Food value and quality and quantity has been dropping like a lead balloon for years now. Prices going up like a rocket quality and quantity dropping even faster. When I first started eating at Taco Bell many many years ago, the beef in the taco's was almost 3 times more than what is being served now. Also used to be a Taco Bell Grande Taco. Nope not now. Nachos now are a joke. Looks like the preparer's just don't give a dam about what they serve and they make it in a way a 5 year old would. Wait a minute, I think a actual 5 year old would make it better. Your prices are extremely too high for the value. Fire line of sauce's and food's should never ever include a creamy base ever. A few years ago you also discontinued tostadas, bad mistake. I used to many years ago, was able to purchase a 10 pack of tacos for less than $6.50 with sales tax included. And got almost 3x the meat. Now, it's a huge NO. You're looking at almost $20.00 for a 10 pack. Oh yeah, you to have 6,10 and 12 pack deals on tacos, where are any kind deals on any foods offered?? Cinatwist are a joke. Short staff is not uncommon now a. Days, but watching 1 gentleman make all the orders while others stood by , some taking orders on drive thru, none worked as a Team- 4 tacos took 30 minminutes from time of us placing order on machine to receive our 4 tacos. The tacos were cold, and the young man had no time to even get Fire Sauce for us, while other customers also waiting on their orders . Wouldn't give me what I asked for and also gave me wrong stuff - stapled my bag closed so I couldn't easily check - rude when I asked them something and ignored me pressurizing me to move on thru the drive thru - inside is closed so you can't go inside and complain to the manager or even to just avoid the nasty people at the drive thru. This face absolutely sucks. I waited in line with one car in front of me for 45 minutes, and then when I asked the worker at the window how long it was going to be he was being a smartass. And then I opened my food up to eat it and it's cold as shit and there is not even any chicken in my chicken quesadilla. I went in and place an order. It was very quiet in the store and there was only music playing in the kitchen. It didn't take too long to come out but when they called my name they forgot our drinks. I went up there to ask for our cups and in the time we waited my kids had already finished their meal. I had made eye contact with three different workers while standing at the counter. Then when they called another name I finally got our cups. There was also this girl Carly or Carlene who didn't seem to be working and was just running around speaking very loudly and play fighting with another worker who could've easily helped me and grabbed my cups. Strike 1 was no face-to-face ordering, must use kiosks. Ordered 2 Classic Combos. Tacos had about 1 teaspoon of meat, sprinkle of cheese, lots of lettuce. when I asked about lack of meat, manager informed me she had made them herself, and they had exactly what they are told to use. Beef burritos had beans and cheese, we saw no meat. Didn't bother to complain. Customer satisfaction is clearly not a priority here. We won't return. read more

I've never had taco bell before and was always curious from the commercials so I decided to finally give it a try since my rotation mates wanted fast food. I ordered the doritos locos taco and absolutely hated it. My tummy was not a happy camper. There's something about fast food that upset my belly automatically. Clean place to eat. Cheap and delicious. I recommend getting the cravings box. The contents change depending on the new item out however its only $5 and comes with a drink. The only thing stopping a 5 star review is the staff in the back were cussing and jumping around which was not professional. read more

I don't remember the last time I got a correct order from this location of Taco Bell. Again today, my food is cold and hard, there are no straws or napkins, and my order is incorrect. We even repeated our order twice. I suppose thinking you'll give a restaurant a second (3rd, 4th...) chance to get it right isn't worth it. Won't be back! This location is horrible about getting your order correct. I have to stop no matter how I order on the app, drive thru, or inside and pull everything out to make sure I have my whole order. The customer service is nonexistent. I was once told they would not help because I had ordered online. This by a manager and it turned out they had given my order to someone else! Wasn't an option for zero stars... We have given this Taco Bell's several tries over the past few months and unfortunately, every time is a disaster. The restaurant is always dirty. The customer service is always nonexistent. The food is mediocre at best. The staff is made of teenagers and the manager on duty may be a tad older. Our last experience there will be the last. My coworkers and I placed a mobile order from their app. The order was simple and easy.. no substitutions, straight from the menu. One of my coworkers took her lunch break to go pick up the order from the restaurant. When she arrived, all of our order, for 8 people, was shoved into one bag. The blast we ordered was melted by the time she got to the restaurant so she had them remake it. She stood waiting for someone to come to the front to help her for 10 minutes. When she got back to the office, we were unloading the food and realized the order was wrong. We called the restaurant and spoke to the manager on duty, she said " uhh i must have read the order wrong, but if you bring back your receipt we will make you the correct order." Much to our dismay, they had neglected to put a receipt in the bag. We explained that we were at work so we couldn't come back to pick up corrected food. She stated " I can't help you because I can't deliver any food." She also said she had no record of our transaction. After work, i went to the restaurant with my coworker to request a refund and the manager on duty told us that because it was a mobile order, she couldn't issue a refund and we would have to create a profile on the app to request a refund. Instead of being able to talk to someone from the app, they make you fill out a form and make you wait until the reach out/ contact you. This is no way to do business. read more

They had me pull up to the parking lot because they were behind. I asked for no avocado ranch on the steak taco there was gobs of sauce on it. He then proceeded to pick up rocks from our landscaping and throw them at the windows in our store, forcing us to call the police. Visited Taco Bell in Crossville for the first and last time. I used the online ordering for a box of tacos for my students. When I went to pick up my order, the employee told me the order had been canceled. Since I didn't cancel the order, I asked who or how it got canceled. The employee walked around asking other employees about the order and no one could provide an answer. I showed the printed order and again, no answer. After several minutes, I asked if they could make the order now. Again, all I get are blank stares and should shrugs. They finally agreed to fix my order. What should have taken a few minutes now has taken over half and hour. Basically, they slapped the tacos together and threw them in a box. I used the Taco Bell online complaint system to voice my issue. I have not received any reply of contact in over 1 month. They apparently do not care about customers, service, or fixing problems with their online ordering. read more

The real manager hasn't been there for three months and she runs the whole place by herself with only 3 workers and still get the orders out right and as soon as possible AND with out the real manager ever there. BEWARE! HIGH TURNOVER AND MISINFORMED INATTENTIVE STAFF!! I have gone there and gotten the apple pies several times. If they do not have them ready at the drive through, they tell you it will be about 5-6 min and to please pull around and park. I followed directions and waited over 23 minutes, I ended up going in and asking and she said ", I went outside and couldn't find you." First off, I was watching the front door since I was parked in front of it, and secondly, how could not find me. She was basically lying. I went there again about a month later and THE SAME THING HAPPENED, except after 15 min, I knew no one was remembering to bring me the apple pies. By the way, they are apple empanadas. I went to the drive through and was told that it was closed and to come inside if I wanted to place an order. I went inside and stood in line for 10 minutes while the cashier gossiped with two other customers at the head of the line. Meanwhile I see orders start to go flying out the window, turns out that while I was waiting, the drive through opened and they were filling orders while I was still waiting to place one. Complaining to the manager accomplished nothing as all I got was excuses about how hard her job was and that her employees were letting her down and were awful.
