The chicken was moist and the flavors really melded together well, but the tortilla was a bit strange - it was pretty soggy, slimy, and a little bit gummy which was not like any tortilla I've had before in a burrito. However, it wasn't bad. It was a strange texture but it was flexible enough to hold the ingredients which were a bit wet as a whole, and it didn't rip, so I can't say too much bad about it. It didn't affect the test much but the texture was a little weird. Still, the sweet peppers were an awesome touch and there was a good ratio of meat to other ingredients.
