This was from a previous order. This was supposed to be Black Beans and Rice. I didn't eat this nor did I give it to my dog.

I don't know who is managing the Taco Bell in Garfield Heights but my last two orders are the worst I've ever had. The employees do not care about the food they are serving to the customers. This current manager should be fired. There is no pride and they lack standards. My orders have been absolutely disgusting. I hope Corporate sees this review.

    Nacho BellGrande no beans. $5.89.

My meal was $21.85 for 3 Supreme Doritos tacos which were greasy, chicken Quesadilla, but oooo child I had to post this Nacho BellGrande. Lord Jesus give me strength after working a 9hr. day and not getting the quantity nor quality for my money. Atleast they were serving today because on some days they'll tell you "the system is down" or "we're closed temporarily".

    Refried instead of black beans.

The only thing this location has going for them is the drive thru is fast. They cannot get a special order right ever. If it wasnt for me trying to eat on a short lunch break I wouldve went back. They cant get a simple beef to black bean substitution right. First time they just gave me beef and today they instead gave me refried beans. Needless to say I'll be spending my money elsewhere

We were the only ones there. Waited over 20 minutes! Never going there again! Also there were locks on the bathrooms.

The food is really good but the staff is very inattentive often messing up orders or forgetting simple things like silverware, napkins, etc.

Located in the dusty-est of dusty strip malls in Bedford, Ohio, (about 15 miles south of…read moreCleveland), Las America's is a combo Mexican-Peruvian restaurant with a small Hispanic grocery store attached. When I visited for a late lunch in September 2026, I had to walk around the back of the strip mall and enter the restaurant from the back. That was weird, but oh well! I didn't have to wait for a table and was seated in a solo diner table that was sticky to the extreme. Now that's how you know it's legit haha! Anyway, I wasn't too hungry but was hoping to get something nice and authentic. Okay, so I didn't get the most authentic item, but I tried! I got the chicken fajitas ($16) which provided me with enough food for lunch and dinner. I also recieved free chips and salsa. I needed to add salt to the chips. Now even though the food was good, the service was not. My water was filled once, 5 minutes after I ordered it, and never filled again until I walked up to the hostess table and asked for a refill. I also only got one flimsy napkin. And had to wait a REALLY long time for my bill. I couldn't afford anything on the Peruvian part of the menu, sadly. I wish they had some offerings under $15 on that part of the menu, even if it is a small portion of food. I do recommend Las Americas for those looking for authentic food and for those wishing to speak Spanish to their servers. I understand Spanish but have a mental block when speaking it from forming my own sentences. So I did enjoy practicing my Spanish a bit from listening to others!

Last Friday night we visited Paloma for the first time. We made a reservation on Open Table (which…read moreworked well), hoping to land a table on the patio. Alas, when we arrived at 5:50pm (for our 6 pm reservation), the patio was full, and so, after some back-and-forth about wanting a table in the dining room and not a high-top at the bar, we were seated. The vibe was odd, perhaps because we were the only ones in the seating area but also because of the decor, layout, and furniture: not quite fancy, not quite charming. Rather than warmth and graciousness, I felt like we were imposing on the team by showing up for dinner. Undaunted, we pressed on. Shortly, we were greeted by a friendly team member who answered some questions. We eventually ordered the made-to-order guac and margaritas. The guac was the highlight of the evening. It was fresh, generous, and well-presented. The margaritas were also good. No complaints! Next, we placed our order: meat tacos for me, a burrito dish for my wife, and a shared order of the corn dish. The orders came in good time, all except for the corn. When we asked about it, the reply was "oh, so you'd like to add corn?" "No!" I said. "We'll just take the one we already ordered!!" During this light-hearted exchange, we were also promised an additional side of chips to go with the abundant guac. "Three minutes" was the reply. Never came. The entrees were universally too spicy. I love spicy food, but this level of spice obliterates what I think was a really lovely set of dishes. My wife and I both struggled to get through it because of the heat. Sadly, the team's stinginess with refilling water only added to the spice experience. The makeup corn order was promised "in three minutes" and did arrive in five or six. It's a lovely companion dish, even though timing caused an odd imbalance of food temps. When it was time to settle up, our team member told us she would package up the leftovers and would be back "in three minutes with the bill" because she was also tending the patio. By then, I asked, "is that three minutes or fifteen?!" She returned promptly; we paid the bill and headed to the VAD courtyard for live music. Bottom line: great location and intriguing concept. Something is amiss with the training and team support. As for the food, only the guac and margarita would draw me back.

As we looked around the building started to fill up. There are so many different dining options. I love that they have the country of origin on each food stall. We were given a pager to alert us when our food was ready. After ordering food we went and ordered aqua fresca. They have a huge community kitchen and retail area. There is also a huge patio area. Now imagine one where all the food is from different countries in Latin America, this is exactly what you will find in Centro Villa 25. Here you will find Puerto Rican, Dominican, Cuban, Salvadoran, and Mexican food shops. There was Latin music playing (not too loud) and there was a common seating area with simple tables and chairs. I was with a big group and there were orders from different shops, but I ordered from my people the Puerto Ricans. I had rice and beans with steak and onions, and a sweet plantain dish with ground beef called pastelon. The food was decent and I wouldn't mind coming back if I was in town, especially if I was craving some back home food. PS - I am regretting not taking pictures, but I am getting better at that.
