This place was not so great. We have been there a few times. Ever since the restaurant was remodeled, they have messed up our order every time. Not impressed with this location. Today, we ordered 3 fiesta potatoes and only got 1. Everything that was supposed to have jalapeño sauce on it didn't and the items that aren't supposed to have jalapeño sauce on it did. Another time ordered a mini cheese quesadilla with black beans and only got beans in a tortilla. When I went to complain she opened the quesadilla and added cheese to the quesadilla and gave it back without warming it up. I had to ask for it to be rewarmed. Being that it was already eaten, she didn't even offer to make it again. read more

Still sitting in drive thru line after 30 minutes being behind 3 cars at the speaker! No one has moved and 8 cars are lined up behind me. Taco Bell management fix your location this is insane!! Your workers are inside doing nothing instead of actually helping customers. Simply waiting to see if people will leave or if they close so they shut down and not work!!! read more

Pulled up at 10:40. In a line behind 5 cars and there's many more who came after us. 20 minutes later we're still in line behind 3 cars and that's only because one car left. We've moved one car in 20 minutes and they just turned off their lights so I'm pretty sure none of us are about to get any food tonight :) read more

The staff was friendly and our food was prepared properly. Our problem is with the old food and sticky something on the floor, out of some sodas, no forks AT ALL (although the cashier did go next door to Burger King to get us one). Management is responsible, not these employees. read more

It took us over 30 minutes to get through the drive thru and the lady literally sat in silence when we ordered. We didn't know if she got our order or not. When we got to the window we heard the employees yelling at each other with the window open and they barely even acknowledged us... it was clear she wasn't paying the slightest bit of attention the whole time. We had a fairly big order so we asked for lots of sauce and she gave us 5 packets total. Also when we got home we noticed they didn't pay attention at all during our order because there was stuff missing/not made correctly. read more

How do you advertise breakfast but not open until 10am? How long exactly does that give you to serve BREAKFAST? When lunch typically starts serving at 10:30-11am read more

Perfect for late night eaters like myself. I recommend Taco Bell for those on a budget, are hungry, not really paying attention to calories, and like Taco Bell style burritos and/or tacos. The drive thru is convenient and their hot sauces are delicious. I think the package sauces have gotten smaller though as I have noticed I need 3-4 packs per taco/burrito. Try the combo #1 meal and be friendly to the servers and they will most likely return the favor. That's all I can say for now! 3.989789911 stars rounded up makes this one a whopping 4 yelp stars for me. Bon appetit! read more

Parking space is horrible but I park in handicap because I'm about that life. Food service is always fast. The price are good. I mean if you've never been to a taco bell....Your wasting your life. Just saying. The drive thru at this location is open till 4am. For students Study. Sleep. Eat tacos. read more

Taco Bell - Fast Food Near Me - Duluth, Georgia

Says open till midnight but closed at 10pm. This location is usually really slow but this is ridiculous.

By far the worst taco bell I've ever visited. Upon entry I went to the mens restroom. Extremely dirty!!! No hand soap or towels to dry my hands. I then go to the counter to order and no one greets me. I ask why no service, they say go to the kiosk and order...I do so. I place my order and it declines 3 of my debit cards. I go back to the counter to ask the manager what's up with my order on the kiosk? She said you need to reorder and do it this way. At this point I'm frustrated beyond belief!!! Im standing with the manager "kayla" at the kiosk, you need to reorder, I say why is it not in your system, she says it's my fault and you need to re-order. Manger "kayla" at this point seems to not care about me as a customer and starts turning it around on me likes it's my fault/badservice excuse via covid. I admit I took my mask off at this point to get results, I put it back on and proceeded to get the restaurants info when I witnessed "kayla" the manager vocally abusing me to her employees!!! like asshole,jerk,fucker.... it her inability to do what's right for taco bell the company's she is a disgrace!!! read more

I was in ATL because we had brought tickets to a concert it did not finish until 216am. By the time we got to place our order it was 305am and that was awesome.then we come to the Window to pay she was friendly and did not rush us. The place looked clean the order was correct. read more

Make sure you turn off your mic for the drive thru before you talk crap about your customers !

What's the point of having online ordering if when I get there all the doors are closed. Then I wait 30 minutes inside my car just for my order to never be ready. Then I have to do the long line drive thru which I tried to avoid in the first place by placing a mobile order 15 mins before heading here. Wasted 1 hr 35 min... smh just don't accept mobile orders ñ read more

This review is for the drive thru only since the dining room is closed for reconstruction after a car crashed through the glass wall and took out four tables and the whole west exterior wall. Fortunately, no one was injured and one employee had just finished cleaning those tables a few minutes earlier---too close for comfort ! Review: Fastest , most efficient fast food drive thru in Georgia with nice smiling employees and that cheap food ain't bad neither ! Five stars for 1)Fast, 2)cheap, 3)tasty, 4)friendly, and 5)convenient. read more

Why does it say they close at 2:30?? Fix that bull crap, i get there at 1:55am. Wait at the drive thru and no response. So i drive to the window honk (since there hiding) and she come up and says they are closed. They close at 2 well it was 1:58 on my iphone, she says some crap about they system closes at 2 and its 2 on there computers. Followed by another lazy worker saying there closed. This is disappointing. read more

I don't think I've ever left a review for a fast food restaurant, but this one is worth it. This Taco Bell has it right, fast orders, clean area and really good customer service. The employees and managers should be proud of how well they run this place. Good job! read more

This Taco Bell is disgusting. I asked for extra sauce and they gave me opened sauce packets that were STUCK TOGETHER.

