Food was decent. Except the menu didn't match the online menu- not big deal. But I asked for no sour cream since my bf is allergic; it's on the receipt. Yet he bites into his burrito, and lo and behold, sour cream, and a whole bunch right at the end. Like do you not know how to make a burrito? And the guy taking my order started out nice, but got an attitude when I confused the online menu with their menu. Honestly, might just find a different Taco Bell in the area. I previously had a raving review for this location however after dealing with "one of the managers" today around 1pm I'm definitely changing my review. Im a Dasher and each time I go into the Taco Bell at 360 Howe road Akron Ohio 44221, you don't get acknowledged. They do not acknowledge customers, even ones standing at the register. After multiple times of being in there to pick up orders and not getting acknowledged at all and having to holler for somebody; today I finally asked the lady I saw if she was a manager and she said she was "one of the managers", I told her I said it would be really nice if you could at least acknowledge the people when they're at the counter. She said "well your doordash right?" I said yes that's correct she said "well if your order was ready it would be on the shelf, we don't HAVE acknowledge Doordashers AT ALL"! I said but I'm also a customer and I deserve that acknowledgment and she said well we don't acknowledge doordashers and walked away, lovely she repeated it twice. That behavior, especially coming from a manager is exceptionally unacceptable and need to learn how to be respectful of anybody regardless of their delivery drivers or regular customers! The little dippers are one of my favorite Taco Bell items! BUT the lady at the drive thru window? I could do without her bad attitude and dirty looks honestly. She didn't bother asking which sauce I wanted and just gave me the chipotle ranch. Gave me a quarter of the way filled cheese dipper for the chips as well and a flat soda. Safe to say, after interacting with HER, I'll be avoiding this location as my routine Taco Bell stop. Idk who ruined her night but it shows through her lack of customer service and just basic decency. read more

Placed a DoorDash order, pretty simple tacos, nachos and a drink. Less than 10 minutes, they cancel it because "the order can't be fulfilled". Generic response from a generic fast food restaurant. This isn't surprising, running through Reddit, it's a norm for them. read more

If you have 25+ minutes to spare waiting in line (while the drive thru is built so you can't escape) then it's fine if you want a rude employee to give you half your food. But hey, if quesadillas that are cold in the middle is appetizing to you then this is your place. I suggest driving the mile or two to swensons! read more

I love taco bell..... but this was nasty AF! They literally gave me like two strands of chicken and when I complained, they made it seem like I was asking too much of them. They did give me a side of chicken, but it was disgusting. Tasted like it was going bad and I could not eat it. There was fighting going on in the kitchen and not one employee was polite of happy at all. Clearly they do not care what they give their customers. I just dont get how tf you mess up your job if you work at taco bell?!? Im not even going to complain about the nasty ass chicken after I was already up there once complaining about the lack of chicken, too much. I went to this taco Bell location on Monday March 4th. I ordered a burrito and a mountain dew. My wife also ordered a burrito and a diet mountain dew. When we got to the pickup window the burritos came out first and we are greeted with a smile. The diet mountain dew came out next and then there was a delay in getting the regular mountain dew. The manager angrily handed the mountain dew to the person at the window and they handed it to me. It was about 10 minutes before I was able to start eating. My wife's food and drink we're just fine however when I took a drink of my mountain dew I found that it was filled with some sort of cleaner. It was a chemical that immediately made my stomach queasy. it had a harsh chemical taste. My wife even tried it and agreed that it was a harsh chemical taste. I called back to the taco Bell and talked to the manager. The manager said that she did not care and basically told me to f off. I then called the corporate headquarters and they stated that they would call me back right away as soon as they talked to the branch that gave out the cup of chemicals instead of mountain dew. I never did receive a call back or an explanation. I have told several people about my experience and they have reported similar experiences at this taco Bell as well as the McDonald's and Burger King. They have reported that most of the employees at these locations are African-American and 10 to Target white people with drinks spiked with cleaners chemicals and soaps. I would advise anyone to be highly cautious of ordering any kind of food from these restaurants on Howe Road. read more

Every time I go to the drive thru and get home , something is missing.Its time I quit going there, The chips were missing, and I called and she laughed and said that happens all the time. Terrible. I stopped in for breakfast while out running errands, I should have known something was wrong when both Burger King and McDonalds were busy but no one was at Taco Bell. I ordered a Country Am Crunchwrap. The taste was okay but the ingredients were improperly distributed with all the gravy on one side and a big lump of semi-melted shredded cheese on the other. I can't believe how poorly made my breakfast was when they clearly weren't pressed for time.
