However, at 8:51 PM, the lady with the hickey staff member started slamming metal chairs together loudly, creating a warehouse-like atmosphere. This was not only startling but also unnecessary, especially since it was still 9 minutes shy of closing time. To make matters worse, the same rude lady loudly announced to her team tell that customer in drive through we are CLOSED. But it wasn't 9pm yet.... The whole ordeal felt rude and unprofessional.
