So NGL this place was INSANE @3am on a Friday, so mad props to the staff here for not only keeping it 100 amidst the chaos but for cranking out the order in an orderly manner and actually getting them correct (we ordered on the app and went inside as the drive-thru was beyond cray cray... It did take a hella hot min to get our orders but they came out hot, fresh, and correct and we got our drinks while we waited, which a lot of other TBell locations will NOT do. Thankfully prkg is ample & u can get in and out of the lot (or drive-thru lane) w/relative ease. Ordering through the app & checking-in inside to get ur order in queue is the best option... Tho just know this location for late nite is for desperate sitches only unless ur just chasing an adrenaline rush! read more

You never know what you're gonna get with this Taco Bell. It's the closest one to me and I grab a bit once a month or so when I'm feeling like rolling the dice. Main complaint is that the drive thru can take forever. If there's any type of line I recommend going inside. Since I had a clean bill of health from the cardiologist, I might as well hit up TB for lunch today. Also, it's right next to AAA where I was getting my car serviced. Easy to order on the app and it was ready when I walked inside. The dining room was clean, the condiments station was stocked and tidy. My order was prepared properly and still hot. I frequent this Taco Bell location pretty often and overall pretty good. Last night I ordered my food at the kiosk with no issues, received my food fairly quickly too so overall no complaints at this point. A few hours after we eat, my wife and I have the most explosive experience on the toilet. Would not recommend as I'm still going to the bathroom about twice an hour. Worse Taco Bell. Tried to give them another chance I ordered a number 8 supreme with chicken ; so Doritos taco shell, cheese ,tomato , lettuce, sour cream and chicken. All my tacos had barely anything in them. One of my tacos didn't even have tomato's and all 3 that come In the combo had barely anything than a taco she'll see my photos. This is my second time trying the same location. The first time going there the main girl, that takes the order, at night served me beef when I got charged for chicken and specifically said chicken and no beef. It was absolutely terrifying bc I didn't notice and trusted the employees. After I noticed, I immediately went back and noticed that her and the manager guy were impaired. However, I had a taste for some Taco Bell and decided that I would go and get me a lux box I get home and I eat my softshell taco and it was delicious. First off, we sat in the line for 30+ minutes and there were 2-3 cars ahead of us. We finally got to the box only to have to sit there for ANOTHER 5-10 minutes! Geez! I will always like Taco Bell for their nostalgic atmosphere, hot sauce and burritos. I'm non-dairy but they let you mark your order "Fresco" which means no-cheese and no sour cream. I also order no-onions. And they're good at getting it right. They call out your name when you're order is ready or if they want to confirm something for you. Because space is tight up front, there's always a bit of a dance between the soda machine, condiments bar (hot sauce and napkins!) and where you pick up your order. I call it the Taco Bell shuffle. I walk in versus drive-thru. But the wait is pretty much the same. The only real issue is service can be slow. When I walk in and see the line of people waiting, I remind myself to be patient. But even then I try to see where my order should be in line. Luckily when I'm here I don't usually have to get back to work. So I understand the frustration when people have to walk back to the counter and check the status of their orders as they are anxious to get back out into the world. If you're in a rush it can be hectic. But otherwise it's the same reliable Taco Bell as anywhere. Good stuff! read more

I got here at 12:45 am and it is 1:54 now and I still don't have my food. 20 minutes ago the lady said 5 minutes until we'd get our food. This Taco Bell is the worst and I'd recommend everyone to take the extra few minutes to drive to a different one. The food literally should take 10 minutes tops to prepare but our food is taking over an hour. Makes literally no sense to call it fast food.
