I've come here three different times ordering nachos, and each and every time the meat is never ready. Not only can I not get my food, the workers are rude and lack communication skills. When I asked how long the wait for nachos would be all I got back was sass and "mm how long they usually take" in response. This is hands down the worst Taco Bell in the area. Service is slow, drive-thru lines are always long, and the staff is rude. The other day, they were out of chalupa/gordita shells, the week before they were out of chips. Really, Taco Bell? The ONLY reason they stay in business is because Taco Bell is delicious...which makes it that much more frustrating when they suck so hard at delivering on my cravings! They never give me napkins, or offer sauce, and almost always forget something. Many times my special someone has had his mid-day craving for tacos and this is the place we go! The cleanliness isnt the best inside the restaurant as its an older facility without many recent renovations, but the drivethru is typically very fast even when they are busy. The people are very sincere and often are giving us free drinks and free breadsticks the few times we have had a wait and ALWAYS make my mini pizza hut pizza fresh. My boyfriend also always gets the sauces he orders correctly and often finds mints in the bag after eating! The drivethru and inside register person are aways friendly and willing to answer questions politely, most of the other workers keep to theselves. Decent place. read more

(I was with another person we did seperate orders) and yes, it is my fault for not noticing BUT the guy who had my debit card stole it and spent over $100 on it. Its almost comical how horrible this taco bell location is. Everytime, and i legit mean EVERYTIME, i go there (whether its dine in or drive through) something always goes wrong. The drive through is so ridiculously slow (about a 15-25 min wait) that i end up not eating it because my lunch break would already be over. Not only that, but they manage EVERYTIME to get something wrong with my order. One time i had gone with my boyfriend and his mother and they had messed up each one of our orders. Of course they ended up fixing the problem, but since it happens so frequently, i cannot excuse it any longer. We came here about a month ago and the lights were on, but the doors were all locked ... no signs and it appeared that there were no workers inside. We specifically picked this restaurant tonight because of the Pizza Hut option and at 6pm on a Friday night, they don't have any Pizza Hut available. This isn't the first time either! Worst Taco Bell ever. Went today at 11:24 and sat in the drive-thru. Finally said hello after a few min and got "We ain't open yet". So, I drove away. At least 4 cars before me and 6-7 after likely got the same response. Hours indicate they should have opened up at 11. Another time before this, the tacos barely had enough meat on them. The time before that, didn't order cause the person said "it's gonna be at least 20-30 min"... in the drive-thru. Not sure what the locations problem is, but it's terrible! After waiting in line for about 10-12 minutes I pulled to the speaker to place my order. The young lady seemed very pleasant. My order was correct on the screen, so I pulled forward. Got to the window and paid, when asked if I needed a receipt, I assumed all would be as reflected on the screen, so I declined. Received my order and I was missing a taco. I pulled around. Given COVID, the lobby is locked, so I walked to the door and waited. A nice young man was coming to the door and I informed him I was missing the taco. He went back inside. I return to my car to wait. And I waited, and waited, and waited. Finally I got back out and went back to the door. He clearly saw me again and when he did he spoke briefly with his colleagues and they ignored me. After standing there, and waiving. Another young lady came to the door with a bag. I thought, "Finally! Thank you!" But when she came to the door she asked what I was missing. I explained it. Again. At this point I have waited 15 minutes. She then goes back, and knowing fully I can see her, is clearly complaining about me. I mean really letting me have it lol then she comes back to the door and asks to see my receipt. At this point I'm like forget it. I mean is it worth fighting over? Is a product that costs your restaurant, what 29 cents?, loosing a customer over? Ridiculous. I'm sorry but even if I did forget to order it, was it worth the 10 minutes you all wasted ignoring with me and arguing with me?? Taco Bell gives away free tacos for 3 point shots at basketball games to thousands of fans, but heaven forbid you just bite the bullet and use that .29 item to resolve a customer issue. I love their food at Taco Bell. I don't care what anyone says it is my favorite fast food restaurant in my hometown. Every time I drive over there to eat I always get great service from their staff and excellent options especially now that they serve breakfast as well. I prefer their breakfast menu over their afternoon menu because everything I liked before just changes so fast but nevertheless I still recommend this place for anyone who loves Mexican food in the morning, afternoon or evening. read more

One of the worst Taco Bells I've ever been to. The place was not very clean. Every table was dirty with trash and old food. There was standing water on the floor all around the soda fountain, the mop bucket was sitting out by the bathrooms for the 40 minutes we were there... you get the picture. Despite my best attempts to get any kind of positive interaction with the employees - "May I please have...", "Thank you so much!", "Happy new year!", they were hapless and uncommunicative. The customer area was in clear need of attention, but they were unmotivated and slow moving, doing only the bare minimum of work necessary to complete orders. And it wasn't very busy. The employees were hanging out and talking in the hallway inbetween orders. The 2nd star is because I was there on New Year's Day, and who wants to work on January 1st? I don't. And I know Taco Bell isn't a 5-star restaurant, but compared to every other fast food place I've been to, this place was really one of the worst. read more

This is the worst Taco Bell I've ever been to. I walked into the store because first off the drive through was shut down. As soon as I walked in, I was about to walk out because it was so disgustingly dirty that I was shocked they were allowed to serve food. But I knew I had a long drive ahead and decided to stick it out. Literally the tables are just disgusting with soda and food spilled on (no exaggeration) every single one. The floor had dead bugs on it. I wouldn't even take a lid for my cup of water because everything was lying out and disheveled that the lids all looked old and used. There was a line of about 5 customers before anyone even came to the cash register because the employees were just talking, swearing, all very loudly. Then the employees had the worst attitude I could imagine. Entirely disrespectful. The man in front of me struggled to get his credit card to work at the cash register, and the cashier was so condescending to him. Then when I ordered, she started talking about him to me! I could not believe it. Not sure how this place is in business but they really need to train employees how to be respectful, and to put the customers first, especially when it comes to the most basic things like stop talking and take the order when people walk into the store.. read more

Fine, I'm lowbrow. My goal is to Yelp as many Taco Bell locations as I possibly can. Ordinarily, I'm not influenced by advertising, but the XXL Chalupa commercials during the baseball playoffs got me. So I tried it out, along with the chicken flatbread sandwich. Verdict? Chalupa was very good, not sure I want to know the calorie count. Chicken decent as well, much more sensible. And this location had clean bathrooms, prompt and friendly service. Emphasis on the clean bathrooms- nice. Hence the 4 stars- a very solid & recommended T Bell location. read more

Can I leave zero stars somehow? This place has really gone down hill. Employees struggle to accomplish even the simple tasks, the dining area is filthy (copious amounts of food and grime on floors, tables, chairs, etc) and the food is terrible. All of that, and it's a very slow day. No other customers in here, and somehow the employees can't find time to do even a small amount of cleaning. Food was somehow burnt and ice cold at the same time. Corporate needs to come in and overhaul this place desperately. Waited 25 minutes for a simple order. An employee informed other staff our order was wrong before we got the food. When we did get the food and got home, the order was still wrong. Late night, on my way home from visiting a friend in Campbellsport (Yes, the experience was as riveting as it sounds.) and needed a bite to eat. Burger King was open, but I just wasn't in the mood to have my stomach pumped tonight. Grrr. Taco Bell. Once my friend and for years my enemy. Whatever, beggars can't be choosers. The food? It sucked. It was Taco Bell after all. I'm giving this rating because of the very pleasant young lady at the drive through window. I'd imagine that her job is not fun.
