Came here to get food for my family, at feb 24 2026 at 10:21 pm, who ever was working on that night shift very unprofessional, disgusting behavior, laughing and yelling while we are ordering, I will never spend my money here ever. Immature. Get a job you life! read more

What could improve? Everything. The cashier smelled like weed at 1:27 pm. My order was wrong. I told her. She put in the correction. I waited 25 minutes. She had disappeared. The people packing the food are behind a panel so there was no one to ask. I had to leave to be somewhere so I walked out without my food or money. And it is nasty and dirty. read more

We stopped by while traveling south on the interstate. It's .1 mile away and convenient. It was downhill from there. Women's bathroom was disgusting with a hideous smell and water and toilet paper all over the floor. The men's bathroom never opened up so now we need to make another stop of my husband. For the food, I have a soy and avocado allergy. So, Taco Bell puts soy in their beef. They only had two things on the menu with chicken -- a quesadilla and a burrito with avocado and a ton of other stuff. So I asked for two chicken tacos. We got charged $3.58 for two shells and cheese plus $2.60 for chicken. Seriously! Taco Bell, please make your menu more allergy friendly. As a side note, both of my "soft" shells were crunchy on the edges. Highly disappointed. I wish I'd read the Yelp reviews prior to stopping as we would have passed by. read more

Went in today for free taco day. 10/10 staff were very friendly and awesome. Good stuff Taco Bell

easily the slowest drive though I have ever been through. idk what they're doing in there, but it's not making people's food

I love Taco Bell. Love. I hate this store. Hate. I live just a couple miles away, and when I get a jonesin' for Taco Bell, I really don't have much choice. The next closest one is twenty minutes farther away. This store is SLOW. Crazy, maddeningly slow. I've even used the app to order takeout, waited 15 minutes before leaving home, and still had to wait another 15 minutes in the store. If you have other Taco Bell options, avoid this one at all costs. Update: online order had wrong items, and some items just destroyed. See pics. read more

If I could not give any stars I would. I ordered a crunch wrap supreme and it had an odd smell. The lettuce had an old taste. The beef was not placed throughout the crunch wrap. Most of it was tortilla, cheese and old lettuce. Never again at this location. read more

Unless you are close to starving to death, please make this KFC/Taco Bell your last place to eat in Butner/Creedmoor! The food here is of extremely poor quality, and service is awful! I went here one week night around 6:15pm, I ordered 2 tacos, 2 burritos, rice, biscuits, and some pintos and cheese. After working all day, all I wanted to do was feed my family something quick and relax. After opening one of the tacos, I noticed that the top of the taco shell was extremely hard, and the bottom of the taco where the meat was, was so soggy that the meat literally fell through when I picked it up. The rice had a combination of hard and soft rice in it, the pintos and cheese were hard, crusty, and dried at the top, and the edges of the burritos were hard as a rock. I have always been a huge fan of KFC biscuits, but these were so hard that you could use them in a game of softball. Everything I received was absolutely awful, and I could tell that it had been sitting under a heat lamp for the most part of the day. Unfortunately, I ended up throwing the food in the trash, and had to end up making dinner on my own after all. I decided that I just couldn't let this one go... if anything, I felt that the Manager needed to know how bad the food was. Around 7:30pm I called KFC/ Taco Bell to speak with the manager, I was told that the manager was in the store, but he didn't speak any English. The employee on the other line proceeded to tell me that I would actually prefer to speak with her since the Manager couldn't speak English... I couldn't believe what I heard, so I asked her how he was able to communicate with his employees and customers, and she proceeded to tell me that he only dealt with the ones that spoke Spanish, and those who could translate for him do when it's needed. This still confuses me, and it's no wonder the food is so poor, because the manger cannot properly communicate with the employees. The Employee told me to bring any uneaten food that needed to be replaced back to the store and they would either replace it, or give me my money back for the food that was returned. She said they always like to have the food back before they switch it out or refund the money. I told her that I already threw it in the trash, and she hesitated and told me to just stop back whenever I was in town to explain my situation and to not forget my receipt. My order was over $13.00, and I can honestly say that will be the last money they will ever get from me... Please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else! read more

Terrible service, out Of everything, we literally got tortillas with meat and cheese and they wouldn't discount the food. GO SOMEHWERE ELSE! read more

