Instead of apologizing or fixing the mistake politely, the workers acted like we were bothering them just by asking. With all of their new automation (no counter attendant for one), the speed of order fulfillment in the restaurant is slower than slow. They might as well admit they don't want in-store customers and simply close the dining room. Unless you have 30 minutes to waste waiting for an order, you might as well look elsewhere down the road for a better option. I would expect this restaurant to automate themselves out of business in the future. If they do survive in the future, though, they might simply be a Taco Bell vending machine.
