Absolutely terrible! I'm not a fan of waiting 1hr in the drive through to find out the Mexican Pizza i came for was again just discontinued without further notice. The server says; "should be back Wednesday, Tomorrow, when our new shipment arrives" Are these straight up lies? I come back the next day and the server says; no idea when the Mexican Pizza will return. So i go online to find they won't be back till next fall! What is up with all the Mexican Pizza shenanigans?! I've been to this Taco Bell a few times and never really had many issues but today made me realize I can no longer go to this location. The drive thru is closed so I went inside, which wasn't an issue. Things happen. However the customer service was alarming. The employees didn't greet the guests or talk to them. They were not friendly and openly talked about the things wrong with the establishment in front of the group of people who were crowded inside since the drive thru was down. I was overcharged for my order, the soda machine wasn't checked on so the sodas were flat and the whole place overall looked dirty. The food took way longer than expected and when a order was ready the employees would mumble someone's name and give attitude. At one point after barely calling for a customers name the employee threw the bag on the counter and said "whatever" and walked off. When I got home my steak quesaritto hardly had any meat in it. I honestly felt like there wasn't any in there at all. Halfway through my nacho fries I found a hair. It was disgusting, especially after seeing the establishment from the inside. After the low quality and skimpiness of the food, the hair, and the rude customer service, I believe this whole place either needs to be completely refurbished or given a class for customer service through its employees. This restaurant is normally OK. The quality of the food has always been acceptable. UNTIL RECENTLY. For some reason the past 2-3 visits the wait in the drive through has been exceptionally long, and the food looks like it's just been slopped together. The burritos look like they had been run over by a truck and tacos had so few ingredients the shell on each side was touching. And, they now put a "safety" seal on the bag so you can't even tell if your order is correct or see the horrific condition of your meal until you get home. The other problem is that Taco Bell corporation keeps changing their menu so rapidly that what is there one day, is literally not there the next. They were well on their way to re-establishing their $1 menu (which, let's be clear...in Seatle metro area has NEVER been a DOLLAR). But then, when the pandemic hit, they scrambled to pull all the bargain food off their menus to help local operators make more money. I get that. I do. But a menu is a contract with your customers. You can't just change it, literally day by day and expect customer loyalty. This restaurant needs to RETRAIN all it's employees and understand that no matter how busy you get, no matter how under-staffed...it's still someone's MEAL that you are fixing and if it doesn't look like something you'd feed YOUR family...do NOT try to pass it off on mine! read more

Came to this Taco Bell drive thru at midnight and ordered 6 taco supremes and 5 chalupas with steak. Total came out to $43 and when I came home I only received 5 tacos and 1 chalupa! Taco Bell is one of my favorite places to eat, especially when I'm pregnant as I currently am. However, waiting 10 minutes at the window for terrible food is ridiculous. Quesadillas were burnt without jalapeño sauce or chicken, 5 layer burrito and burrito supreme was missing lots of items that normally go on it, chips for the bell grande nachos were stale. I am so very upset with the Canyon Park location. My husband said he will never go there again 2 years ago but I convinced him that there are new workers and probably new management there now so he obliged and we went through the drive through. What a mistake that was. We ordered 2 crunch wrap supremes with mild sauce. We got to the window and hubby decided he wanted the medium sauce so we asked for 2 of those as well. The guy at the window said I already gave you sauce but ok. He gave us 2 more mild sauce instead and was very rude and wouldn't even make eye contact with us. I told hubby to just drive away, it isn't worth it. We got home and our crunch wrap surpremes were all lettuce with about a teaspoon of meat and they forgot to put cheese in it. He had sour cream in his, mine had none. What a disappointment. I would have assumed they would have upped their game in the last couple of years but apparently they haven't. We will only go to other locations now which are so much better. Never ever Canyon Park again. This location seems to get overwhelmed easily because they always turn off online ordering for the app. I prefer using the app because then I don't have to rush to find out what I want and I can see all of the ingredients and I'll have certain things I don't like or want to substitute and it's very easy to do so with the app and I can take all the time I need to look at the menu. This is the only location in the area that I have found has turned off app ordering. The last time I went here I wanted to be in and out quickly and I was stuck in the drive thru for over 45 minutes. In that amount of time I could have cooked a hearty/healthy/gourmet meal at home or gone and dined in at a real restaurant. To apologize for the wait (I didn't even ask) they gave me a coupon for a single taco of my choice. I let it slide and then I went back the next time and it wasn't very busy I claimed the taco I got two other items one was the nachos on the dollar menu which was a single drop of nacho cheese and pretty much all beans, (dried