In terms of food, its very Taco Bell standard and your order is safe. However, the service and attitude of the employees are not great. They often have attitudes and can give you a hard time placing order. It is combined with a KFC so can get two places in one. read more

KFC Review/ Taco Bell I was really excited to try the 5-Layer Burrito, but unfortunately, it was a huge disappointment. It looked like it had no layers at all--just a lot of beans. The presentation completely turned me off. Honestly, it didn't look appetizing and reminded me of something thrown together carelessly. Definitely not what I expected. read more

Worst Taco Bell in the world. They've got my order wrong 2 out of the 3 times I've been there. Both times they gave me beef instead of beans. The time they got my order right the potatoes in my soft potato taco tasted old and dry. By far the most expensive Taco Bell I've ever been to. read more

Placed order #1 which they totally botched. Missing items & wrong items. Tried once more, order #2 missing 2/3 of the items. How incompetent can you be to not be able to handle working at Taco Bell. Dog shit service. Don't waste your time with these morons. read more

Staff was inattentive, rude to customers, and unable to read a tablet accurately. Poor training and management is obvious as the restaurant is dirty as well. There are plenty of other Taco Bell restaurants in the area where the staff cares and takes pride in a clean and friendly environment. read more

This Taco Bell deserves NO stars or infinite minus stars!!! I really doubt if this is an honest business! While waiting for car charging, we drove by the closest Taco Bell for two soft steak tacos. I was so shocked that not only the tacos came out like two dead mummies, but also we got over charged by $2 on top of that, there were missing ingredients (lettuce, tomatoes and no cheese) we specific ordered! I hope they don't ripe off others. There is nothing low about making honest living. But the place is TRULY low and shameful! read more

A one of a kind area for Mexican cuisine. I been to other areas, but the entrees on the this menu is superb based on taste. I enjoy and recommend The Locos Doritos Taco and The Chessy Gorditto Crunch. The food is delivered fast and the staff is friendly. I'll see you @ Taco Bell, Elmsford, NY soon.. read more

Shocked at the 180 degree turn this Taco Bell has taken. The bathroom was filthy. The counter staff had nasty abrasive attitudes with the customers. The seating area & tables were dirty. When you order food, you wait until your number is called for pick up. I witnessed the Taco Bell counterperson insult a customer for being slow to pick up his order, then mock & humiliate him to other staff while he walked away. The customer confronted the counterperson, requested to see the manager & it seemed the manager in charge doesn't give a crap & only interested in receiving her paycheck than run Taco Bell to an acceptable operating level with proper customer service or take steps to be sure restaurant's sanitary protocols are being met. Just what I've seen today was enough for me to never return to this Taco Bell. I felt disgusted over the various events I saw today. read more

It's Taco Bell. Once in a while, I eat it, because I like it. But I get it without any "meat" included, because we all know that there is no meat in whatever it is they are serving here Soooo. They didn't have any bottled water when I visited. They gave me a cup of water from the machine, but I am sitting here contemplating whether or not I should drink it. The attendant taking my order through the drive thru speaker did not understand what I was asking for when I tried to order "chips and pico." I had to explain to him that the menu item I wanted to buy was "chips and pico de Gallo." So. That was a little annoying. Since this location is a combination of KFC and Taco Bell, you may experience the confusing sensation of smelling fried chicken while impatiently waiting in a line of cars for fast food, cheap, Tex-Mex tacos. The wait was really really long, and I would have gotten out of the line, if it wasn't a one way street on the edge of a rocky hill. I, In fact, wrote this entire review and still haven't received my food. Go figure. UPDATE: I got my food. I think the window attended and told him have a nice day. He sprinted back at me. They gave me a Diet Coke instead of water. My food was cold, and the nacho fries tasted stale. Unfortunately, since this is a combination store, there is in the option to "tell the bell" on the back of the receipt. Oh well. I guess God is trying to show me not to eat Taco Bell UPDATE 2: they gave me one napkin! How in the heck do you expect me to eat my whole nacho fry box, four packets of sauce, and my chips with pico using one napkin?! read more

I went and ordered a cheese quesadilla at the drive thru and was not pleased. Since it is a combined KFC/ Taco Bell all of the prices are not listed which is understandable. However, when I placed my order I was not given a total..when I drove around she said it was $5.83! I did not get a receipt and on top of that I had to wait 5 mins for a "warm" smushed quesadilla because they just throw it in a KFC bag. Definitely won't spend my money here again. read more

The workers here have absolutely no manners. I ordered food from the drive thru and as soon as I got greeted by one of the female employee's by the tone of voice I instantly knew she hated her job and didn't want to be here. As soon as I pulled us to the first window, one of the workers who was also working with food handed me my food and collected my money wearing his dirty gloves in which he was working with food and then continued to work without changing into a new pair of gloves. On top of that I had to remind him that he forgot my drink and then said nothing and rolled his eyes and handed it to me. This is the worst Taco Bell I have been to and probably the last time I will be going to. The manager here really needs to think twice on who he/she should hire because obviously these workers doesn't know anything about quality customer service! read more

I love this Taco Bell they are very sweet at least the 12pm-2pm staff. I go there twice a week. Great service.

