I placed a mobile order earlier this evening. Got home (30 minutes away) to find that the items I ordered "supreme" were not (tomatoes and sour cream were left off). Its 8:47 pm and online it says the dining room is open till 11pm and they have the doors locked smh I didn't want to have to order food Togo so it's not cold and this place is notorious for messing up orders just wish a better experience would happen when I come here because I love Taco Bell but Bedford location just isn't the same anymore read more

I had a Taco Bell manager (Sabrina) in Bedford, Indiana threaten to call the police on me if I didn't leave the property earlier tonight. I still have yet to get the food I actually ordered from yesterday. Rude is an understatement and I am still dumbfounded at the treatment I received all because I wanted my food made correctly? Unbelievable. #Tacobell #EpicFailureAtCustomerService This started yesterday.... I ordered a #6 2 Chalupa meal no lettuce or tomatoes with the Taco soft shell no lettuce or tomatoes add sour cream. Correct order attempt #1 I do recognize any of the food in the bag I catch the attention of the person working the window (Ryan) and inform him that nothing in the bag is what I ordered. He states yes it is. I politely attempt to inform him again that this is not 2 chalupas the #6 meal. He says no it's the #2 meal. Good. I'm making progress. So he asks me for my debit card back so he can refund my money back and charge me $.50 more for the correct meal. #6 2 Chalupa meal no lettuce or tomatoe with the Taco soft shell no lettuce or tomato add sour cream. He ask for the food back. No problem. I don't even know what it is lol. Correct order attempt #2 I'm handed another bag which he says is correct. I look in and see a hard shell Taco with lettuce and tomatoes . I politely catch Ryan's attention again and hand him the Taco saying this is hard and it's got lettuce and tomatoes. (At this point I should have checked the Chalupas but hindsight is 20/20) I'm handed back a sack with Taco grease all over the top of the bag. (Still no "I'm sorry for your inconvenience" or anything resembling it). Although I did hear someone inside yelling about the drive through. I pull over to get my food ready to eat and grab the soft taco first. It looks like they wadded it up in a ball. (See picture at the bottom). I couldn't believe it. I next pull out a chalupa....it's completely loaded with lettuce and tomatoes. . I called back to the Bedford Taco Bell and spoke with Ryan who said just come back (which I couldn't at that time) and speak with a Sabrina which I guess is a manager? After my appointment I googled Taco Bell Corporate and called them on my ride back voicing my concerns about the level of customer service I received not just then but pretty much every time I go to this location. I told them I didn't want free coupons or gift cards but I used to work in the retail/customer service world and I would hope that if someone had bad experiences in one of my locations they would call in and let me know as well. Lady on the phone for corporate was very apologetic, understood and said she was going to send it a few levels up so they could address these issues. I also informed her that two weeks prior we waited 45 minutes for our food. Skip forward to tonight. Steph wanted a stacker, some chips and sour cream and I thought this would be a good opportunity to speak with this Sabrina person. I go through the drive thru and order her chips and sour cream, inform the person that I also had an issue I needed to talk to Sabrina to be resolved. I hear "Pull around". I pull around and I am greeted by a man who before even speaking is displaying very aggressive body language. I politely show him the receipts and try to explain the issue I had the prior day. All I wanted was the 2 chalupas made correctly nothing more except for maybe an apology. He proceed to try and speak over me to which I cut him off politely asking him to not do that because it's very rude. Instant anger came over his face but he did stop talking and let me finish. He then said that there was a collective decision that I got my food and they owed me nothing. . I asked who this "collective" was and he said he was not disclosing any employee names to me. After attempting three times to explain to him I never received what I ordered I asked to speak to whoever Sabrina was. (Don't know why I wasn't speaking to her anyways since this guy looked like he wanted to punch me after I asked him to not talk over me). A lady, who I guess was Sabrina, walks over to the window and tells me since I incorrectly ordered (do what???) on the first one and they replaced with the correct food (don't know how this is possible since I never received the correct food) they would not do anything for me. I try in my best professional tone to explain that everything she stated was not true but she did not care. Period. Shut the drive thru door and walked off. I said I would like the chips n cheese with sour cream I had just ordered, she shook her head no and waved her hand like for me to go away. Stopped in looking for a somewhat quick dinner because we were on the run. Not only do I wait over 10 minutes for a thing of nachos/cheese and one taco. I get my food and walk outside to eat. My nachos are SO salty I can't even eat them. (I had a second person test them and even they agreeded. Chips?? Too salty?, like eating a teaspoon of salt alone.) my taco had FROZEN CHEESE on it. Hands down slowest service of any Taco Bell I've ever been to. Doesn't matter the time of day or even if you are the only one in line, you will wait at least 15 minuets before you get your food. Talked to managers and have even called corporate and it does absolutely no good. This place can not even be labeled as fast food. The positive I can say is that the food is always good just don't go here if you are in any sort of hurry! read more

