I work nearby and stop here often for a snack after work. The manager is always present and helpful even to customers that are less than polite. Since the remodel the place looks a lot more inviting and if I do have time to dine in I will. I've never had an issue with my order. The tacos aren't thrown together and considering that there isn't a drive through they do a really good job moving customers along. I don't normally leave reviews but this place warranted one. It has the worst "cooks" if you can even call them that. Sadly this is the only Taco Bell nearby or else I would never go here. Every time I have ordered, something has either gone wrong or it has taken them terribly long to prepare items where they just have to assemble and no real cooking. I am a vegetarian so all of my orders are slightly altered with beans substituting for meat. It's a simple instruction to follow yet they manage to fuck it up again and again. My family, who had not eaten meat since birth because of religion, were served meat on multiple occasions despite making it very clear to them. Often times, not only do they put wrong items, but they also skimp on things or completely forget them despite it being one of the main ingredients. Like how do you forget the beans in a cheesy BEAN and rice burrito??? The staff also has no sense of rush. It's called fast-food for a reason. If they had taken their time to make sure things were good then I would understand, but no they can't even do that properly so what's the point in taking so long. They take their sweet ass time even if there is a long line which happens very often not because the place is constantly busy but because they are slow. If you can choose another place to eat, please definitely do so and avoid getting yourself messed up in this shit show of a place. First time I went they denied Taco Bell app coupons. Second time I ordered here the manager refused to let me get more than 2 sauce packets no matter the size of the order. Third time I ordered here the cashier said my name, handed me the order and when I realized they gave me the wrong bag, I went back only to have the cashier scream at me about why did I take the wrong bag even though I reminded her she handed me the bag after confirming my name with many witnesses to her obvious mistake. It's so hard to find a good Taco Bell. My husband and I LOVE TB but the one by our home is complete trash. This Taco Bell has it on point. Their food is always correctly made and HOT! They don't have watery meat like others we've been to. The hubs even says "whenever we come to the mall we've gotta get Taco Bell because it's the only one that makes good food". To get my Taco Bell fix in the Framingham/Natick area, this location is the place and the line inside here is obviously long. No drive-thru. It's a co-branding of Taco Bell and KFC food items here. The entire KFC menu is offered here, but the Taco Bell menu is basic with the popular items such as the value menu, chalupas, gorditas, and TV advertised items. No Fiesta Taco Salads (with the fried tortilla shell bowl) on the menu here :-( Free refills on self serve Pepsi fountain drinks near the counter. Positive Note: Popcorn chicken, mashed potatoes, and 99 cent cheesy bean & rice burritos all on the same menu. Negative: The dining room can get nasty and not cleaned often. If I could give this place ZERO stars, I definitely would. I was craving Taco Bell so my husband picked up some on his way home from Connecticut (Home= Boston, MA). He stopped by this Framingham location since it was on the way. He ordered 1 Mexican Pizza with beef and NO beans, 2 Baja Chalupas, 1 Cheesy Crunchy Gordita, 1 Doritos Locos Supreme Taco. Looking at the receipt, it seems like the cashier got it correct but I guess the kitchen doesn't care what's on the order screen. The only mistake my husband made was to not check the contents of the bag because they completely gave us the wrong order. The Mexican Pizza had zero beef and it was all beans. It was soooo friggin soggy and looked gross. The Doritos Taco was not the Doritos shell that we were expecting. The cheesy crunchy Gordita was soggy and wet and stale. There totally was no "crunch" to it. The Chalupas were the only thing that was correct in the order and guess what? They skimped on the beef. The amount of beef is as big as my middle finger and quite frankly, that's what they should get instead of one star on Yelp. The entire meal was so disgusting so we threw everything away and didn't bother finishing the meal. A couple of bites said it all. We called to see if they can refund our order because we are not driving 30 miles round trip. It's not worth our time and we don't want to have to pay another round of toll fees just to fix a $17 order. It's stupid to drive all the way back. Thankfully my husband used a credit card to pay so that we can dispute the order. Our CC company will definitely get a call first thing Monday morning. Yesterday was our first try at a Taco Bell. We decided to visit the one in Framingham. Surprised to see that it is part of a KFC. It is not a large place, but we ordered a Nacho Party Platter. I was encouraged to see the owner supervising everyone and checking on orders. It was a busy place even at 2 PM, people coming in continuously, which is a good sign. It took them a few minutes to make the platter, and we ate out in the car, as no indoor seating is allowed. We were both surprised to see how good the Nachos tasted. The chips are the small kind, and the platter is full of them. Just the right bite size. All the toppings were excellent. Beef, beans, sour cream, cheese, guacamole, sliced pickled jalapeno peppers. I asked for their packaged hot sauce, and that added the extra kick I like in my Mexican food. It is a winner. The owner was cheerful, considerate and kind. I like to see owners involved in their restaurant. We will be happy to visit again. read more