Pretty much every time I go through the drive thru they get my order wrong...very frustrating. But somehow my receipt is correct. I don't understand how that happens. The employees look at you crazy most of the time when you go in. I've learned to only go here when I'm starving and not too picky. CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE YOU DRIVE AWAY unless you want to drive all the way back once you get home. read more

This Taco Bell has no guacamole, Mountain Dew came out of the straight soda water, they were out of root beer, and the bathroom was dirtier than a truck stop, with shit all over it. They had more staff than they needed, but they all seemed dazed, confused, and overwhelmed. read more

To the young lady working the drive thru window about 3:00 pm today, that was some of the best customer service I've ever received. Super friendly! Even chased me almost out of the parking lot to give me what they forgot to put in my bag. read more

This is truly a zero star establishment. Apparently their management is completely incompetent. No root beer available. No Pepsi available. Of course this wasn't revealed until after ordering and trying to get something to drink. This is a simple inventory exercise and they FAILED!!! Furthermore, there wasn't a clean table in the place. Moral of this story is don't stop at this exit off of interstate. Obviously the residents are stupid and slow here or there might be a decent restaurant to stop at. read more

You know the response you're NOT going to get when you go to a compnay website and there's no customer support phone number - just an email form. We chanced a take out a couple of Fridays ago - Dec. 28, I believe, to try the new grande burritos Taco Bell is currently advertising. Well, don't except your food to look anything like the commercial. The grande burritos were not open on one end with product flowing out. In fact, they weren't even round - basically flat and folded on the ends. They were all wrap with very little filling. Sort of like a slider patty on a Whopper bun. The taste wasn't offensive, but with so much wrapping, it was hard to tell what was inside. We also purchased a few bean burritos - both $1 and regular menu, and the proportions were the same. Small amount of product wrapped completely in tortilla. Perhaps the idea was that with a take out, we couldn't see what we were missing if the wrapper covered everything. Bottom line, if you want fast food in Butner that looks anything like what's advertised, go to Hardees', MacDonald's, Wendys' (but don't expect chilli above the mysterious fill line) - just stay away from Taco Bell. And as for the KFC portion of the Taco Bell, shame on them for removing the wing from the white meat (formally 2-piece) $5 fill up. Who needs the damn cookie? Give me back my wing! read more

This will be my last time going to this taco bell. I stopped by to grab some dinner because it was too late to cook. I pulled up to order, the person automatically had an attitude as she informed me they were only taking cards. The attitude then continued as she told me they were out of chalupa. I asked for a few to rethink my order. When I finally decided on what to get my family she then proceeds to tell me they were out of ice. Its 7:30...how are you out of ice and why didn't you say something? And to top it off my food wasn't made properly and you can tell the taco shell were old. They were stale. Never again. read more

There are times you just crave Taco Bell. Times you will ignore the horrible rating of this location and the horrible health grade. Times you forget, on purpose, how many times they have screwed up your order, neglected to put things in the bag, or forgotten ingredients. And those are the times you will be disappointed all over again. Forgotten item and crusty refried beans this time. Sigh. Go ahead, crave Taco Bell, just drive to one that actually isn't trying to give you food poisoning. It will be worth the drive. read more

Super slow, out of chicken for KFC part of restaurant, out of hot sauces, and food cooked incorrectly (dry beans and crunchy rice in burrito) read more

Only KFC I have ever stopped at that ran out of chicken not once but twice in the same month.

Horrendous. We waited in the drive through over 15 min before ever reaching the window. We were behind 2, yes TWO, cars in the drive through. read more

If I could make a negative star I would. Terrible service. Was not greeted. The young boy behind the counter never said thank you. Just tossed me my receipt. no cup lids out. Asked for some and again he never said a word. Our food sat up at the counter, I guess he couldn't shout out our number. And, of course, food was wrong. I guess this is whAt you get...minimum wage service for minimum wages. We won't be back. read more

Dirty! Workers were told there was poop on bathroom floor and they just said oh. Looking at me like, and your floor doesn't have poop on it? There were also out of almost everything, which was probably a good thing. I wish I could give this place a health inspection. read more

i have to say i pretty much second Ethan's review. i really love taco bell, and i've honestly never visited a great store- but this location is so so so bad. it's the closest one to me so sometimes i just grin and bear it. other times, i'm super annoyed. especially when i get a late night craving and they are closed at 8pm read more

Even Taco Bell has standards, that is why this one is paired with KFC, so you won't notice the slow service and the slightly, not quite, something is off, taste... maybe there is too much grease in the air or something. I know I won't bother again. read more
