I mean, what can I say? It's Taco Bell. I love the cantina menu & their nacho fries (please do not ever take them away!!!). This is a common location for me to visit & the staff are always chill. I give a 4/5 stars because there's been a few times that some minor things (like sauces) were forgotten through drive-thru but not the end of the world. read more

Whoever was working the drive through the other day gets a 10/10 because he was awesome. I was tasked with placing an order via drive through for the office. One of my coworkers apparently wasn't clear on what he was looking for and when the employee asked which item I was referring to I blanked because I had no idea what this coworker wanted. I asked which was more popular and he explained both items to me. I ended up getting both items but I was impressed with him taking the time to explain things to be and ask questions despite there being a line. Once we got back the food was hot and everything was correct, which can often be an issue at other Taco Bells. I hadn't been to a taco been in awhile and I will say the portions seem to be a little smaller than they used to be. I won't fault them on this because it appears to be happening everywhere but my taco was mostly shell. I would return to this location and I'm happy to recommend it if you're in the mood for the bell. read more

Fast service and pleasant at drive-thru, Food came fast and hot and delicious. I miss the Taco Salad in a shell. It was my favorite so the reason for 4 stars. Long time customer of this place, decided to place an online order. It was a simple order, a few tacos and a pepsi. I didn't do it out of necessity, but out of convenience. I already had food at home, I thought I could get something fun on the side. So whatever, I order the meal online. Wait for my car to heat up, and then I headed out. When I arrived, they told me to go inside the store to pick up instead of being outside. Whatever, minor inconvenience. I go inside, show them my order and wait. They seemed to have trouble finding my order, no issue. I can just wait, if they didn't have my order, they'd surely just make it in the next 20 minutes. I'm a patient and understanding person, so I thought I'd wait it out. What happened? They told me they didn't have my order and they planned to not do anything about it. So in other words, they decided to steal money from a paying customer and not give a service in return. I asked them several times to remake the order, and if they don't, they'll lose a paying customer. I won't stand being stolen from, and more than anything I don't stand is allowing an ethical line to be crossed where companies can unilaterally and without any recourse steal directly from people's wallets. I'm DONE with this location, and unless there's something that changes done with this company. read more

I have had to make five FRAUD reports because of this Taco Bell. I don't even live in Minnesota and have contested each and every one! I contacted corporate and they do not answer their phone. When I called the restaurant as I have the order numbers from the apps and the totals they hung up on me and would not answer the phone in calling back. Notified law enforcement. Someone placed the orders there and included their address as the delivery address so more than likely an employee stealing. People are quick to steal your money, but no one in management or law enforcement there are quick to respond by any means! read more

There was the mobile order kiosk at this location (I really like using those) and it worked perfectly, allowing us to edit our food in the way we both wanted. I was eating the burrito and I felt a hard chewy piece so sure enough (see photo) there's a small rubber tube it seems inside of the burrito. I love this location! Not only was the service fast but they employ happy people. The staff made me feel like my opinion mattered in continuing the secret menu item the Quesalupa. The Doritos® ranch taco combination is genius but I think my favorites are Chalupa Supreme and the Fiesta Taco Salad. I appreciate that I can modify the salad with different toppings and dressings I feel like eating that day. Plus I like that at this location the lobby and bathroom are always clean, unlike some other places. read more

I would almost feel confident betting that they messed something up or forgot about something. I have since learned to check my bag at the window. You know you had amazing service when over 18 months later, you can still recall a small fast food restaurant that you visited while on vacation. I've never received more friendly service than I did on this day in March of 2013. Unfortunately, I cannot recall his name except that it started with a J. I hope this young man has gone on to become the assistant store manager or a store manager himself. He definitely has a bright future. It's because of him that our experience was so good!!!
