The Place was very nice and clean except the fountain area which was gross. Went here for the first time in about 6 months &..nothing has changed. last time we came to this location we used the drive through. I couldn't really understand the person talking and they couldn't really understand me. Nothing has changed, still sounds like their speaker system is mad of paper cups and string. (Like in the movie "Grown up's" I told the person i was pulling up to window. After asking for a number 4 with a diest Pepsi.." we are out of Pepsi" Same as last time. Okay, regular is okay. My wife orders a chicken bowl with no Guacamole and no sauce. "okay..can you tell me the first order again?" I repeat the order and they take my money. We got our food and pulled over in the lot to eat. Why do i even come to this location? Soda was basically Brown seltzer water, my wife's Chicken bowl had all the stuff on it that we asked them to hold..I go in, tell them what happened at get the feeling i am bothering them. Now i'm mad! "how hard is it to NOT put two items on a Chicken Bowl? I wait for about 9/10 mins and get the bowl. Now that my bag "O" slop is cold, my wife can eat and i can eat my cold food. This is a Taco Bell and KFC combo location. I placed an order online prior to pick up. Drive through was simple to navigate. My family and I ordered a few burritos and a chalupa. Everything was there when we picked up and service was friendly. However, they didn't have chicken chalupas, only beef. Also, they didn't have Mexican pizza. Ive rarely had issues at this location, As well as rarely complain. But today was ridiculous. Not only is the service insanely slow at off peak hours. Unfortunately this is just not a good location. After splitting from the KFC they have super limited menu, it's worth driving to another location. They don't have most drinks/items a typical Taco Bell does. One time they tell you they have something on the menu and the next time you go they say they don't. It is very inconsistent read more

Drive Thru Mobile Order. I got a reward so I did a second order for that reward. When I got to the window I was given the reward order & also another customers order. I went back around & they accepted the other customers order back (hopefully they remake that because I'm pretty sure they can't serve one customers food to them after another customer already opened it & touched it). The girl at the window seemed annoyed with ME asking "I already gave you the order, what else do you want?" She said the other order "wasn't in the system". I told her & SHOWED her I ordered it & it said Drive Thru, time, the items, everything. She said, "Well, your going to have to come in for that." So, I didn't want to argue anymore. I went inside & they handed it to me. Horrible service. Floors were soaking wet inside to the point it went in my shoes with no Wet Signs out. I love this location! In my 12 years of living in this area my order has always been correct and employees here are ALWAYS friendly. I do both drive through or eat in depending on the day. Inside is always very clean, but a bit too cold for me. We like to have TacoBell occasionally and this location always delivers in customer service. Wanted to try their Nashville hot and honey BBQ chicken sandwiches and just finished up a tattoo next door so here I am. The restaurant is clean as are the restrooms. Website and doors say they open at 10am. Pulled up at about 10:50am, lights are on, I can see people inside, go through the drive thru and no one comes through the intercom at all. After several minutes, I pulled through and parked and went in. The doors open and the sign on the door says they should be open. There's a woman inside not wearing a mask who says we're not open yet, there's no food ready yet. I encouraged her to update the signs and business hours. Unreliable service and poor business management. Very friendly staff. The food is fresh and delicious. If you can't decide between taco bell or KFC just go there and get both! Their Website is still displaying a closing time of 11PM - BEWARE you can make an online purchase BUT THEY CLOSE AT 8PM. A hold will be placed on your credit card, and you will probably have a similar experience of vehicles in line ahead of you trying to purchase or pick-up orders - even though they are CLOSED AFTER 8 PM. Picked some food for my family because I was so tired and wanted to have an easy night. It appears that the Taco Bell/KFC in Canton, Connecticut has new people working there. They need more training because they forgot our sauce for the chicken strips and sauces for the Taco Bell. They forgot a couple items too. I disappointed yet will go back one more time to see if they get better. They didn't give me a receipt either. This is petty to me, but my kids complained because they did not sauces. The food that they forgot, I chose not to eat, so the kids had what they wanted. Being too tired to go back, I decided to write a review. i wish no stars was an option lmao. i placed a walk in order to pick up. while i sat in the parking lot waiting half of the employees were sitting outside smoking weed in a black pontiac with student driver stickers. we sat outside maybe 30 minutes while they were supposed to be making the food. went inside to pick it up, still not ready. waited inside for another 20-30 minutes. one of the kids who was smoked dug into the trash and then proceeded to touch our food. once we got the food they forgot the drink which is clearly on the receipt and maybe if they weren't high would've been able to read that. finally we get the food, the fries were rock hard. so stale and everything was cold like it had just been sitting there. this location needs new management and employees asap. also to add one of the managers walked out while they were smoking and joined them. a manager that lets minors smoke on the job is crazy. please save urself the time and go to torrington or plainville. read more

My daughter went there tonight and as you can see I spent $45 dollars on food. One if the items I ordered was the $10 TUB of popcorn chicken. I asked for dipping sauce. The cashier gave me four packs. When I asked for four more stating that 4 people was sharing the tub. That's two per person which is just barely enough. There's a lot of chicken in that tub. The young lady looked terrified and asked me to put the ones she gave into my bag so that her manager wouldn't see them before she could give me 4 more. No one wants to eat dry hard chicken with out sauce. As a customer if I need to pay for the extra sauce, I don't have a problem doing so.
