Checked out Keystone Bagels this week and while they were far from the best bagel in bucks - they weren't the worst either. They really don't have the texture, flavor or feel of a truly good bagel. Their pricing is more than fair, allowing you to get a higher quality grab and go sandwich than the fast food drive thru. Their "bigger" sandwiches would be better with an added egg to match the generous portions of meats and other fillings. My main source of discontent was with the hot water to make my tea. As a vertically challenged individual (barely 5'1") the port for the hot water was high at the very top of the coffee machines. This is an accident waiting to happen. If customers are expected to help themselves. The equipment should be designed to be accessible to everyone. Pros: Quick reasonably priced breakfast spot. Friendly staff. Clean. Indoor/Outdoor seating. Cons: Self service hot water for tea is not accessible to everyone. Bagels lack flavor & texture. Good for what and where it is, but I don't think we will be coming out here to try again. read more

I used to love this place but the quality has gone down the hill. Long wait times and poorly put together breakfast sandwiches.

The food here use to be really good. The owner was very good. Since new owners dont waste your money. They make you use app to have delivery. They won't let you pay cash .Then they have surcharge on card . Thats so wrong. I always paid cash to avoid extra charge. Food was not as good as before. Bacon was burnt. They ran out of plain bagels by 10 am on a Friday. This place went downhill after new owners took over. Will find new place to spend money for good food. read more

Really efficient bagel shop with awesome decor and a great vibe. Bacon, egg, cheese was great with nice crispy bacon and melted cheese. The bagel was crispy and crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. So many iced/hot coffee options so you can make it how you like. Very friendly service! Kids at the counter were super nice. The overall ambiance was super cute and clean. Let's get to the bagels- overall disappointing. Over a half hour for us to get our 3 bagels- I understand it's a Saturday and it's busy but I expect the quality to be better than sub par. The center was cold and overall lacking. I enjoy going to Keystone and regularly do, but today i was left rather upset . I had ordered a bagel with TURKEY bacon and TURKEY sausage and instead received a bagel with only turkey sausage and pork bacon left in the wrapper. Ordering online was super simple. Most places make it difficult but I was able to order, pay and note any comments right from the website. They also gave me an accurate time estimate for it being ready. Service was friendly and helpful, and checkout easy. Bagels are Amazing! I love how they always have a special flavor!!! Wanna know how awesome this place is? I was able to order a bagel sandwich that they made SPECIFICALLY for me! We called it "The Finn". The less than four stars is mainly about the absolutely insane wait it took to get our bagels. Basic order, two bagels, insane wait. I'm very used to busy shops but in this case I definitely believe in person should get precedence over online orders. My toasted bagel wasn't warm by the time I got it, but the bagel was leagues above anything I've gotten in Orlando so that's a plus. read more

Keystone bagles used to be the place to go, reliable service with great food. My family eats here twice a week or so but after today I will seriously reconsider, you be the judge. I ordered my normal Saturday breakfeast for the family for delivery roughly 30 bucks after a 7 dollar delivery fee and tip. They delivered the wrong order and keystone bagles apologized and remade it for pickup. Door dash/ clover who this went through for delivery told me speak to keystone regarding the delivery fee reimbursement considering I had to return the wrong order and pick up the correct one. At keystone I inquired on a delivery fee refund which they told me I have to speak to door dash (already told me they didn't process the payment and have no way of refunding). To make this easier incd it was busy ajd i didnt want to make a scene I said I'll suck it up if you just give me a larger coffee ( nornally 3 bucks) from the 7 they would owe me but they declined. Funny part about it, there was 2 or 3 times I was missing a hash brown or something but never complained. However after this , I will reconsider spending my 60 or 70 bucks weekly with this business. Businessiness need to own the services they use, keystone decided to cut it's own delivery drivers and use this service. Placed an order, received a message saying it was ready for pickup. When we got there, the girl at the counter just stared at us and claimed they weren't receiving orders online at that time (10am on a Saturday). She went to ask a manager, and then disappeared into the back claiming "the order was almost ready". 15 mins later, nothing. Past time for an updated review to reflect all the positive changes that this bagel emporium has gone through over the last few years. Biggest visible change was the expansion of their footprint and reorientation of the shop to permit side of building access which greatly enhances the size and feel of the space. Now Keystone is a for real cafe, with table and wall seating all around which gives a spaciousness to the operation. Most important, they have built a bagel bakery right into the shop, with windows allowing customers to see the bagelmeisters at work. Not having to transport them from a more distant location means that the bagels are apex quality right from the oven to the bins. Nothing is lost in taste nor texture when the overall distance is about 20 feet. The difference in chewability is immediately apparent. Crisp firm outer skin and soft tender inner bagel, and full load of toppings (onion flakes for me), that stay affixed to the rounder, and don't fall off with normal handling. Service was excellent all around, with ordering at the counter and delivery to the table when done. Take out seemed just as smooth as I watched people come and go quickly. Keystone is planning an expansion into other shops and considering franchising the business. From what I saw and experienced on my last visit, they have a thoughtful plan and the means to execute. They listen to customers and are flexible enough to adapt to changing conditions. Personally, I would love to see them open up a little farther north in Bucks, and look into cross marketing with local coffee roasters where the best local Java and rounders were available in the same places and advertised together. The current situation is impressive, I suspect it will only get better from here! My candidate for Bucks Bagels of the Year! read more

I was a little nervous about this spot... saw that at one time they had a "Trump" sandwich on the menu and once I got in there I saw they exceeded the Black people accepted amount of American flags to let you know they scene is safe (ask a friend). Well what do you know, the staff was super cool. They went out of there way to answer my questions about the coffee they brew, which I appreciated because they were busy. The bagels are ridiculous. Had me on some fat boy stuff ‍... the coffee was good, decent enough to go back but the bagels are crazy. It was also pretty cool you can watch them make bagels on-site.
