If you use the online portal and expect to be able to just walk in and grab your pizza. You would be mistaken. I waited 40 min after the time frame given to me online. Just to be told that due to it being busy, the portal oven where you pick up food was not being manned. So no online orders were being put in the pickup oven. When I got there, I saw other customers who had been waiting longer than I! And they were very visibly angry and frustrated. The person behind me was also there for an easy pick-up! What is the point of them having that option, if they are just going to abandon it as soon as it gets a little busy!? You know what would have helped make it less busy? Having pizzas ready for the online orders! Then you wouldn't have a line wrapping around your store. Accessibility: this place is great! There are two accessible/disabled parking spots directly in front of the store and a ramp to get up to the sidewalk. The door is a pull door to enter the building, and once inside it is very spacious and brightly lit. The parking lot is a little bit too dark so I hope they get better lighting outside for nighttime. We ordered a 1/2 pepperoni 1/2 cheese and some breadsticks on the app ahead of time. We got to the store and the pizza wasn't ready. 25 minutes of waiting for a single pizza. Nothing crazy. We got the pizza and it was COLD. So that tells me this place made our pizza and forgot about it. Imagine waiting 25 minutes for mediocre pizza with a toddler and infant just to get a cold pizza. Just went into this location to get 2 pizzas and a 2 liter of soda. The worker, Johnathan, was so kind and advised me that it would be a better deal to add breadsticks to the order. It actually ended up saving me some money that way. He was very kind and efficient. He also gave my son some cookies for free. My son wanted me to add that he gives him 6 out of 5 stars. If I could give zero stars to this place I would. We love Little Ceasars pizza but this location is horrible. For 3 weeks in a row we ordered a pizza from them and when I went to pick it up it wasn't the right pizza. The last time I was pretty upset, and they offered to make it again. I was talking to a man about it when my second pizza came out of the oven. He said, your pizza is done, then said they are picking stuff off of it! I walked up as the girl turned around to give me my pizza. I asked why she was picking stuff off, and she told me they made it wrong again! WORST SERVICE ! I ordered 4 pizzas today thru the online portal and I wasn't able to get two. It was for my nephews birthday and of course given the current circumstances anything outside of bills is a LUXURY. I tried to order a pizza that cost what said 7.00 and went to checkout and the total was around 38.00 they had (tax, delivery, service fee, drivers tip) I understand tax and delivery free. but ever since this covid-19 shit been going on they trying to price gouge the consumer. 3.5 stars Have been coming here very often to ordering pizzas (pepperoni, cheese, and Hawaiian pizzas) on birthdays, and other occasions in the last 10 years or so. - parking: OK, even though it is tough to get any available spot near the restaurant. - staffs/cashiers: quick, nice in general. - we called today to order 10 pepperoni and 5 cheese pizzas for our after AP exam celebration. We came by 15 minutes later after our call, but all the pizzas weren't ready yet. We then got to wait for another 25 minutes or so to get our order. - line: it was a long line today. When we walked in, we saw a lot of folks either waiting for their orders, or standing in lines to order. I normally did not order any pizza on a weekday, so it was my very first experience to seeing a lot of people like that in a very tiny store. I normally ordered pizzas on weekends ONLY :). - price: reasonable and affordable. - quality: better than frozen one, could beat up pizza hut's pizza since it is much less salty. - We especially love Hawaiian pizza here very much even though the restaurant have removed it out of the menu, but we can still order it as needed. read more

Closed early, at about 940pm, locking doors then. I got in shortly before then and the lady behind the counter tried to dissuade me from ordering what I wanted to order because she wanted to close. Not professional at all, with no care for the customer's perception. Their listed hours said they closed at 10, yet they closed nearly 20 minutes before that time. As I was waiting for my food, numerous people tried to enter on my to find the doors locked, which is a violation of fire code if customers are still on the premises. As a food service general manager I find this behavior unacceptable and believe there needs to be some actual leadership in this location. read more

I have been a regular at this location for many years. For starters, I can say that their pizza is consistent order after order. Nobody likes surprises. Probably one in TWENTY pizzas turns out not so great. So, I would say that's a pretty good batting average. I've consumed a lot of pizza in my time, and I have to say without reservation that the quality (especially for the price) of their pizza is very good. But the best part of the experience is cutomer service. They are always polite and friendly! Not once have I felt that I wasn't their only customer. read more
