For years I've gone through this Taco Bell's drive up window and ordered two Soft Taco Supremes. However, the quality of this meal keeps going down; Jan. 8, 2025 was the worst ever. After driving away I discovered they gave me hard shelled corn tacos instead of flour tortillas. I drove to the drive up window again and we exchanged bags. When I opened that bag I was disappointed and disgusted to find that both "Soft" Tacos' tortillas were cold & hard like uncooked pie dough and the taco meat & garnishes were cool. The second taco had no sour cream or cheese in it at all and therefore wasn't a "Soft Taco Supreme." I regretted paying $6.50 for garbage. read more

Absolutely ridiculous, man working the drive through was quite rude. We asked for a moment and not even 30 seconds had passed and he yelled "READY?" I then got up charged for additional meat on each of my items, do they not come with meat already? I got asked if I wanted sour cream and jalapenos, but it was not made clear in any way that it was an upcharge. Talk about price gouging. And I didnt ask for beef on my burrito, was still charged. This is one of my go-to places and I always get great service, even when they're line is insanely long. They've always been very reliable, but today was pretty disappointing... decided to try the new quesalupa, and the chalupa shell was hardly cooked, so it was soggy and didn't taste good at all. The last few weeks though, there's been a small hand written note on the door....."Drive through open" And..... the restaurant door is closed and locked. When it was my turn to order, I ordered something pretty simple - a bean and cheese burrito and a small iced tea. They charged me for a large and I decided to brush it off. When I got to the window, the server tried to hand me a small. When I didn't grab the drink, he said "it's supposed to be a large." Then swapped it out for a large. Alas, here I am writing a review. About my beloved Taco Bell no less. I can remember my favorite Taco Bell order (Mexican pizza) at such a young age, a chihuahua was talking about it. Fast forward to now, I had 4 spicy nacho tacos. NOT ONE WAS THE SAME. One was lacking jalapeños entirely, which I managed to get enough off between the other 3. The same went for cheese. We all know the expectations coming to a fast food joint, but the lack of consistency was UNPARALLELED. Whoever the manager is has been failing the new people and/or letting the ones who worked there slip. It's a first timer's job, but there are core work ethics from which you will grow on. Worst Taco Bell I have ever been to! I went to Taco Bell at 12:05 am and ordered two power bowls. The lady the took my order repeated my order back to me but had apparently written the order wrong. I assumed it was correct since she repeated what I said back to me. When I received my order, it wasn't what I ordered at all. It was two power burritos instead. I then told her that I ordered two bowls and she said that I didn't and that the screen said two burritos instead. She then proceeded to treat me like an idiot for not reading the screen. I was completely shocked and insulted by the way she spoke to me. I work late and took a quick break to pick up some food for work since most Taco Bell's I've been to are so unbelievably nice and respectful and when they make a mistake they don't try to insult you or tell you that you're wrong. They will advertise that they are open by having all the lights on inside, in the drive thru, and an sign in the front of the store that literally says OPEN, but they are closed. I went there tonight for the Crunch Wrap Supreme sale for .99 cents, which is thru tomorrow at midnight. At the ordering window, I was told that the sale ended yesterday. While I was at the pickup window, I also heard them telling another person the same thing. I came home, checked online and it says the sale is thru tomorrow. I called the store manager, who informed me that they chose to end the sale early. Classic bait and switch. I drove an hour round trip to get Taco Bell. When I paid for my order the cashier was visibly upset that I handed her a 100 dollar bill and asked me if I had anything smaller. She did not thank me or say anything when she gave me my order. When I took a bite of my crunch wrap it was totally burnt. I had ordered two crunchy wraps, both were completely burnt. I tried to call and have the order remade because only the drive thur was open. No one would answer the phone and the drive thur was backed up to the road so i decided to go home because i figured that i would be able to fix the problem when they were less busy. I tried calling everyday with no answer or a dial tone. I tried to get a refund when the next time i came into​ town and they refused to refund my money because I had not called the same day. I explained that I've tried calling and the employee told me that they answer their phone, insinuating that I'm a liar. I'll try to keep this short but have lots to say. I eat at this Taco Bell once a week. I worked at Taco Bell over 30 years ago and know they have guide lines as to how much of each product goes into the final product. Each food item is supposed to weigh a certain amount and they have shoppers who come in and check for quality of service and weights of each food. I was shopped several times as a Taco Bell employee. This Taco Bell must be told by their owners and Managers to go extra chinsey on their food amounts. I "always" complain to my wife about lack of proper amounts of food in the final product. I have frequently gotten tostadas with beans spread in the middle of the shell and close to an inch away from the end of the shell. Tacos are made with less than the amount of meat that should be in them. This last week there was a gap in the middle of the taco that didn't have any meat at all. I frequently grate my own cheese at home because they put such a small amount of cheese on their product, it's barely even detectable. I forget how much they charge for sour cream; I think .50. For that you get one tiny squirt that covers about one fourth or less of the tostada. I now put my own sour cream on when I get home and save the money. I understand that Taco Bell's policy is probably one squirt with the sour cream but the skimpy amounts of meat, beans and cheese is this store's policy. I would go to a different store but this is the only one around here. Even though the food is skimpy it still has that Taco Bell flavor that I love so I have to eat at this place for the taste. I plan to send an Email to corporate voicing my concerns about their skimpy portions in hopes for a change. As for the service; always good for a fast food place. Don't think I've ever had bad service at this Taco Bell. Very rarely get wrong orders, missing items or incorrectly made food. We always check our items before leaving fast food joints because so many of them around here make mistakes and have missing items, but this place almost always gets it right on the first try. Getting home with missing items or a wrong order after driving 20 miles is a major bummer. Dustin, one of the Managers, has always been nice to me and my family. The girls working the counter seemed confused about taking coupons so a guy went and asked the manager who was just around the corner. Could hear her say tell them no. So i said why? Probably the most unreliable taco bell in the state of washington. I work nearby and have to get food quickly and sometimes this location is my only option. I can expect something missing from my order every time almost guarenteed. I am on a first name basis with Sharon or however her name is spelled (their store manager) because i always have to call from the road and say my order was messed up. I had to repeat my order which was a number 5, 3 times before he understood. Then they didn't have any empanadas cooked and said it would be a 20 minute wait. After 10 minutes and eating our sketchy food, dad reminds the guy about the empanadas, and he says he hasn't dropped them yet, it will 20 minutes from then...
