I've almost exhausted all the Taco Bells in the area, so this adventure is almost at an end. Unfortunately, this outpost on Veteran's Highway, Bristol, PA, come in near the bottom of the barrel in terms of food presentation and courtesy. Ordered the Crunch Wrap Box, as per usual. This time everything was cool to the bite, like no one was attending to quality control, or the cook was AWOL. Too, the cashier had a hard time interacting with me in a decent way. When I asked if they could handle a larger bill, he screwed up his face and responded, "We're not a bank!" No clue, Sherlock. I was only asking, not insisting. I am not returning to this Taco Bell location again. It is the closest one to our home, but the cantina chicken taco I ordered this evening was terrible. You can tell that whoever assembled the taco couldn't care less. Plus, the last two times that I have visited, there is also some weirdness at the drive thru when I said I had a mobile order. There was radio silence and the first time I asked if the associate was still there. Once I pulled around to the second window, I had to wait and none of the associates told me that the food was coming. I think that I actually decided to stop going to this location once before. Prob one of the best Taco Bells to go to. The service is friendly and helpful, they work quick to clean off tables, removed garbage and really do their jobs versus stay on their cellphones like other staff at other locations do. The interior is also cleaner and nicer than most Taco Bell locations and the tables, booths and chairs are updated and new. On my last visit I ended up getting a crunch warp supreme meal deal and it was so fresh and hot. They don't have attitudes, the service is efficient, and here they even walked over to the table to give us orders we still needed. Even checking up on myself and my co-workers as we ate our orders. This is without a doubt the slowest tb drive through (that didn't also have a KFC) that I have ever been to. At other stores the cash register is the bottleneck.. By the time you pay they are handing out the food even if they only have one window. This place has two windows but the rarely use the first and when used it seldom helps. It's also the only tb that I have ever needed to check my order each time. It seems they might do a quick count of the items but do not have the wherewithal to check if the items are correct. Order 3 vegetarian potato tacos and 5 regular tacos for your lunch pals? You stand a decent chance of getting any mixture of 7 items. Good luck soothing your vege friend with a short order and even better luck getting your carne friends to settle for hot poops when they get stuck with the nasty chipotle sauces potato tacos. I ordered 2 gordita crunches, 2 potato grillers, 3 tacos, and a triplelupa. I had add ons that I paid for on every item, none came with what they were meant to have. I subbed out the beef for black beans, and it came with literally 4 beans on every item. All drowned in ranch to the point they are falling apart. Not one single item came correct. They forgot the triplelupa entirely. We are vegetarians, so I had my husband call after I placed the order to verify that they got all the subs and add ons, and they assured us they did. It is currently 91 degrees outside. I pulled up to this location and there was no one else in line. There is a gentleman outside with a tablet taking orders for the customers who pull up to the drive thru. He is wonderful, pleasant and kind, just as he was the last time I came through here. Only difference was, that last day was about 95 degrees outside and felt like 110. My complaint is not with the service, it's not with the quality of food, or any employee, etc. What upsets me is that Taco Bell has a human being out in this heat when it isn't even busy number 1, so no need to put someone through that in this type of weather, but secondly, I then pull up to the window, and some 17 year old hands me my food in the cool AC. Someone older should not be outside in this heat, especially someone as pleasant as the gentleman who took my order, when some rude teenage boy gets to enjoy the AC inside. And as rude as he was, even he doesn't deserve to stand out in this heat. Do better Taco Bell, your employees are not animals and no one should have to suffer in this heat for the sake of some tacos. Absolutely ridiculous. No chair provided for the employee, no umbrella or covering. My family and I went to this location around 8:30 pm tonight. We waited for about a half hour to get our food. Once we got our food, I took a bite out of my bean burrito and bit into something hard. It was someone's chewed off fingernail. I showed it to the girl who was working at the register. She took the nail from me and walked away. It came was worth $5.00 it came with a drink, quesadilla,dorito taco, and Regular taco.Well to say I was surprised When I opened it that everything was so fresh.
