A couple nights ago I went into Taco Bell to get a drink. It was about 11pm. I go inside lobby & asked an employer for a small water. A kid tells me the lobby was closed I asked if I could just get a water. Another employee asked this kid if he could give me a water. He told him no you can't & very rudely tells me lobby is closed. I asked him if he is closed then why are both the doors still unlocked to come inside. He again in the most rudest way says to leave the store they are closed & I can not have any water. I go outside & this kid comes from the food making area to the front register & starts mad dogging me & giving me dirty looks & pointing & laughing at me! I don't know his name but he is about 18-20 yrs old is really skinny & wears round glasses. Whatever happened to the days when providing good customer service was a thing. Or how about respecting your elders? I am 47 yrs old & for this kid to treat me so disrespectfully blows my mind. It was his fault that I came into store. If they are closed then there lobby doors should be locked so that people don't come in thinking the lobby is open. I made a complaint to 2 different managers that work nights as well, & neither one of those managers took the time to write anything down, tell me that they would talk to him or even make me think something would be done. Instead they acted like how dare I make a complaint on one of their employees!! I will be going up the ladder of Taco Bell managers with this one. read more

Seems like Taco Bell is always revamping their menu. Was curious to try their new Captain Crunch Delights and Cinnabon Delights. Have to say that they both tasted delish! The Cinnabon ones were my favorite. You can purchase these goodies as a 2 pack, 4 pack, or 12 pack. A bit pricey, but I can see myself buying them from time to time. As for this specific Taco Bell location, I received good and helpful service. The dining area was very clean! They got my order correct. Based on this experience, I would not hesitate to return here for my Taco Bell cravings. read more

I was very hungry and I wanted some nachos. Thinking it would be great to feed more than just myself or have several meals I got the party nachos for $9.99. To my surprise when I got it home it had what looked like a whole bag of tortilla chips, but the guacamole was stuck to the lid along with a good portion of chips and cheese. The chips on the top layer had some stuff but below there was nothing but chips! Very disappointed. It did not feed several people or make into more than one meal without adding my own stuff to it.
