The inside was extremely clean, tables wiped regularly and no trash or trays laying around. The burritos were actually CHUBBY and wrapped perfectly with perfect portions of beans, cheese, onions and sauce. The tacos had crunchy shells and again....perfect portions of beef, lettuce and cheese. I really liked the cup size we got, not too big, not too small but JUST RIGHT. literally my pride and joy. taco bell is literally my number one favorite fast food restaurant. the food is ALWAYS packed with flavor, never dry, and always so good and they always stuff my burrito so good. not to mention the amount of sauce they put is PERFECT. there was one really nice lady that I unfortunately cannot remember her name, but she was so amazing and was so kind to me and my friend and she really made our day. she made us feel so welcome and I didn't even get a chance to tip her. I feel so bad. I FINALLY broke down and joined the rewards program, thinking these points will pile up quickly with how often I go there. I wouldn't rate this TB as BAD, but it could definitely stand to improve. The employees tend to be very nice. However, the service itself can sometimes be slow. I don't blame this on the employees as much as I do the business owner for not staffing enough people. Common sense tells you that if you're selling food on a Friday night, you better have enough people on staff to take and fulfill orders. This place never seems to have enough people. In general, the kids are pretty nice as I said, but the place just needs more people to get a higher rating. Horrible service completely messed up my order. My order was simple 3 supreme crunchy tacos, 3 supreme soft tacos. Came home open the bag I have 3 chalupas no hot sauce packs. First thing came to my mind they gave me the wrong bag NOPE it was my order cause I saw my receipt on the bag . What bothers me i came home to find out my order was all messed up. NEVER. AGAIN. Terrible experience. Rude person on the speaker taking orders. I decided to cancel my order due to her attitude and she subsequently called me the profane word for a female dog. I reacted wildly before I left but then called to make sure management knew what happened so they could correct their employee's behavior for the sake of the restaurant and their customers. The manager was defensive and did not validate my complaint. I acknowledged that my reaction was outrageous but still felt entitled, as the customer, to an apology or at least a "we will address the issue" and "thank you for your feedback". I hung up on her before she could continue on with her poor management skills. If the person in charge doesn't know how to handle an upset customer, the whole place is dead to me.
