The food is usually good, I recommend checking your order before you leave. I've had a few over done orders. Even their ranch cannot save those guys. I will say never gotten to pickup on order in the esscondido location and have it be ready when they estimated. That is okay if it takes longer, jut increase your estimates. Ambiance is fun. The Escondido location is a little smaller so if you have a large group of poele that want to sit tofether, I do not recommend. 4 people at max can sit together. read more

This was an important detail because this allows you to build a "wing tasting flight". This is actually a cool selling point for me because you can't really do that at Epic Wings and Things. I also ordered their chicken sandwich 5.95. I wasn't expecting much, but it is cool that you get chicken sauced with any of their flavors. I chose lemon pepper just to be weird. It was pretty good, actually, and I felt it was a good value. My only gripe was that the pickle chips were the size of nickles. I had to add a few more of my own at home. People who dine here a lot gripe about lack of consistency and quality. I may have come on a good day. I placed an order online for a later pickup on friday 7/29 aka national chicken wing day and I knew they would be busy. I arrive at the store at 5:25pm and I'm told that they never received my order and it wasn't in there system. After going back and forth for a little with the cashier, I felt like they didn't believe me even after showing them my bank transactions so I decided to leave because they were busy and there wasn't much I could do since I didn't have my email confirmation of the order to further prove my purchase. I got a call later in the afternoon from wingstop letting me know their computer system was down and that's why they weren't able to find my order and they were sorry for the inconvenience and I could come in Saturday, tell them my name and pickup my order and they'd even throw in something extra for the inconvenience. I go there today (Saturday 7/30) and I gave them my name and the same cashier was there and he told me he'd get our order started right away and they they'd give us 20 wings instead of the 10 I originally had ordered. We waited in the lobby and as we waited other orders came and went and ours still hadn't, at this point we had waited for about 20 minutes and the people in the kitchen were conversing and joking around and I figured they were finishing our order up and it hadn't even been started. The male cashier who helped us out the day before asked the kitchen staff if the order of 20 wings had been done and that's when they started our order. After a few minutes, it was done and we left. I didn't even think to check the order because I assumed they would get the order correct. When we got home, we only got the 10 wings we originally ordered. My family digs in as I headed off to run an errand. Later I hear how the wings were really good from the one family member who had complaints from years prior. I let her know it was Wing Stop and she shared how the food years ago at that location was underwhelming ONCE and how she had never been back. Well I love the food that's all good. My issue is the survey I filled out for free French fries. So the manager(I'm assuming) Cesar said if I wanted he'd give me a free veggie stick ranch or blue cheese. Then I went back today to redeem it and was told that I already got the ranch.