Wow some bad and old reviews... I like there Cantina bowls. They are filling and yummy. The veggies are fresh and crisp, the rice and beans are cooked well, not dry or crunchy. When it comes to a known chain like this, I'm not really rating it based on how the establishment compares to your vast array of other food choices, instead I'm comparing it to other Taco Bells/KFC. And, this is a terrible Taco Bell/KFC. First, there's no drive thru. Fine there's not much they can do about that now, but it does make things less convenient. But there is always and I mean always a line inside. On average it will take you 7-12 minutes to get your food. I don't consider that fast food by any measure. And the staff is definitely unpleasant. They make you feel like they don't want to be there and you as a customer are a nuisance that they have to put up with. And, finally it's annoying they keep the sauces (for Taco Bell) behind the cashier and you are expected to ask for the sauce when you order. If you ask for the sauces at the pickup line they usually get annoyed at you and tell you to go ask the cashier. read more

I am disappointed. I often come here for a fast lunch. Today I ordered a small drink with my meal. I didn't get it but noticed she never rang it up. Whatever, I let that go. When I tell the cashier she says sorry but the ice machine no work. Does not even offer me my money back or something else instead. I am a Taco Bell fiend and this is the closest location to my house. It seems that at any given time on any given day, there will be a line. There are no if's, and's, or but's about it. Typically only have one person working the order line and about 5 working the food assembly line. A while back, they stopped putting the taco sauces out by the napkins, forks, and drink covers. My guess, people were abusing their right to free taco sauce w/ their purchase. Personally, I love saving the sauces to use on burritos or tacos I make at home. But now, they keep the sauces under lock and key by the cashier. So on top of having to deal with the never ending line and taking orders from patrons who seem to still be deciding on what they want to order, they now also have to provide you with sauces. I double dog dare you to try and ask the guy who gives you your order for some sauce. They apparently cannot walk the 10 feet it is to the cash register to grab a few sauces for you to make things easier on the cashier. I was a bit upset the last time when I asked for 'mild' and 'hot' to go with my T3 order, despite the growing line, the cashier painfully counted out 3 mild sauces and 3 hot sauces. Those were some sad tacos that night. But today, I must've done something right. The cashier threw in a handful of each into my to-go bag. It could've been that he felt sorry for me that I looked like a wet dog due to the pouring rains outside or maybe it was the fact that he was trying hard to get the line down that he couldn't be bothered to count them out. Either way, I'm having some happy tacos tonight and more than enough sauces to last me until Christmas! I have been eating food from this establishment for over a year now. When I get burritos it's usually bean burritos and a chicken burrito. Up until the last few weeks, the chicken burrito has contained guacamole and has been grilled. Not any more, though. When I called to ask them what happened, I was told "No sir. We do no grill those burritos, or add guacamole to them." I'm not sure what is going on except for what is probably an obvious attempt to increase profits at the additional cost to the customer. The chicken burrito sold this way, without being grilled and without the guacamole is crap! On another note, I have heard complaints like what I've read here about Kentucky Fried chicken since I was in high school in the 60's. Now I'm not saying that some of them aren't on the level, but for quite awhile they have been produced by vegetarians who are trying their best to force meat eaters to conform to their standards. well where to start. i guess with why the place is so understaffed all the time. i come here sometimes to pick up food for work regardless if im eating it or not. every time i go in at lunch there is a line to the door. well i guess thats normal but if its always busy why not have more people working. 1 person working the register who was about as high as high can be. he could barely open his eyes and i had to repeat my order 6 times. when he gave me my change it was wrong 3 times. from the time i walked in to the time i got my food was about 17 minutes. good luck trying to get your kids together long enough to get your food. you can go to chipolte and get much better food and only have to wait 10-15 minutes at lunch the kid packing my food had his hat pulled down so far over his face hat to see anything straight on he had to bend backwards and almos fall over. his hat fell off at one point and once again it looked like he was very high or on something. as he picked up his hat he laugh with the cashier about how " blazed he was " and then the manager came over and made a few jokes with them before grabbing some chicken and eating it on the line while we all wait to be served. after all of that i requested a refund before i even got my food and it took about 5 minutes before i was given one. i will never for any reason go to a taco bell or kfc again. read more
