First, I attempted to use an Egift card, for my order. The gentleman at the window said he didn't know how to do that, so he called over another person. The woman took one look at it and was adamant about not taking it. She was rude, and it became very clear to me, by her gestures, head-shaking, and no, uh-huh, this was not going to be used to pay for the meal. To top it all off, we did not receive what we ordered. I was already home with the order, and because of the attitude I had already received, there was no reason to return to get it corrected. I was already convinced the order would not be completed as edible food. I called the store and spoke to "one of the managers". While speaking to the manager, she was hollering in the background, she just mad she couldn't use the gift card. Ain't nothin wrong with her order. So on that note, I am finished with this Taco Bell. I told the "manager" he might want to educate his employees on proper customer service. I am sure he will get right on it. The worst location in Okaloosa county, by far. Terrible service EACH and EVERY time. Food is never prepared correctly nor is it ever hot or fresh. I wouldn't recommend visiting this location EVER as they rarely answer the drive thru during normal store hours and the property has no lights on basically indicating that they don't want your business anyways since they close early everyday and have their homies pull up to the drive thru window and sit and block the exit around 10-11pm each night. The employees seem to just want to chill and cut up in the back and drag their feet when it comes to working period. If you do order from here, by god, do NOT make any modifications lmao. Mobile orders are worse than ordering in person because they can't seem to get them even close to right each time and food is always missing requiring you to park and wait even longer or be argued with about whether or not someone put it in the bag or not. They shut down the grill and run out of items 2-3 hours before close most nights. The only reason I see this place having any business is because of the high school next door and it might get busy around 2-4 pm and a ton of kids "used" to go there after school to loiter. 1224 N Ferdon is the most ghetto location I've ever been to. Drive across town if you want TB to the S Ferdon location it's 100x better. They're usually outside passing a blunt around among 6-7 people around 10:30-11pm at that location but at least they get the food right and out to you quickly. I'm so disappointed in this place. My daughter and I just got our dinner through the takeout window. We live 5 minutes from the store. When we got home our tacos and chalupas were cold and soggy. We ordered dragon fruit slushes and instead of telling us that they were out of syrup they just gave us a slush with no syrup and didn't bother to tell us or offer us another flavor to fix it. Then to top it off they didn't even give us a receipt so I can't even get it fixed with the store. Their quality has just gotten worse and worse! I do not recommend eating here! read more

The staff are usually super nice, but the drive thru is ridiculously slow, I usually stop in every few weeks and have waited over thirty minutes of three separate occasions in the drive thru line. Of course, you don't know until it's too late and you're stuck. The first two times, the cashier apologized for the wait and threw in a bag of cinnamon twists. This last time though - the cashier pretty much ignored me, looking away from the window and back to her co-workers, complaining that the manager should have known better than to short staff on a Friday. Every time we come through this Taco Bell something is always wrong. Today i order the nacho Bellgrande unassembled (I wasn't going to eat it right away) but once I started looking through the bag, they didn't put the Nacho Cheese in inside. I was ok with that.
