual. Is everything in the bag at the drive thru? Nope. Waste of gas to go back and get it. Pay attention, idiots! You're not going to get a better job if you can't even follow a list of what people paid for! read more

I went to this establishment tonight and we went through the drive thru to order so we can get it and go. When we were ordering the person on the mic kept mumbling "hurry up" every time we would order. Then we were yelled at over the mic saying "you need to hurry up because I got people in the window" and the employee was very rude the entire time and mumbling and huffing when we were trying to order. When we decided we weren't going to fight and just leave as we were driving away the person said and that's why I said what I said when we drove by the window there was only one person in line. If they would of said can you please give me a minute to take care of the person in the window it would have been fine but the employee was very rude and hostile the entire time, I will not be going back. read more

Absolutely horrible, trash every time I go. They always manage to fuck up the order every time, or there always out of everything. Horrible customer service and I mean top of the line the worst. When the current manager took over she was running a tight ship and everything was on point. The last two times we dined here everything was so wrong. Yesterday my hubby grabbed food on the way home we live about 40 minutes away. When he got home they only got two things right in the order so naturally he called and the manager said she would replace it. Today he went for the replacement and yet again everything was wrong. What we ordered was not in the bag. Both days the tacos were so soggy and gross it was like they handed us someone else's nasty left overs. (Falling apart and couldn't even pick it up to eat it) A GIRL JUST WANTED HER CHALUPAS! But we got tacos and more tacos. If I wanted a taco I would have ordered that. I am beyond disappointed with this spot and will never ever dine there again. Word of the wise your workers need to sober up and learn how to read what goes in each order it would actually make your customers happy. If your reading this don't waste your money unless you want to purchase things and then have the workers put the cheapest nastiest lowest cost item in your bag. Good riddance!! read more

Terrible workers, didn't even started because apparently they're mad fucking unorganized with their managers. One of their workers(no manager nor assistant and if they were that doesn't change ANYTHING) interviewed me and I would say it was the worst I ever had. I was respectful the entire time while they kept just sighing and hella aggressive with what EXACTLY is my availability. They were just trying to have me out the door right away. The interview was like 5-10 mins. They made me believe I was going to get a call back but didn't. Even for a friend interview experience THEY HAD TO WAIT AN ENTIRE HOUR BECAUSE THE MANAGER WASNT EVEN THERE ON TIME TO START WITH. Very unprofessional and yes it's just Taco Bell but ya are a business and needa act like it. Definitely don't recommend this place if you are looking to work there. read more

This place is awful. I used to try going to breakfast here for just a coffee and a wrap and the service was comically bad. They didn't have coffee made at 8:30 am. I've tried lunch a few times as well (twice through online ordering) and the service is awful. This one lady that works during the week at lunch just stares at you at the counter and literally will not speak to you (hello, thanks, etc.) and then proceeded to not give he any napkins with the meal or offer sauces. It literally seemed like she hated me. Never coming back here, they should probably close this location and sell it to Chik-Fil-A or somewhere that values customer service. I'm sure the owners and managers don't pay like the other fast food places so they get the real bottom of the barrel. read more

Tried to go through the drive through at the Glenmont NY Taco Bell tonight. Like I said Tried... The teller working the drive thru said they were short handed and there was a 5 item limit... I said, I have a family of 5 and did the 12 pack of tacos count as one item or 12? He said 12 and I could not order that. He said sorry for the inconvenience, but there are only two of us working. This is not the first time this taco bell has done this or similar Scenarios. Another time four of us went through the drive through and wanted two chicken items each. They said we don't have enough chicken... so we said ok, we'll just get beef then. They said "we're running out of beef too"... So we said what about a combo of chicken and beef? They said just order one item each, or they can't help us... WTF??? Than yesterday my two sons went to this taco bell just to get drinks, and they were out of all fountain drinks but 3... 3? Are F'n kidding me??? I just tried to call the corporate taco Bell complaint line and it was closed... only open M-F 8 am to 4 pm... seriously... with this level of trash customer service their complaint line needs to be 24/7 365 days a year!!! read more

I had already paid when he told me that he charged me for two drinks, so I said I would just pay for my brothers drink too and not to worry about it. Then when my brother ordered he got 2 orders of the nacho fries. This guy charged him for a box which includes other things and is 4x the price of what he wanted after telling him twice that water was free because he wasn't listening and thought my brother was saying "two waters" instead of "two orders of nacho fries." Me and my pal pulled up to the drivethru at about 12:30 in the morning so it wasn't rush hour and we're talking in the car for like 3 minutes or so and I guess the employees didn't like what we had to say so a lady came over the mic and said "the computers are down" then we drove around again, and in the process, one employee was on a smoke break and the other employee came running out like a chicken with her head cut off with her panties in a bunch yelling "don't go through that drivethru again and never come back again!" so I drove around again and yelled out "Get a reality check!" And as you leave the parking lot, you head back towards it sort of with the layout so as I did, I then yelled out "YOU ON HERE BRO!?" Have yet to figure out if they were... But yeah, then went and got Wendy's and ate it in there parking lot while shining the headlights in the window of the Taco Bell building...
