Food was great and made to order as described. My issue here was with the lack of attention overall to the restaurant and customers, but especially with the cleanliness. First I walked in to use the bathroom, as most people do after a long trip on the road. I chuckled when I saw a sign that said that the bathroom is checked every 30 minutes. It was dirtier than every gas station bathroom we visited on the way down from New York. It looks like a dirty mop was dragged all across the restaurant. Every booth and table was dirty with clear wiping marks as if someone also used dirty water to clean. I'm really disappointed in the local franchise here. I'm sure the General Manager has reached out many times about the support she needs to keep the store clean, and not buying new mops shows that this franchisee is a penny pincher, in all the worst ways. We don't live in town, but we've been here twice in the past week. The food is good, but really Jaquavis is the star of this review. I've never meet anyone like him at a fast food restaurant. I have been to this Taco Bell several times as I live in the proximity of it. Every single time it is the same MISERABLE white male (whose name is Chad) at the window who has no compassion whatsoever. He seems to be appalled by a customers presence as if he didn't choose to work a fast food job. Anyhow, recently I went there and had to wait 30 minutes to pay for my food in cash. They want us to use the kiosk to order of course, which I did, but when it was time to pay I was met with weird looks as if I wasn't supposed to be waiting to pay for MY FOOD that I ORDERED. All employees stared and left to hide in a room straight to the back of the kitchen. Another time I went to this Taco Bell, I found hair in my food. AND tonight I just wanted some sour cream to add to my nacho bellgrande, since the AI wasn't understanding me and completed my order before I could get it out. CHAD met me with a rude remark instead of pulling the stick from his gaping hole and HAVING SOME COMPASSION. THEN I GOT HOME AND THE NACHO BELLGRANDE DIDNT HAVE THE LETTUCE I WANTED ON IT. Really poor service tonight. Ordered a few things, one of which was a Mexican pizza and they put it in the bag standing up so that the pizza slid and smashed into the side of the box. We asked for fire sauce and the employee said they didn't have any, we asked for mild and she said they didn't have that either. We finally said do you have any sauce? I've thought the first mistake was normal, then there was a second one. Then a third. Now, almost every orders. They either forget an item or forget to put lettuce, cheese, or any type of anything in my orders. I've stopped coming here. Especially when I got the privilege to step foot into their building. Worst mistake in the world. Once you're in, you get this amazing welcoming salty smell of urine. I don't know what stunk more, the entrance or their bathroom. Not to mention, no "Hi, Welcome to TB". What I did get was this wanna be look-a like chubby Shiva from The Walking Dead screaming across the counter, "If you want to order, order from the Kiosk!" After a solid 15 minutes of waiting, he tossed the orders to two different door dashers and finally grew some Lion nuts and asked me what my name was so he could see where I stand in line for my food. Since we were on vacation and Taco Bell is his favorite, I figure I'd get the "Best Mom" award and let his have TB, even though the rest of the car was getting Wendy's. Our order was from the $1 menu and included a Beefy Fritos burrito with added onion and a mini beefy quesadilla with added onion. I've passed this Taco Bell several times but haven't stopped in until recently. The family and I were visiting a friend nearby and needed a quick dinner close by. We stopped in Taco Bell around 9pm on a weeknight. First thing we noticed was the local theme they adopted with the LSU decor. I've never been to a Taco Bell that has done this. Another first for Taco Bell is the two flat screens mounted in the dining room. They show some kind of Muzak like programming that includes quick news bites, music videos and of course, Taco Bell commercials. The food was prepared as ordered. We had a couple of special requests and had no problem getting the food prepared to our requests. We were missing two items form our tray and as we walked up to the counter, we were met halfway by the counter person with our missing items. It was nice to see that they realized their mistake and took care of it. All of the food was prepared fresh and delivered hot. Interaction with the employees was nice. They were very polite and attentive. The dining area was clean as was the drink station. My only complaint is that the sound on the tv's was a little load. Maybe they had it cranked earlier in the day when they were busier. Since we were the only customers in the place at this time, it was a little too much. read more

First, I waited in line for a long amount of time with only two cars before me. Once at the speaker to order, the person was very rude and drab. I'm 17 and yes I have mood swings at work but I never take it out on our costumers.
