    I had a Taco Bell manager (Sabrina) in Bedford, Indiana threaten to call the police on me if I didn't leave the property earlier tonight. I still have yet to get the food I actually ordered from yesterday. Rude is an understatement and I am still dumbfounded at the treatment I received all because I wanted my food made correctly? Unbelievable. #Tacobell #EpicFailureAtCustomerService This started yesterday.... I ordered a #6 2 Chalupa meal no lettuce or tomatoes with the Taco soft shell no lettuce or tomatoes add sour cream. Correct order attempt #1 I do recognize any of the food in the bag I catch the attention of the person working the window (Ryan) and inform him that nothing in the bag is what I ordered. He states yes it is. I politely attempt to inform him again that this is not 2 chalupas the #6 meal. He says no it's the #2 meal. Good. I'm making progress. So he asks me for my debit card back so he can refund my money back and charge me $.50 more for the correct meal. #6 2 Chalupa meal no lettuce or tomatoe with the Taco soft shell no lettuce or tomato add sour cream. He ask for the food back. No problem. I don't even know what it is lol. Correct order attempt #2 I'm handed another bag which he says is correct. I look in and see a hard shell Taco with lettuce and tomatoes . I politely catch Ryan's attention again and hand him the Taco saying this is hard and it's got lettuce and tomatoes. (At this point I should have checked the Chalupas but hindsight is 20/20) I'm handed back a sack with Taco grease all over the top of the bag. (Still no "I'm sorry for your inconvenience" or anything resembling it). Although I did hear someone inside yelling about the drive through. I pull over to get my food ready to eat and grab the soft taco first. It looks like they wadded it up in a ball. (See picture at the bottom). I couldn't believe it. I next pull out a chalupa....it's completely loaded with lettuce and tomatoes. . I called back to the Bedford Taco Bell and spoke with Ryan who said just come back (which I couldn't at that time) and speak with a Sabrina which I guess is a manager? After my appointment I googled Taco Bell Corporate and called them on my ride back voicing my concerns about the level of customer service I received not just then but pretty much every time I go to this location. I told them I didn't want free coupons or gift cards but I used to work in the retail/customer service world and I would hope that if someone had bad experiences in one of my locations they would call in and let me know as well. Lady on the phone for corporate was very apologetic, understood and said she was going to send it a few levels up so they could address these issues. I also informed her that two weeks prior we waited 45 minutes for our food. Skip forward to tonight. Steph wanted a stacker, some chips and sour cream and I thought this would be a good opportunity to speak with this Sabrina person. I go through the drive thru and order her chips and sour cream, inform the person that I also had an issue I needed to talk to Sabrina to be resolved. I hear "Pull around". I pull around and I am greeted by a man who before even speaking is displaying very aggressive body language. I politely show him the receipts and try to explain the issue I had the prior day. All I wanted was the 2 chalupas made correctly nothing more except for maybe an apology. He proceed to try and speak over me to which I cut him off politely asking him to not do that because it's very rude. Instant anger came over his face but he did stop talking and let me finish. He then said that there was a collective decision that I got my food and they owed me nothing. . I asked who this "collective" was and he said he was not disclosing any employee names to me. After attempting three times to explain to him I never received what I ordered I asked to speak to whoever Sabrina was. (Don't know why I wasn't speaking to her anyways since this guy looked like he wanted to punch me after I asked him to not talk over me). A lady, who I guess was Sabrina, walks over to the window and tells me since I incorrectly ordered (do what???) on the first one and they replaced with the correct food (don't know how this is possible since I never received the correct food) they would not do anything for me. I try in my best professional tone to explain that everything she stated was not true but she did not care. Period. Shut the drive thru door and walked off. I said I would like the chips n cheese with sour cream I had just ordered, she shook her head no and waved her hand like for me to go away. This is my Soft Taco Ball I received after the third time I sent back the hard shell.

    Probably one of the better places to eat in town if I wanting fast and cheap food has always bin fresh and hot

    This shop is a staple in Bedford. It has been around since 1948. They have a very extensive menu…read morethat not only has frozen treats, but also food. They offer slushes, sundaes, banana split, cyclones (blizzards), and hand scooped cones and cups. Their ice cream is homemade and please be on the lookout for the fall flavors. They also have hotdogs, sloppy joes, cheese curds, salads, nachos, taco salad, chicken sandwiches, BLTs, walking tacos, ham and cheese, grilled cheese and chilli. The shop has a patio area that is under a pergola, so it is not fully covered. There is an adequate amount of seating available there, but it was a bit chilly out there during my visit. If you are eating at the patio, you still place you order at the window and then when it is ready, they will call your order out over the PA system. After you get your order, you can take it to-go or find a seat on the patio to enjoy your treat and/or food. The shop also has a drive through for those that do not want to leave their vehicles. I ordered a couple of slushies, a lemonade one and an apple one. They were pretty good. I ordered a couple of hot dogs and a vanilla cone for my littles. I got me a sloppy Joe. It took about 8 minutes to get my food. The frozen treats were brought out much earlier. My sloppy joe was OK. It was average, nothing special. But you should not expect much when you order food from an ice cream shop. The hot dogs were not very appealing and my son did not even finish his. I would say they were pretty average as well. The staff there was super friendly. Some of the friendliest I have experienced in a while. I recommend checking this place out to get your frozen treat fix. If you plan on getting food from here, I would just not expect much.
