This may not be the best pizza around, but the price is right and I have had no issues with their service. I also am happy with the taste. I did have a small problem ordering online, but I called and all was well. Maybe it's true about changing toppings, but they have a large variety that should work for most. I will be back. read more

We ordered a 1/2 pepperoni 1/2 cheese and some breadsticks on the app ahead of time. We got to the store and the pizza wasn't ready. 25 minutes of waiting for a single pizza. Nothing crazy. We got the pizza and it was COLD. So that tells me this place made our pizza and forgot about it. Imagine waiting 25 minutes for mediocre pizza with a toddler and infant just to get a cold pizza. Absolutely horrible. read more

Accessibility: this place is great! There are two accessible/disabled parking spots directly in front of the store and a ramp to get up to the sidewalk. The door is a pull door to enter the building, and once inside it is very spacious and brightly lit. The parking lot is a little bit too dark so I hope they get better lighting outside for nighttime. Experience: I love how much space there is inside this place. It also looks very clean and well-kept. The pizza was hot and ready! read more

Excuse my language But I have LOST MY FUCKING MARBLES!!!! This specific location sucks ass, please listen to my little story. I come in at around 12:50 for Lunch, I order the lunch special and the cashier tells me "it'll take 10 minutes" in my head I'm like yea that's cool. Time goes by I check my phone and it's 1:05. They're slightly busy so I let it slide, I'm not a jerk. But tell me why a lady comes in 5 minutes after me orders SEVEN FUCKING PIZZAS!(They weren't hot and ready either they quite literally cooked all SEVEN OF THOSE FUCKING PIZZAS!!!!!)And somehow gets her order before me. Nothing says "Cheapskate" more than offering up Little Caesars at a birthday party. When you've done the expensive pizza for years, downgraded to Costco, and now you just want fast and cheap. Just went into this location to get 2 pizzas and a 2 liter of soda. The worker, Johnathan, was so kind and advised me that it would be a better deal to add breadsticks to the order. It actually ended up saving me some money that way. He was very kind and efficient. He also gave my son some cookies for free. My son wanted me to add that he gives him 6 out of 5 stars. Gave this Little Caesars 2 stars because the pizza was hot. . If it wasn't for that it would have 1 Star. I'm crazy for their crazy bread!! Unfortunately this is the third time we have visited and got dry nasty crazy bread. The first time I thought maybe a mistake, that's why I got it the second time.. ugh.. now it's the third time and still dry and hard. Won't be getting their crazy bread from this location anymore. If I could give zero stars to this place I would. We love Little Ceasars pizza but this location is horrible. For 3 weeks in a row we ordered a pizza from them and when I went to pick it up it wasn't the right pizza. The last time I was pretty upset, and they offered to make it again. I was talking to a man about it when my second pizza came out of the oven. He said, your pizza is done, then said they are picking stuff off of it! I walked up as the girl turned around to give me my pizza. I asked why she was picking stuff off, and she told me they made it wrong again! The man I was speaking to said you should give her a free pizza, so the supervisor went and cut the first pizza in half , and handed it to me! I asked to speak to manager, and was told they were on a break. This location is very poorly ran. I will NEVER go to this location again!!! read more

HORRIBLE SERVICE, ordered online to save time. When i arrived and tried to get my order by inputting my code, it didn't let me. Plus, i had to guess where my order was because my name was not displayed on the screen. When I tried to ask for help, not one or two but three times, i was ignored all three!! WORST SERVICE ! I ordered 4 pizzas today thru the online portal and I wasn't able to get two. It was for my nephews birthday and of course given the current circumstances anything outside of bills is a LUXURY. My husband got let go from his job and even thou I paid for 4 pizzas , Erica (the manager )was being so rude and cutting me off every time I spoke refused to help me . Instead of doing the right thing and given me the two other pizza that I paid for she said there was nothing she could do. Went to pick up some pizza for my family I ordered 3 pizzas and paid and was told 15 mins. Even when I ordered hot and ready...NOT READY. Guy at the counter was rude to me and the next customers. When I got my order it was wrong and short a pizza. He offered to make another one but I had to pay for the 3rd pizza. I was pissed and on happy. For added extra pizza goodness you can ask that they butter up the crust and sprinkle whatever garlic Parmesan goodness onto the crust when it's hot n fresh out the oven. The cinnamon loaded crazy bites are a must! This location has been busy each time I've gone no matter what time of day when they're open. They're constantly cooking hot n ready pizzas. Any other orders it takes about 10 to 15 minutes. read more

