Pulled off the highway in Bryant, Arkansas, stomach growling loud enough to scare squirrels, and spotted a Taco Bell glowing like a fast-food lighthouse. I figured, why not--tacos don't judge. Inside was a mix of chaos and efficiency. The counter crew was moving fast, orders flying, Baja Blasts pouring, and that familiar scent of seasoned beef and melted cheese in the air. I ordered a chicken quesadilla and a couple crunchy tacos, grabbed a Diet Pepsi. The food? Honestly, solid. Tacos were crisp, meat was hot, and the quesadilla had just enough cheesy goodness to hold me over. But the place could've used a little love--tables hadn't been wiped down in a bit, napkins were low, and the floor had the kind of mystery stickiness you just learn to accept in life. Still, it was quick, it was hot, and it got the job done. Not the cleanest Taco Bell I've been to, but when you're tired and hungry in Arkansas, sometimes all you need is a taco and a place to sit. Went through the drive through just to get a drink. Dude working the window charged my card 27 dollars and then extremely rude about it. We asked him if we were good to go and he said "Yes.. you're good" in an extremely rude and condescending tone despite the mistake on his part. I am so disappointed, I was on my way home from a long road trip so I stopped here for food, I ordered a Baja blast and a bean burrito, when I received it the drive through worker asked me for a tip! Like sir I don't have that money! As I took a bite of my burrito a random homeless man ran up to me and stole my Baja Blast! I think I am ginuely traumatized from that experience. Few nights ago just after 10pm, I start craving taco bell. We went through the drive-thru and ordered a number 1. The 3 crunchy taco meal. Instead they gave me a number 3. Which sounds like a simple mix up until I remembered the guy asked me if I wanted my tacos supreme or regular? And why was the number 3 they gave me a supreme when I asked for regular? The secone item was a grilled cheese burrito without rice. The guy asked if I wanted chicken, steak, or seasoned beef. I asked for chicken. Which I dont think is actually an option. They didn't give me chicken so I assume it's not. They did however give me rice I didnt want. Only correct item was the bean burrito that isn't even for me. We ended up with the messed up grilled cheese burrito, 2 bean burritos (one supreme), and 1 supreme crunchy taco. I ate the burrito until i got to the "rice half" and picked through the crunchy taco gor the seasoned beef like a toddler. The very next night, I wanted my actual order. But didn't make a fuss. We ordered the exact same. When I got chicken as an addition to the beef I realized it hadn't been an option. Just an add on. Whatever. Either way, we mentioned the mistakes with the previous order and they still gave us a burrito that was 40% rice. And not grilled this time. They just stuck a handfull of cheese in the wrapper with it. It was just shredded cheese. It all fell off because it was cold shredded cheese. I'm and anxious person and my mom decided to call for me since I didn't want to. The manager told us to tell them his name and get the next order free. I didn't want taco bell a 3rd time but it's free so may as well. Which leads us to tonight where we again got the same order as night one. Just to cash in the free order. And bam. Rice literally all over this burrito. Ordered steak on it and there was barely any. The burrito was legitimately over 50% rice. And I don't eat. I've thrown 3 half burritos in the garbage. And 90% of a supreme crunchy taco. Im not eating it and still complaining. The people up there, I dont blame them. I've known people that worked there in the past and it's 100% on the higher ups. Late shifts are doing their best with the scraps from the earlier shifts and the constantly broken equipment they have. And they're the ones getting yelled at. They obviously dont know how to make half the items and that's a management issue. When they dont have enough steak they fill it with bits of steak and a lot of rice. Even if they don't want rice. I frankly dont think they can even hear half of what's being said through their headsets. More equipment issues. Get in there and get the people trained, get them working equipment, and hold the earlier teams equally accountable for a constant lack of food items at the end of the night. I pull up the website, on my phone, to verify contents of the breakfast "box". Yep the potato cake is included. The first lady, essentially, shoves a potato cake at me. A second employee comes to the window to see what she could do to help. She started ranting how the order had been rung up incorrectly, they had corrected it so I should just move along. If the first lady had just admitted that the order had been rung up wrong, I probably would have just moved along, but the attitude, which wound up making me feel verbally assaulted, of the second lady AND the numerous other occasions that incorrect orders and attitudes, is what has prompted this review. read more

Prices keep going up while quality and amount of food goes down. Order food for a large group, asked for both hot and mild sauce. When I got back to feed everyone and saw that they gave us 2 of each. After a long day at work, I just wanted to come home and eat something simple and relax Taco Bell had other ideas. The door dasher told me that they no longer carry the cinnabon treats and were out of mild sauce. He asked if I wanted cinnamon crisps and hot sauce. I said no to both. Apparently the cashier at Taco Bell had a fit about that and tried to force me to take the cinnamon crisps. I told her that if I wanted to eat styrofoam for dessert, I would have ordered it. She refused to take them out of the bag, so I told the door dasher I would cancel the whole order. Then she changed her mind and took them out. What I got was a brown bag with everything inside completely wet and the whole bag was stuffed full of hot sauce packets (After I had said no thanks). The burrito was tiny and the chalupas had fallen out of their wet wrappers and all over the bag. I bundled up the whole mess and threw it in the trash. Thank you for absolutely nothing but wasting my time. Luckily I got a full refund for my order from door dash. Never again, do not waste your time! read more

I get food here occasionally, so I know what its supposed to taste like. Last night I got 8 tacos. Got home and took one bite and noticed a horrible bitter , burnt grease taste. Took em back and they made me eight more. Took one bite and same bitter burnt taste. Lady said she made them fresh with a new bag of meat, but it was awful. Taste exactly like burnt grease. Like they need to wash whatever they heat the meat in. Bad, bad, bad. On a side note, their drive thru speaker is blown and is so distorted you can barely understand what they are saying. I am not sure if this is a common experience at this location but it was an odd one indeed. The staff at this location is very excited about Jesus and wants all patrons to know about it. I politely refused their little sermon. But they continued to badger me with their beliefs. My order was delivered not as I ordered it. On par for fast food. They say hi to my pups who drive thru with me & one time handed me a few cinnamon sticks for them...best friends forever now! They get busy & the drive thru slows down. If you order a bunch of stuff, they can leave things out. They're always very nice & fix things if they make a mistake, but it's just too dang hard to get back around to the parking lot once you leave the drive thru. A taco or 2 isn't worth the hassle on busy evenings on Reynolds Rd. I will say, I know it's the policy for them now, but when you drive up they say "Hi, How are you?" then you reply, then nothing....so...are you ready for my order?? Wish they'd leave the hi how are you out. Nowadays it's hard to know if you're talking to a person or not at some drive thrus. read more
