Stopped by here for a quick lunch. Service was prompt and served with a smile but there were no clean tables available. I had to clean one up to enjoy my meal. Food was good. I always love Taco Bell. East Valley Blvd is always good. I had an issue with a recent order and I returned and spoke to them. No hassles at all. Only good service. A manager name Genesis was just awesome. Ellen at the counter was a gem as well. So they corrected my problem from the previous trip and then came up with a creative solution for my wife's special needs....as if this was just a normal transaction. Very impressed with Genesis. This hurts me more than it hurts you. I love TB but since moving and being closest to this store has had me completely stop eating TB. I came here twice, the first time was so incredibly bad my girlfriend and I left a comment for the order number which was completely wrong and food was messy and did not taste good - we were in a nice way asking for a refund.... MANAGEMENT NEVER REACHED OUT. The second time I came while my gf was out of town and simply wanted good old TB drive thru. My order again, botched with missing items and what seemed to be an overall sloppy job of throwing food into wax paper folded up. I again wrote them a disgruntled comment (both times providing an order number,time, etc) again, NO REPLY FROM MANAGEMENT. Love this location ! Thank God it's close by since it's my favorite in Esco. Staff has always been either really nice or chill/ lay back. Food is not cold here (only one time a burrito) but still the service makes up for it. Can't think of any other instance that has been negative. Seems like a good environment to work in.
