Went to this location yesterday and they served the saltiest, oldest and driest meat, not even edible I had to spit it out. Ordered loaded beefy nachos and specifically asked for guacamole and sour cream only to have it not on the nachos, there's was barely any meat in the soft tacos (we ordered 4), Crunchwrap supreme had a stale shell inside, and the burrito was burned and old as well and not to mention they made sure not to give me a receipt. I called and was told today (11/30/2025) I would get a free remake, in which I showed up to not receive either. I came to the window in an empty store and drive thru and was still told to pull around in which I sat for 25 minutes. The worker looked at me multiple times while talking about my order and yet I have not received. This place is careless and do not care about serving their customers correctly, I spent $28.00 on food that me nor my wife couldnt eat not a lick of. I wouldn't recommend. read more

Worst experience Ever. I came on a late night with my kids and family Antoinette was the women at the window and she was rude. She rushed my order and told me I only had two options on what I could get because they where closing and they where not serving anything else. She was so ghetto and rude I would never go back to that one. I recommend going to freedom if your hungry don't waste you time money and gas. She was busy on her phone and entertaining others. Waited patiently in line for my Doritos locos tacos but the only thing loco was the sorry service. To worried about talking then getting the order right. Instead of tacos I was given a soggy ass Crunchwrap that had no crunch. About as limp as a 80 year old man with no blue pill. I had faith and expectations for you Taco Bell and you let me down worse than getting candy corn on Halloween. I understand jobs can get busy and hectic but damn. Came in for a late lunch on a Friday (4/21) The place wasn't the cleanest but we came in after the lunch rush. Had a group of six and we received our food fast. Everything was hot and taste great. Because I've been sitting in drive through that is wrapped around the building not only that they know there not supposed to close down there lobby I am a field manager and I own a tacobell/kfc in Florida so I know a thing or two about how to tuna. Time for an update on this TB, which is conveniently close to the Charlotte airport that I can get something quick to eat after I land. They have pretty solid competition here with a Wendy's and Bojangles across the street plus a McDonald's next door. Very close to I-85 here at Billy Graham. My 7 layer burrito had all the right stuff inside of it and it was wrapped well. Other than a couple pieces of tomato and cheese that were somehow outside the tortilla and had to be picked up off the floor of my car. read more

This has to be one of the worst KFC's I've been to! I waited 15 minutes for my food. When it was ready it was missing a whole meal. the gentleman told me that was all I had ordered. Once I found the receipt to prove I purchased another meal I was told there were orders in front of me and I would have to wait. At that point I requested a full refund. It took 5 minutes for a manager to come to the front. When she does the only thing she says is "where is your receipt?" At no time does she make an effort to rectify the situation or even apologize. I love Taco Bell, but I had a bad experience at this certain location. My boyfriend and I ordered two watermelon freezes, but did not receive the seed candy that is supposed to be in the drink. When we went inside to see if we could get the right drink, an employee belittled us and stated that the seeds were an extra 50 cents, which is 100% not true. He eventually just gave us two seed packets, but he was rude from the start and clearly was trying to cover up a mistake instead of apologizing and fixing it to begin with. trying to let the cashier know there was a mistake in my order, this insanely rude girl with a pink fur jean jacket on.. shut the window in my face without saying a word. She proceeded to get her manager who also refused to acknowledge me. While getting stank faced by the both of them me and my friend in the car could hear them both being rude and saying how they dont have the time to deal with this etc. Brought over the whole staff so she could let everyone know she disliked us, and after 12 minutes at the window waiting for a refund she finally cracked it open and literally "shooed" us away with her hand. I dont care what in the corona is going on, the attitudes of the employees here was actually disgusting and i hope they find jesus or they drugs or whatever they need to be less of a trash person.