No star because the staff are vary rude . Manager basically called me a lier because the the employee taking order I guess didn't know what he was doing . Got my order wrong didn't want to fix it told me I had to pay for what I wanted . Never read back my order ask if it was carrect at screen witch everything did not show cause I ordered so much will not be back again would like to speak to owner about this. read more

Probably one of the better places to eat in town if I wanting fast and cheap food has always bin fresh and hot

The cleanest and best service. They may take a while to get your food to you on busy days but they are working as fast as they can. Food is always hot. Employees are nice. read more

Terrible! Terrible! Terrible service!!!! I have to give a star in order to give a comment. This restaurant was terrible at their service tonight! We went on a Sunday night, tonight and placed our order with three people in front of us who's orders had already been taken. We went inside to place the order. We waited over a half an hour before any food even came out on the front counter! The people in front of us waited longer. 2 people asked for refunds and the only reason I didn't was because I didn't want to take away time from them preparing other people's food. They had four people working in the kitchen including the manager! The manager moved at a sloths pace! She wasn't even out in the kitchen for the first 20 minutes that we waited! I asked after a half hour what was taking so long and she said that this guy was new. I said, take him off the line and start making orders! She never did! She continued to talk w him slowly and tell him what to do. The other guy on the other side was soooo confused every time he looked at the screen to check his orders he stood there for five minutes reading it! It was terrible! We warned new people coming in that they shouldn't eat there because of the long wait time and they still chose to stay and order! I mean these times were like waiting on fine dining! By the way, the food wasn't even that hot! Like you would have thought that it would have come out piping hot because they were so busy! Nope! They weren't busy. It was less than a lunch rush! Terrible service! Terrible attitude by the manager. She said I hate making people wait! I said start cooking! You aren't doing anything! Forty five minute wait in the drive thru and they gave the car in front of me free extra drinks and I received nothing plus my order was incorrect. This location used to be good but now is basically a halfway house employer for the county jail. Disappointed and haven't returned in months. read more

This place doesn't even deserve one star but I have to give one to write a review. If you like Taco Bell do not go here. They have the worst service and the rudest workers. Few of them are actually decent. Went in tonight to get food and was with some friends laughing and being teenagers, but when I got to the window was confronted by the rudest woman who complained about us being loud and inappropriate. Me and my friends were very confused because we didn't do anything "inappropriate". We kinda just have her a confused look and she continued complaining about how we should stop acting like little kids and act like adults. I was handed a drink and passed it back before giving her the money for our order. She was very rude once again and said she didn't have to serve us, but I worked at a fast food restaurant and you ABSOLUTELY cannot refuse to take anyone's order. One of the others said to just serve us and we would leave and she threw the money back at me and refused to serve us and told us to leave and never come back. I've never had to deal with anything like that and I'm very disappointed and disgusted with how they treat people. If you want Taco Bell, DO NOT GO TO THE ONE IN BEDFORD.
