WORST SERVICE EVER! Not only do you sit there forever waiting to be asked what you would like but it never takes any less than 20 min in the drive thru even when no one is in line. We sat for 10 min to talking to a box in the drive thru.. drove to the window and knocked and told them they had horrible service and the obviously stoned teenage boy said "I know" as his manager is sitting on her cell phone. read more

if I could give 0 stars, this place would get it. 1. this place inside is filthy!! there's food all over the benches and tables. 2. for a salad a lady told me they don't have ranch. she gave me salsa & said "no this is for salad. no ranch" had to ask the cashier who left the cashier to clean tables for ranch dressing & two of the workers looked at each other like they don't know what in the world ranch dressing is!! then they say they don't have ranch, they only have spicy ranch. whatever already I'll take it. 3. I ordered a STEAK QUESADILLA and I got a quesadilla half chicken, half steak! took it back & the workers were confused - "so u want just extra steak?" "yeah, this is steak" kept telling them, I don't think you understand. a quesadilla is either or NOT BOTH. on top of that, they don't clean their grills or something or someone is lazy. my quesadilla had burnt leftovers all over!! disgusting. then there's this worker in the back that spoke Spanish every time to us and looked at us like we were dumb when we were asking for ranch dressing or the steak quesadilla!! lady get out already. I was very upset because at first I had a young man on the intercom stating that he can drop empanada's but he would have to know how many because they take about 7-10 minutes. I told him let me get a head count and I will let him know in a couple of seconds. I then waited for about 7 minutes before someone else came to the intercom and asked for my order, I said I would like 4 Empanada's and the guy said "sorry, we are out of Empanda's." I told him that someone else just told me that they do have it and he said "oh, I guess we do then." So that was the first problem with Austin P. So I ordered 1 Quesarito box, 4 empanada's, 1 soft taco supreme, and 2 crunchy taco supremes. After paying for my order I was told that the empanada's were gonna take not that long and I asked how long and they said, 10-15 minutes!? Last time I checked that was pretty long and why couldn't they have dropped them when I had first ordered them?? Then when I was asked to wait in a parking spot in front of the building I checked my bag to see if anything else was missing and realized they didn't even give me a box for the Quesarito Box. I am 2 months pregnant and drove about 6 minutes to get some taco bell. I figured the rest was correct because the wrapper stated that it was. So when I get home, I realize that they charged me for 2 crunchy taco supreme's but got regular $1 taco's instead. No sour cream, no tomato's...i ate it about to cry because when your pregnant and you really crave something, it sucks not getting what you paid for or what you originally wanted...lost a customer FOREVER...me & my husband. read more

I live near this location and will drive to a different taco bell just to avoid this terrible buisness. The manager is extremely rude and unhelpful. The food is never fresh and has gotten people sick. Every time I've ordered here my food is never ever what I ordered. When I went back they seemed rude and irrattaed that I even came back. Big signs hanging on both registers: Taco Bell Gift Cards; "Get 2 FREE DORITOS® Locos Tacos and a Large Drink with any $20 Gift Card Purchase." I was at this location a week ago and again on 12/15/2013, both times wanting a gift card. The first time I was told they would be available "within a week." I went back over a week later & still no gift cards. When I asked why they were advertising gift cards when they clearly had none, the gal at the register was indignant and rude - all she could mange to answer me was, "Um, I don't know.". I have been going to TB for a large portion of my life around the country. We all know it's fast food and you aren't really going there for the same kind of service you would get at a regular sit down restaurant. Unfortunately, my experience with this particular store today was less than what I would even consider adequate even for TB. My wife went to this location which we frequent a decent amount. Now I unfortunately just had ACL surgery and am laid up in bed, immobile. My wife went to get us dinner. She ordered a couple items for me and a Taco Salad for her. The person at the drive thru forgot to put the salad in the order. This was not noticed until she arrived home. I obviously could not go back out to get it and she was unable to as well bc of work obligations. I called up the manager of this store asking if someone could please run the salad over to us bc we live only a mile away. The whole process would probably take less than 10 minutes. The manager flat out refused saying all he would do is give it to us next time. And another item for free. That's all well and good but it left us without her dinner now. He said all his employees are minors and they don't all have cars. Ok, so either ask one that does or the manager himself should be able to leave for a few minutes to make the situation right. He didn't even offer to take the item off the bill. Again, I understand that this is TB but these were some unique circumstances. I have worked in the food industry as well, and when you can make a customer's situation right, you do so. Even if there was faulting both sides. I do not believe I will returning to this location or any others for quite some time as there are many other eating options in the neighborhood. read more

This place sucks! I don't give a damn. I love taco bell but not this one however there aren't much around so sometime when your desperate for some mex food you gotta get some. This place sucks, even for a Taco Bell! They are always out of stuff. We were there last week and they were out of oil for the fryer. Thats means you can't really eat anything! The time before that they were out of chichen? What? The employees are rude and mess up orders on a regular basis. Now when we have a Taco Bell attack we just drive the extra 3 miles and go to a different store. read more

The staff at this Taco Bell is super friendly and always get our order right. They remember our names and our orders when we visit. The food is tasty and not made super small like most locations. My five stars is true! read more
