Hit up Bubbakoo's recently for a quick dinner with my little guy and had an OK experience. The staff didn't seem thrilled to be working there. They were helpful, but not very personable. Their themed burritos are a neat concept. The rest of the menu was pretty loaded with standard taco's, quesadillas, bowls, salads and appetizers like potstickers, curly fries/loaded fries, boneless wings and jalapeno poppers. They also have a "Chiwawa" which is a lightly fried panko crusted cheesy rice ball smothered in melted cheese with a choice of protein and toppings. The young lady who took my order recommended a Nashville Hot Crispy Chicken Burrito - burrito filled with white rice, crispy chicken tossed in Nashville Hot sauce, pickles, sour cream and cheese. $11.29. Their price point is around a dollar higher than a California Tortilla and Chipotle. The tortilla held together well, the portion of chicken was good, they packed it with a lot of rice, the chicken certainly had "Nashville chicken" flavors. I enjoyed the crispiness of the chicken. My son had a kids taco meal that came with a drink and chips. He wanted a second taco so the total came to $9.99. Chipotle has the same 2 taco meal for a few dollars less. The chips were stale, but the tacos weren't bad. The chicken had quite a bit of kick to it. He ate and was happy. The bathroom didn't look like it had been cleaned that day and the few tables they had for seating at the front of the store were dirty too. I might return if I'm in the area to try a quesadilla/something more traditional, but I wouldn't go out of my way to stop back. read more

I thought the workers who helped me were very nice. However, i ordered online. They forgot my queso (i paid extra) and i mentioned that in the feedback. They then texted me they "reviewed the footage" and said they put the queso in my bag. They DIDNT. they put other sides in my bag. I've looked everywhere, retraced my steps, and no queso to be found. It's not a big deal but I'm super annoyed with how they handled it. read more

This was my first time going to this restaurant so I didn't know what to expect. The employees were very nice and answered all my questions. The restaurant itself was clean and nice enough. Now for the sad news. I ordered a crispy chicken burrito with brown rice,black beans, pico de gallo and cheese with onions. The burrito was sealed nicely and was a pretty good size for the price. It looked stuffed. Well it was, it was stuffed full of rice and beans. The amount of chicken in this pricey burrito was beyond pathetic. I could barely even see it there was so little. It's appalling. I could have went to the store paid $1.00 for Knorr's rice, .59 for a can of black beans and $3.00 for a package of tortilla wraps and had the same exact meal. There was so little onion and pico de galo in it I couldn't or wouldn't have ever known it was even in there. It's not even close to what I expect when I pay $20 for a burrito and chips. I won't go back and I wouldn't recommend it either. Didn't taste bad though. read more

I ordered through the online system and my order was accurate and on time. The food was good but I will add a little more flavor next time. I ordered a create your own bowl with grilled chicken and my daughter got the beef nachos. She enjoyed her choice as well. The Queso dip is flavorful with a slight punch of spice. Food tasted fresh and clean. It was my 1st time and will go back again to try more. Had the soft taco with fried chicken with General TSO sauce and white rice. Was a very good mix. Fried Cali with sweet chili another winner. Wife had chicken chunk quesadilla and had a good amount of chicken. Unlike some other places. Bad part if you can't call them for phone order or to ask questions and since 1st time order I had questions. I did order online and a little confusing but managed. Loved this place after the first couple visits but haven't ordered in a while since it quickly went downhill with inconsistencies. I've gotten bowls instead of burritodillas, burritos the size of a tennis ball, the protein portions are ridiculous, even after paying for and ordering extra. I don't know if it's their prep routine or what, I'd usually go after the gym and to have a single bite of grilled chicken on an entree does not work at all and this happened multiple times. The food is delicious when you get what you order and a standard portion size of it. But as an adult male I need more than an ounce of protein for dinner. read more

I honestly do not appreciate traveling to a place to eat and being told that they are closed when the website and maps says they are open . We came in at 8:43 and the employees were cleaning up and turned us away. Unacceptable! especially since the food is pre cooked! read more

It wasn't very good. I ordered a grilled chicken bowl. I don't know how you mess up pico de Gallo, but they did. The chicken and black beans were bland and the cheese tasted tangy. I opted not to get the brown lettuce. The best part was the spicy salsa. I'd eat that again. Service was good! read more

Bubbakoo's Burrito's Morrisville, PA are liars and I do not give business with that type of company, I'll explain. I had an online pickup order and when I opened the bag, realized there were 4 items missing. I understand that mistakes happen so I called and without raising my voice or being rude, I asked them to fix it. The response of the manager is that they would bring the items to my house, around 5 minutes away. Not a problem and appreciated that response. However, 1 1/2 hours later, no delivery and I called back. Again, without raising my voice, I explained the situation to someone else and they said that the driver left already. I asked when because it has been 1 1/2 hours and they hung up on me. Unsurprisingly, nothing happened and we are shorted 4 products. Mistakes happen, but I cannot deal with lying. read more

nothing like the original in Point Pleasant. its a franchise thats lost its small local business appeal, so thats expected, but compared to Chipotle its about $1.50-$2 more per meal and nowhere near the quality of Chipotles organic antibiotic free protein and locally sourced veggie options, the food sits in warmers as opposed to coming fresh off the grill so that alone tells you low foot traffic to this location. Also the owner of this one changes prices of what you order, $2 tacos on Tuesday were not honored as advertised. read more

Pretty good! I've been so disappointed with Chipotle lately -- no sure what's going on with them but the food has been terrible lately -- so I decided to try Bubbakoo's I was not disappointed. The burrito bowl with chicken was very good. The guac was too salty but it might have been just this one day I happened to order. If you like Chipotle, you'll like Bubbakoo's. read more

We just tried ordering here for the first time. My chicken burrito bowl was delicious! My husband tried a taco bowl and was very happy with it. Everything tasted so fresh and was ready quickly! Much better than our usual place. Will definitely be back!! read more