I use to love going to little Caesars when they was not trying to rip everyone apart from there money. I tried to order a pizza that cost what said 7.00 and went to checkout and the total was around 38.00 they had (tax, delivery, service fee, drivers tip) I understand tax and delivery free. but ever since this covid-19 shit been going on they trying to price gouge the consumer. I live on a very limited income from my retirement and I cant afford to pay 3 times what the pizza cost in fees to have a pie delivered. if you want better service and a better pizza go to Rococo's Pizza Escondido buy a large, they give you a free 6 pack soda. read more

don't even bother trying to add things to your pizza they don't listen. they don't look at the tickets at all went in there to correct my order cause the additions were even on the order ticket but didn't look down the whole time cooking the pizza. read more

Worst little Caesars I have ever been to. How is it on the website advertise for big meaty wings and with garlic Parmesan sauce and get there and little nuggets for over $6?!?! They don't even carry the garlic Parmesan sauce so false advertisement and only carry 3 random sauces. They don't even carry Parmesan cheese packets anymore. I'd drive across town to go to a better little caesars. Never coming here again and their "extra cheese" pizza is no different than their regular pizza. This franchised location sucks and a huge disappointment! read more

3.5 stars Have been coming here very often to ordering pizzas (pepperoni, cheese, and Hawaiian pizzas) on birthdays, and other occasions in the last 10 years or so. - parking: OK, even though it is tough to get any available spot near the restaurant. - staffs/cashiers: quick, nice in general. - we called today to order 10 pepperoni and 5 cheese pizzas for our after AP exam celebration. We came by 15 minutes later after our call, but all the pizzas weren't ready yet. We then got to wait for another 25 minutes or so to get our order. - line: it was a long line today. When we walked in, we saw a lot of folks either waiting for their orders, or standing in lines to order. I normally did not order any pizza on a weekday, so it was my very first experience to seeing a lot of people like that in a very tiny store. I normally ordered pizzas on weekends ONLY :). - price: reasonable and affordable. - quality: better than frozen one, could beat up pizza hut's pizza since it is much less salty. - We especially love Hawaiian pizza here very much even though the restaurant have removed it out of the menu, but we can still order it as needed. read more

Closed early, at about 940pm, locking doors then. I got in shortly before then and the lady behind the counter tried to dissuade me from ordering what I wanted to order because she wanted to close. Not professional at all, with no care for the customer's perception. Their listed hours said they closed at 10, yet they closed nearly 20 minutes before that time. As I was waiting for my food, numerous people tried to enter on my to find the doors locked, which is a violation of fire code if customers are still on the premises. As a food service general manager I find this behavior unacceptable and believe there needs to be some actual leadership in this location. read more

This is the last time i come to this little ceasaer im not saying that there not good but i literally just spent 10 minutes calling and calling just for them to pick up. The Person answering the phone oh boy terrible costumer service not a greeting just a hello and asking me for my phone number when other times they would answer in a good service way and would tell me that my information is not needed cause it saves on there system.I am a manager in several locations im the restaruant bussiness.The guy on the phone just said so what you want.Bad costumer service Bad in everyway i just hope the pizza wont be like that. I have been a regular at this location for many years. For starters, I can say that their pizza is consistent order after order. Nobody likes surprises. Probably one in TWENTY pizzas turns out not so great. So, I would say that's a pretty good batting average. I've consumed a lot of pizza in my time, and I have to say without reservation that the quality (especially for the price) of their pizza is very good. But the best part of the experience is cutomer service. They are always polite and friendly! Not once have I felt that I wasn't their only customer. read more

There were many dining options on site, and ultimately we decided on One More Bite after seeing a cook making dumplings behind a glass wall, assuring us they were authentic and the dumplings were not from stores. The restaurant, with its modern Asian décor, was clean and quite spacious, with seating for 70+ guests. The friendly staff guided us to our table and brough water and menu right away. After browsing its extensive menu, we ordered the following dishes: Popcorn Fried Chicken: The chicken pieces were lightly battered, tasty, crispy, and mildly spicy. Pork Xiao Long Bao: This is the quintessential dish of any dumpling house and theirs was spot on. The delicate outer wrap was flawlessly steamed without any tearing, perfectly trapping the juicy broth inside. The filling was well seasoned and with very nice texture. Boiled Shrimp and Pork Dumplings: The outer layers were not soggy or overly boiled, retaining its firm but delicate texture. The filling was savory and a tad sweet. Shrimp and Pork Wonton Soup with Udon: The broth was light but flavorful, with a hint of pleasant white pepper aroma. The thick udon noodles were nicely al dente. The wontons, with savory filling, had slightly thick wraps. Rainbow Vegetable Pan Fried Dumplings: The colorful wraps really accentuated these dumplings. The outer layer had a nice firmness on top and a beautifully crispy bottom. The well minced filling was lightly seasoned and soft. Brown Sugar Rice Cakes: The rice cakes were quickly fried, creating a golden outer layer and pleasantly chewy inside. The drizzled brown sugar provided the sweet kick. Coconut Cream Balls: The fried outer layer was crunchy, and the runny coconut cream inside was not overly sweet. Overall, it was a very enjoyable lunch experience.