This is the worst Taco Bell I've ever been to. It's a revolving door if idiots who are terrible at making fast food. What you receive is for your money is basically an ironic comical depiction of the opposite of what the food is called... Take the DOUBLE BEEF chalupa for example. I've gotten it from here twice now(yeah I know, why would I do that?). It has easily 1/4 the beef that a normal chalupa has. Today I got the whatever beefy potato thing they're promoting now in the value box. and it literally had no meat or cheese. Why do I keep coming back here? I guess it's because I have high hopes that maybe I'll get it that one time where they accidentally do something right. Kill me. read more

Horrible service, got my simple order wrong twice and not only didn't say sorry but almost refused to give a recipe. Save yourself the trouble and go to another taco bell without idiots working there. Not even worth a star. Shameful. read more

This place is disgusting. Hasn't been updated in 20 years. Bathroom is always wet and gross. They tell you you can't have a side or buffalo sauce even tho they have it for wings. Dirt and grime on doors. Front door has been broken for years. Not sure how this place is still open. Last time I ever go there. read more

I used to actually like this Taco Bell, but tonight I went through the drive thru and asked for no lettuce or tomato on the Doritos ranch tacos i ordered- I then had to turn around and go back and let them know. They remake the tacos, but then leave out the shell and give me a regular shell which the only reason i went was for the Doritos cool ranch shells. Very disappointed and annoyed as I couldn't even enjoy my meal and couldn't go back as I was in a rush and already on the highway. Needless to say I didn't even eat my meal because it wasn't what I wanted at all. Sounds dramatic but when you go to a place for one specific thing and you don't get it, it is very annoying. I would check your bag before leaving the drive thru, and then apparently inside you need to do that too! read more

Trash!!! Absolutely worst fast food restaurant I have ever been too. I never leave reviews but this place was so bad I had to.

This KFC/Taco Bell/Pizza Express is the bomb. It was clean, the food was impeccable, and the service was great. My cashier, Connie, was so nice and accomodating, though she started reporting the news for a little. I ordered the Taco Bell. Jeff ordered the KFC. I immediately wished I got the KFC after seeing Jeff chow down. I went to the bathroom and it was clean. And the soda was good. Fresh Pepsi is always good after a big race. read more

Closest location to home and good service just one thing though, it def would have gotten a 5 star rating if they served breakfast. I hate that I have to drive all the way to Central Avenue just to get me some Taco Bell breakfast. read more

Very slow service. We went in the drive through and waited 15 minutes with only 2 cars in front of us. The speaker which the women's inside spoke through was broken and we couldn't hear a thing she said. She also had a not so great attitudes. Food was warm and made properly but a little skimpy on the meat. read more

They only reason they deserve a star at all is because the staff is not rude. They need to retrain the manager on how to handle a busy place there is no reason why I should be waiting over an hour for my food. Half of my food was soggy and cold. What a shame! read more

I ordered all my food minus meat (vegetarian) at the drive though. Got home and one box had meat in it and was missing an item. Drove all the way back and kindly asked them to remake the order. This very rude lady comes from the back and proceeds to not only give me an attitude but starts complaining saying she does not need to fix this. She then complains to other staff, and finally another staffer tells her to "just remake the box", she then begrudgingly does it and shoves the box back at me and walks away. This place is absolute trash there are some nice people working who are friendly and helpful but but many are very rude. I will never go back here again. Avoid it. read more

This Taco Bell used to be awful. I mean just HORRIBLE! The customer service was so bad that this Taco Bell is the only restaurant on earth I've ever left without taking my food and, in addition, it is the only restaurant where I've flipped off an employee. But, for the last three/four years, it has been great. Food is always perfect and the employees are great. I've never had a problem in the last few years. I'm so happy now because Taco Bell is my favorite fast food place in the world. I could eat it every meal. Thank God for this Taco Bell. read more

Awsome taco if you looking for a quick Mexican fix of burrito and tacos this is the place to go

The only Taco Bell within a 30min drive radius- I wouldn't call this fast food as the food takes almost as long as going to a "sit down" restaurant. Id blame the employees for the slow service as they look like they're in 1st gear throughout their shift no matter what time of day it is. read more

If I could I would give this zero stars but I'll give it one star because the managers was nice. So I got the new taco box so ok the first taco was a hard taco which ok was what I ordered but had massive lettuce and tomato and a sliver of meat I mean I had to search for the little bit of meat thru the mounds of salad, next the burrito holy burrito this had an unimaginable amount of meat and little bit of lettuce and tomato which looked horrible and lastly had a firey Doritos taco wtf is this thing I couldn't find the meat was filled with salad, sour cream and some unknown other sauce. So I tried to eat these things and it was disgusting as I write this I feel like I'm going to throw up and I'm bloated like I've never been before burping up horrible fake beef flavor. Will not eat Taco Bell again should have went KFC or better yet no fast food bad decision. Do not eat here u will regret it read more
