I like to review ANYTHING. AND EVERYTHING. That being said this isn't supposed to be gourmet food. It's fast. It's cheap. It's a guilty pleasure? Teenagers generally work here. Young adults working their first job ever. Or a part time after school gig. So. Sometimes your order may be incorrect. You can deal with it. Or politely request for it to be made right. Anyway, back to the review. You can park behind or in front of the store. Pecos is often a busy road so sometimes it's a challenge just to grab that dollar burrito. Try the drive through off of 72nd instead. The dimensions are nonstandard as a warning so visually it's a little trippy to pull in. This location has two methods of service, go inside the store or use the drive thru. Since the doors were locked and the dining area closed the only other option was the drive thru. The drive thru was obviously built at a later date that the original building because it is haphazardly constructed in such a bizarre manner that it has you exiting the parking lot and coming back in through the neighboring businesses lot. You weave through complex and very tight turns to finally come to the ordering screen to take very tight turns again to come up to the pick up window. The employee at the order screen and at the window was rude and unfriendly. I doubt that Ill come to this location again. read more

The employee at the other end of the drive thru speaker asks for my order. "I'd like a sausage breakfast Crunchwrap please." "...Uh... we don't do breakfast at this location." "You don't? But it's on your menu. I'm looking at it right now." "We don't have any control over that." Not sure what "that" they didn't have control over, but I laughed and said thanks. However, this is indicative of how poorly managed this Taco Bell is. Orders always wrong. Always out of beef for some reason. No Baja Blast. Just avoid it. The night of January 29th at 9:50pm, I drove into the drive thru to receive 2 uber eats orders. I was told by a little kid that the restaurant was closed. Funny since the restaurant isn't supposed to be closed until 1am. I tried to ask a clarifying question if they were just closed to drive-thru and in store orders but the same little kid decided to interrupt my question and scream "we're closed!" I then drove around through the drive-thru and saw two employees smoking weed on the job with all of the lights around the restaurant turned off. Very professional of them. Would love to see them outside of work so they can get a taste of the real world and how people would react to their level of immaturity. Fire them. I'm not sure what my girlfriend saw in the women's bathroom here, but she brings it up constantly and is forever ruined by it. She references it anytime she sees a bathroom remotely close to this Taco Bell's one. That being said, I've never had a problem here with the food although they typically skimp on the portions compared to others. The service is usually subpar and there's typically many shady characters that pass through here. This review is a long time coming. Why I continue to give this place chance after chance, is beyond me. I will never be back. The staff is nice, only positive comment. Every time we stop, there is something wrong. Mistakes are expected; but every time? Unless I order one item, something is wrong. My fault being: 1) I sometimes don't check until I get home; 2) I go back to this location; 3) I fail to make them fix their errors, as, they aren't realized until I get home. Again, my fault.