up old beans probably scraped from the bottom of the vat. I also ordered a $5 chicken XL burrito that had a light sprinkling of chicken and was practically all beans again dried up crusty beans. I ended up throwing it away that is $5 for that burrito which I could have gotten an amazing burrito from the taco truck for that price. The taco that I got the coupon for --I asked for a chicken Dorito loco taco supreme and they left out the sour cream. Keep in mind that taco was supposed to be to make up for a 45 minute wait in the Drive-Thru and (might I add there was only 3 or 4 cars ahead of me...but I was trapped) I very rarely give feedback to fast food/drive thru restaurants but this place really needs some help. I think the manager needs to do something to make it work better because whatever is happening now clearly isn't working. I am probably 10th or 12th one star review because they only have two stars on Yelp currently and that is probably because somebody felt very bad and gave them an extra star. Edited to add I have tried to call and let them know that my order is messed up but they're permanently also turned off their phone or it's some sort of fax line and you can't reach them. Taco Bell tastes really good if you've been starving all day, I really love their beef and chicken burritos with extra sour cream. Their prices are amazing you can't beat how cheap they are and they are delicious. It's not authentic Mexican food but it hits the spot. I didn't even realize there was a Taco Bell here until my bf asked me to grab him a burrito from here. My daughter and I jumped in the car and drove down. Their parking lot was a sh$t show so we decided to run in. Because I haven't been to a Taco Bell in over a decade, it took us a while of checking out the menu to decide. The counter girl was very nice and helpful, took our order, and we stepped to the side to wait. There was just one family in the restaurant eating and no one else. A few minutes later another guy came in and ordered. A while later the girl asked if she could see our receipts, saying something about trouble with the computers. Another family came in to order, and the family that had been seated started looking agitated. The dad got up and went to the counter asking why his food was still not out. Why it was taking so long for 1 item. That it had been nearly 20 minutes. I realized e had been there over 15, so they hadn't been there much longer than us. It was another 5-10 minutes before we got our 5 items and left. The entire time the girl working there was friendly, although clearly flustered. As far as food quality...it's Taco Bell....idk. If I could I would give this place 0 stars. There was a person sitting in front of Taco Bell looking super sus. We ordered $31 of food and sat down waiting for about 30 min. The car outside drives around Taco Bell once and an employee walks out as well which we didn't think was odd. Next thing you know she goes out again and the car does as well and we're still sitting down waiting for our food and it's gone. They didn't even tell us anything until my boyfriend askes where is our food. She tells us she we didn't pay and then when we show her our bank statements she says that we lost your order or that they gave it away. And then all of a sudden the car that was out there waiting all weird is gone 5-7minutes after we ask where our food is at.? Like that's not a coincidence and my sister asked her if she did give our food away and she made an excuse how she went to her car to grab something personal but the funny thing was that she first went to her car and the SECOND TIME she went out was the other door not near her car but near the shady car that was waiting not parked or anything was sitting. I usually never make reviews but this place was really something. They gave us our food 30+min after what happened but I'm extremely disappointed about the whole situation. We even asked for a manager but she didn't speak English so she was unable to understand the situation about what was happening. Be careful when eating here the car was a dark blue suv of some sort with a cracked window shield on the left side drivers seat. Taco Bell is a place we frequent for late night food. Something about working graveyard and wanting to eat after midnight. I usually ask for the taco salad with lite beans and extra lettuce. To be sure I always get charged 30 cents for the extra lettuce, but whether the taco salad maker can figure it out is debatable. Last night - I even sent a note along with my co-worker - the last time he went I didn't get what I asked for - no different this time - I checked the ticket and he ordered correctly - but lots of beans and very little lettuce and they still call it a salad? They either need to print their tickets bi-lingually or get someone who reads English (or actually cares) to prepare the food. I will openly admit I love the volcano tacos. and their rice. and the big diet pepsi. My main problem with this place is that there are baby bunnies that live in the drive thru. There was just the tiniest tiny one right in front of our car... my boyfriend and I didn't want to run it over so we got out to try to "shoo" it back into the bushes with its mom... the bunny ended up running down the drive thru to another car and was about to be run over. Which would of absolutely crushed me. My boyfriend ran down and got the baby bunny away from the car and when the manager asked what was wrong, my boyfriend said theres a tiny baby bunny that was going to be hit, the manager ran out and chased the bunny... NEARLY into the busy street. Of course I was having a shit fit because I love animals. We aren't sure where the bunny went, I really hope he didn't get scared into the busy street.
