It's been a long time since I have been to a Taco Bell. They used to have one of my favorite fast food drive-thru items the Mexican pizza. For whatever reason they did away with that menu item a few years back. Well I saw on a commercial that they had finally brought it back so I had to go. Couldn't get help from the employees in store. Went to place an order and needed to use the restroom. Asked an employee if they had a key or something since both doors were locked and both the lobby and lot were completely empty to which they made eye contact with me proceeded to ignore my question and went back to talking amongst themselves- completely dismissing me. The only response I could get from employees was "for new orders you need to place them on the kiosk." I will never give my money to a location incapable of even the most basic level of customer service. I walked right back out without placing an order due to the employee attitudes and lack of welcoming nature. read more

We put in a mobile order to pick up and dine in. We waited in our car about 10 min hoping food would be ready. We get there and 2 employees where sitting in lobby one was laying down kind of sleeping. And then they started working in our order like seriously?? Then the soda machine wasn't working none of the sodas selection were working. Trash can was full. They need a new manager because that place is a MESS!!! Never ever coming back here! read more

The number listed online goes to a fax number. I tried it several times. I left a comment on their website feedback. I will have to personally go back to the location tomorrow. That sucks. read more

So very delicious! Went here while driving home on a road trip and was expecting regular old Taco Bell. was pleasantly surprised! It was like going to back to the 90s! The food was delicious, especially the Mexican Pizza, the girl taking our order was friendly, and the atmosphere was nice. Wanted a specific burrito that wasn't on the menu, but they had me describe it for them and made it for me! Definitely worth it!! read more

Very SLOW service and poor customer service. Seems like management cares very little and it reflects in their work crews.

Just ordered a meal in the drive thru. There was one car ahead of me who grabbed his order as I finished at the speaker and the next one pulled up to order as I grabbed my order to leave. Not a busy day. My food appeared to be done but upon biting into the shrimp I noticed the inside appeared translucent or undercooked. I put it down thinking I'd try the fish. Took a bite and chewed...grossed out... I spit it out. The insides fell apart once I took a bite. Seemed like everything turned to goo. It's undercooked and wet. Seafood cooked at too high of a temperature to try and speed up the order. Not safe. read more

Don't go here employees are thiefs I went last night and for some reason I used my card that I have not used in about 3 months and I saw the drive thru girl go back with my card then coming back to drive thru window to swipe it, later that night about 1 am I got a text from my bank saying unusual activity was going on with my card I hardly ever use that card so I know for a fact it was them! I made a police report and they will be contacting them and looking at their cameras to determine which one of the employees was responsible for this. read more

Hours are not current .. It shows online that they're are 7am to 1am Monday thru Thursday I got there at 11pm and they were closed.

Not sure who's running this new night shift, but for the past 4 weeks I've tried coming here & each time i get there, they literally say their system is down. I literally pulled up & seen them hanging out around their cars outside. I know for sure it's the same night crew, as i see the same vehicles and hear the same voices over the intercom telling me their systems are down. Its a shame, you have employees that wanna get paid, but don't wanna work. I used to work Fast Food, so i know it's a difficult job. But i earned my checks when payday came around, I didn't dismiss every customer with excuses just to not work. I work day shifts & don't get off until the evening & if there were taco bells near my work place, then I'd stop by there instead of this one being right near my house. It's sad how nobody wants to work anymore, but expects to have everything given to them. Won't be returning here anymore until there's a different night shift who actually wants to work. read more

Tacos and shrimp for lunch perfect combination this place is a Taco Bell with a Long John Silver inside of it so got a couple of tacos got some shrimp french fries and coleslaw awesome combination people-friendly the cashiers were more than accommodating very patient I didn't know what to get since there's two menus but I went with the tacos and shrimp can't go wrong read more

All I can say is what can you expect it's in Lancaster by all the truck stops. The order taker could not understand my order of 6 tacos no lettuce. Crunch wrap and gordita crunch. I got the tacos but they were all broken and ice cold. The other items had nothing on them as well. The food sat in the bag at the window for over 5 mins while I sat there looking at my good getting cold. Asked for mild sauce got about 25 fire and 11-12 hot. No mild. Total waste of money and time.