My only problem with Taco Bell in general is every time I get the side of nachos with my meals the cheese cups are damn near empty I wish they would fill the cheese cups with the cheese sauce especially when I pay for an extra one for like 60 cents each I know it does not cost them nearly that to put like 1 or 2 more pumps of cheese in the cup read more

As Taco Bell's go, this restaurant is one of the best as of the time of this writing. The manager should be commended! I wish there was a Taco Bell this good closer to home... Every time we enter this particular Taco Bell, we are immediately greeted by a friendly employee. Billy was at the counter the other night, and he was fabulously fast and courteous! The food was prepared properly, without skimping or cutting any corners. When you're in the mood for some faux Mexican fast food, I recommend this store. : ) read more

Great service, very fast. Friendly staff that make it a priority to serve their guests. I am complicated in my orders, and they have yet to get it wrong! read more

I don't eat Taco Bell much, but when I do this is definitely my preferred location. I've never actually dined in so I have no input in that arena. However, in the drive thru I always get pretty good food (for Taco Bell) and even better service. And hey, it's inexpensive. It's not somewhere I'd go regularly or even semi-regularly, but when that late night fast-food Mexican craving hits, I know where to go. read more

Had there not been so many commercials for the nacho fires , I would not have waited as long as i did to place an order. During Saturday 12pm , 4 workers and 1 trainee. Every single one turned as I approached the counter to make a food order but no one said a word. 3 mins go by still standing right in front of the register. I grabbed a chair slammed it on the ground and everyone working turns and someone said "sone one will be right with you" I'm sorry but the dining area only had 1 guest. The drive thru was consistent but wasn't busy. Then an employee takes me to the touch screen to use the touchscreen ordering system they are pushing so for us consumers to use. Knowing I was paying cash I let the employee spend more then 5 minutes struggling to find where the food I was ordering. At the end she said insert your card. I responded with ""ohh I'm sorry I didn't say I was paying card I'm paying cash" moral of this 1 star visit , the staff here is terrible. Took an extra 9 minutes for them to say /call me name for the order. The food was thrown into a bag. two of the tacos were fully unwrapped lettuce all Over the bottom of the bag. Beans inside the 5layer burrito was cold. Won't be returning back to this Taco Bell. Absolutely unacceptable. MANAGEMENT TAKE ACTION! Or higher more capable employee that can multi task. read more

So I place a web order, get to the restaurant to pick up through the drive thru. Lots of cars in line, which is a real problem at this location because the lot only has space for about a dozen cares anyway. Then some really old man makes the mistake of driving the wrong way through the drive thru area and jams traffic for about 15 minutes because "it's dark and he can't see to back up". By the time I finally do get to the window for my order and I just want to get out of there. Get home and of course, my order is incomplete. So I go back, calling the store on the way. I'm told that I'm out of luck because they are closed. At 8:10 at night? The manager has no staff, he's answering phones, he can't do it by himself, all sorts of excuses (most of which were irrelevant if he was closed). His voice sounds very much the same as the guy who handed me my order through the window. He also tells me that he can't refund me right then either, to come back tomorrow. I told him that I spent almost 20 years in retail management and his lack of desire to fix the issue and his lack of service skills was appalling. Since I was only a few minutes from the location and I still needed to get something to eat, I went by the restaurant. Sure enough, it was dark, with just a large wide man standing inside and behind the door. This was the same doofus that gave me my order at the window and I assume that he was now waiting on a ride. So that was the issue! Yeah, we screwed up your order and yeah, we closed early, but I run the store and I'm not fixing that screwup because I'm waiting on my ride. I'm not happy. I've called corporate and spoke to them. They offered me some coupons, but whenever that occurs, you can bet that's as far as it will go. So now I'm waiting on a call from the district manager. Fast food workers truly want a 15/hr. base pay? LMBO. read more

Always good customer service & quick service. Don't like that the menu changes frequently but this Taco Bell never disappoints me

The staff was very friendly, the taco shells were not soggy, and the food tasted fresh. Not what I expected when my kids wanted tacos. Pleasantly surprised! Kudos! read more

Nice! (This is the bell...) Haven't messed up my order and I always have adds/subtracts. Reasonably fast. The parking situation does suck, so make this a drive though only review. Appears to be clean and well organized at least as far as I can tell. I think it's the best bell in the immediate area. A solid bell optio read more
