When I asked cashier if the crunchy tacos were gluten free, she seemed very put out by the question and said "I have no idea". I said, could you ask someone, we then got a deep sigh and eye roll. She asked one person that said they were slammed and didn't know. I googled the answer, they are gluten free. Food was good though. Horrible staff at this location. Ordered a cheesey gordita crunch. After a long wait, the order came out. Guy ahead of me was missing his potatoes so they remade it. I sat down and the cheesey gordita crunch had no ranch. So I went to the counter to ask for them to remake it. The manager had her back to me and was on the phone. I said excuse me a few times to get someone's attention who worked there. No one responded. She eventually she turned around to face the counter and I told her there was no ranch in the taco. She walked back and filled a side container with ranch and passed it to me. I said that I wanted my order remade. She said she resolved my issue by giving me the ranch and I would have to go to the back of the order line if I wanted it remade. I didn't understand this and told her that this wasn't acceptable and to just remake it. She said there was no one there to remake the order. I looked around and pointed out all the people who were making food and asked why one of them couldn't make it. She said she would not pull someone out of line to ask them to do that. She said her manager was yelling at her and then talked about other problems she was having. Then someone from the staff stepped in and said they would make the taco and asked me what needed to be done. As he was making it the manager told me that she wanted me to leave or she would call the police. So they messed up the order, refused to remake it, and as somone was finally fixing it, person in charge calledd the police. I was there with my son, so he got to experience that. Placed an order inside around 10:30pm and the food came out pretty promptly which was nice, but they did not give us cups for our drinks. This caused us to have to wait for our drinks but there was no one in the front that we could tell that we were not given our drinks. So, after ten minutes of waiting we finally got someone to make us our speciality drink and give us our cups, but they did not give us the correct drinks, so we ended up leaving without a couple of our drinks. The restaurant was clean and not that busy so again having no one pay attention to us was kind of odd. Food and the long awaited drinks were good. read more

Super efficient is what I have to say about this one. I have been here a few times since moving here and the service and the food are amazing. I go in, order at the kiosk, within about 5 minutes I have food. I am also now hooked on their breakfast which I wasn't at first because I only had it once before now, and they start lunch at 10:30, but continue breakfast until 11 allowing me to get a Breakfast Crunchwrap and a Burrito usually made at lunch. I usually only go here once a month, but I will continue to frequent this place when I run my errands. read more

The guy hung up on me when I asked about the delay as there were 10 people in the drive through and the line wouldn't move so I thought to let them know that kindly before i was hung up on. Ephrata Pa. Person at the window was very nasty to me. Glaring and rude. I tried to explain that the round up for a donation was only a couple of cents because I didn't hear what my total was. For some reason she took offense. Really took me off guard. I think she thought I was making fun of the donation program. I wouldn't donate if I didn't think it was worthwhile. She needs to take the time to get the story straight and not be quickly offended. I also think she was disrespectful because I'm older. I've done more in my life than she could probably yet dream of. I have multiple degrees in engineering and sciences. I've worked many back breaking jobs, extremely long hours often for little pay. Don't take it out on other people if you are personally having a bad day. read more

We were rushed to get our order to them, and then was charged for the wrong order since the lady was so upset that we were taking our time to decide what we wanted. I don't visit Taco Bell often mostly when they bring back the nacho fries but I've never been disappointed with any of their food. The inside of the dining area is clean and well organized, along with their employees they are all very nice and treat all their customers with respect. The drive through line moves fairly quick even during busier hours such as lunch time or in the evening. I love that they have happy hour for their freezes from 2pm-4pm and that they are constantly coming out with new flavors or rotating already existing flavors. I also enjoy the cheesy potatoes along with the famous nacho fries! read more

Went there today for a quick bite. Went through the drive through-the quesadilla I ordered was not hot, the cheese in side wasn't even melted. It's like they forgot to warm it up. The crunch wrap supreme had practically no beef in it. Usually great there, but not today. read more

We were so excited for a Taco Bell to open in the area, only to be completely disappointed. Since opening we have been to this location 4 times and I am sad to say all 4 times our order through the drive thru was completely hosed. Either we dont get all of our food, or our order is just messed up all together, i.e. getting sour cream on something that doesn't come with sour cream on it and we didn't ask for it to be added, ordering nachos but they forget to give you these cheese, to asking for a bunch of sauces and they gave us 1 sauce for an order of 10 different tacos and burritos (how does 1 sauce packet cover all of those items). One of the nicest Taco Bells I've been in. The orders are always right and the staff is quite friendly. This is especially true when going thru the drive through. Excellent! They ask you to make sure your order is right on the screen instead of just mumbling something unintelligible like most places. Something you WILL care about are the two Mountain Dew flavors, Baja Blast and... the other one, sold exclusively at Taco Bell! Really good for getting rid of that pesky cottonmouth.
