I was very disappointed. Waited 30 min for food when there was no one else inside. My daughter got a quesadilla that didnt have sauce on it when it is suppose to come with sauce and asked if I could just get a side and she said she will give it to me if I pay extra even after explaining it had none. Then she said it was probably because they put extra cheese on it so she couldnt taste it. Im like you can give extra cheese for free when you usually charge for it, but cant give me sauce that originally comes with it. Even our other food didn't taste good at all. Its sad when a 4 year old says whats wrong with these fries they taste different. Not happy with the service at all. I will not be going back. I gave one star but they don't deserve that. I ordered 3 new Tostadas and they looked like crap! Tasted just as bad. I called to complain. Asked to speak with manager. I asked for his name, and he said it was none of my business. He allowed me to complain about the food and then said...hold on... put the phone down and never came back. I tried to call again but it was busy for a long time. Take a look at the pictures and you will see. Will you pay for this kind of bad food? Stopped by to get some breakfast burritos. They use to be a dollar before Joe Biden, now they are over $2.00 and are very small for the price. Most of them were mainly tortilla. After I tore off the excess tortilla there was hardly anything left. They did taste good but they were not worth the price. Maybe I'll try again in a year or two. read more

I will give this four stars only based on the food which I don't think is to blame for this certain location I ordered two crunchy tacos... It had hardly any beef in it... So much so that it could almost be considered a vegetarian meal I barely plopped my bag on the table and one of the taco shells disintegrated... And again I don't blame the store... I blame the corporation Taco Bell for thinning out the shell and cutting back on the amount of ground beef in the taco. Otherwise the store was pretty clean. I think they or the owner is still super Covid fearful. Because of everybody wearing a mask still... You just don't get to connect with them on of people to people basis. And maybe that's why this place gets these reviews that are not very good. It seems the drive-through is very quick... I did a dine in... And it did take a while... But that was fine. This location purposely tampers with your food, beware!!!What a shame. Corporate should fire all of these knuckleheads from the top to the bottom in that restaurant. I couldn't hear them when I first drove up and told them sorry I couldn't hear what you said at first and if they could repeat it. My wife and I just hear laughing and playing in the background so obviously nobody is taking their work serious. When we received the chicken chalupa, there was literally one small piece of chicken inside. There is no way you can mess that up. It was done purposely. This should not be allowed. Food tampering and not providing menu items with required amounts of ingredients is against policy. I will be reaching out to corporate on this matter and never return to this location ever again. Multiple times food was missing or prepared incorrectly! And this location is the last stop for food for the next hour my direction, so once I'm home , I'm too far to go back. Also, just do it right the first time! Once I was given my drinks on a soggy drink carrier and they spilled on me in my car! Then the window was shut! I had to knock to get napkins! Pretty disappointed that whenever I order cinnamon twists from this location.. they don't even fill up the cinnamon twists up to the top of the bag.. it doesn't have to overflow.. just get them at least to the top.. I've never left a review but I love cinnamon twists and this location seems to not care about customers because when I showed them how little was in bag, they said unfortunately they can't do anything about it. Stopped at this Taco Bell for some tacos to take home. Disgusted at the carelessness of the employee who made my food when I this 3" wide/long lettuce core inside one of the tacos. There is NO way the employee did not see the core when adding the little bit of cheese before wrapping in paper. I understand that the cores can get thru production but it should have NEVER gotten past employee in food prep. Even got a Taco Bell this store just doesn't seem to get it right. I ordered using there numbered menu (ie: I'll take a #1 - with no sour cream) - they ended up giving me a different item and none of the hot sauces as requested. Even with this location being very inconvenient if you don't already happen to be passing by or live next it, I drove all the way back - and the manager on shift or supervisor that took over the headset told me it was my fault for not correcting them when they brought it up on the screen - as if I have memorized their "Taco Bell menu vocabulary"... ridiculous. Take responsibility and learn how to push a button - you are working for a multi-billion dolllar corporation - you can afford to give away a coupon for a free lunch when you mess up and inconvenience people. read more

More often than not they are out of at least one item on their menu board, I.e., Mexican pizza and their website menu does not match their restaurant menu. I.e. taco Salad which I am told they do not make anymore. I am uncertain as to whether it's a local store issue or it is a chain issue but it certainly does not have a Taco Bell my family and I used to frequent. read more

I ordered my food quickly and received the order very fast. I was impressed. However, I forgot to ask for no ranch sauce in my son's cheesy gordita. I went back, apologized, asked if they could redo the gordita without the ranch sauce. The supervisor said "ok", but told me in the future, to let them know of any special requests before ordering (I had already apologized so this reminder was unnecessary.) I said fine and stayed at the counter waiting for the gordita. Supervisor told me to sit down; they would call me when it was ready. So I waited and waited for 10 minutes. Finally, I went to the counter and asked if the gordita was ready. An employee checked and said that it would be prepared now. So they prepared it at that moment and gave it to me. The store was not busy, so there was no reason to make me wait 10 minutes. I honestly think they made me wait on purpose, because I asked them to redo the gordita. So customers, be careful and don't make any mistakes when ordering your food. You might get the supervisor's and employee's evil eye! read more

Went through drive through around 9 pm. They were not busy, completely messed up my order and did not give me a receipt. When I called to try to ask if I could get a new one if I brought it back no one would answer the phone. On top of my order being made wrong the cinnamon twists had no cinnamon on them!
